Super friendly nail techs, great pedicure & fill

Went there today. They took the polish I liked and told me to sit down and gave me a chart with colors Told them no this time to gel just plain polish. The technician looked me like I was a freak. As I was leaving she charged me 25 and the older lady, perhaps owner was scolding the tech Nancy. I asked Nancy what was wrong and she said that she needed to charge me extra 10 and I told her please charge me the extra and as I handed the card to her the older lady literally snatched my card from my hand and told the tech to put it through. I don't have a problem paying my fair price but that older woman was RUDE! No thank to this place, I will look for another place that will treat their customers with kindness. Never again!

Received an acrylic nail fill by Kim. It was truly one of the best experiences I have had with my nails after going through about 7 places. I'll update this, if this continues to be as amazing as I hope. Either price is too high, or they keep you waiting after you had an appointment. So far Infinity Nails Bar will be my nail destination- thanks to Kim.

Got my finger nails done for the first time.. The guy didn't soak my fingers or do my cuticles like I saw the other technicians doing for their clients.. it took three time to get the tip on one of my nails because he wasn't giving the glue time to dry.. he put the goopy drip stuff on super thick and I was hoping he would file it down more then he did. Anyway these nails are WAY too thick, not as even as I would've thought and why are they sticking up like that?? Never again will I go here. The lady who did my feet did great, the guy who did my fingers just made me want to never get my nails done again. I am going to soak them now and attempt to get it off cuz holy shit these are terrible.

I have to say the location is convenient & I like that they allow payment with debit instead of cash. Everyone is nice & John takes his time & makes sure everything is perfect👍

I love the service I get from the artists here! Nancy is my manicurist and she does an excellent job on my gel every time! Everyone is friendly and greets you when you come in. Not like other nail salons where they treat you like a number, these artists are great!

Horrible experience! I paid $35 for a pedicure. She did bare necessaries and I requested clear fingernail polish. She didn’t do the polish. Never will return there. Please note: they speak their language barely English. I noticed they only respond to the good results.

I went to infinity 30 mins prior to closing. Kim said come back in an hour.i did. Then she completed my nails I was very happy with my nails. I took my daughter's there to get their nails done too.

Work was rushed and left with bulky nails. Been here before, hoping for a better service each time only because they're in the area. I rather drive an hour away for true quality.

First experience here earlier today. I gave them a general reference picture, and this is what I got! I love it! The messy black with the silver accents just ties everything together. They were incredibly nice and took their time. Definitely will be coming back here in a couple of weeks! ❤️

I love coming here for our girls day pedicures. We chose the higher package and its worth the cost. Their service is great and my feet always feel the best. Highly recommend!

Next day after my manicure, my nails started coming off. I used dip powder. I’ve been losing 1 nail every day! What a joke. First time at this salon I was trying them out but I won’t be back. Also nail tech hurt two of my fingers while buffering nails. It really hurt. I’m very disappointed. Wasted my time and money .

Every time we come in we are welcomed and are always taken back ahead of our appointment time. The staff is very polite and welcoming and always working to ensure my wife and I have a pleasant experience. My wife is always very satisfied with how Ynhi makes her nails look and constantly gets positive comments on the color choices. I have issues with ingrown toe nails and since coming to Infinity Nails Jessie has made my ingrowns go away.

I called at 12 and asked if they could do a pedicure at 545 that same day. A Friday. They did it! No wait when I got there, everyone was very nice. I will be coming back

Wonderful! The best pedicure from Jimmy and manicure by Nancy. I have lived in Tuscon for 1 1/2 years and haven’t found such professional and kind people. The best foot and leg massage.I have found my spot for years to come.

Worst service EVER. I had an 11:00 appointment. I sat there for half an hour and then politely said I had an 11:00 appointment the lady started pinching my checks and my arm really hard saying I just go polish and I be right with you. I waited for another 20 minutes. I got up quietly left, nobody noticed so disappointing. If I could give a -10 I so would I’ll NEVER go back

I always come here when I need my nails done. Their service is always good and I love how my nails turn out in the end. My nail tech John is amazing and always gets the nail inspos I get him spot on overall great service!

do not go here to get your acrylics removed !!! they have no idea how to do it properly and will act like that service is not worth their time! nails looked absolutely butchered after
