I’ve been going here about a year and I’m always happy with my mani /pedi. I have probably seen all the nail techs and they all do a great job.

Gave this place a try since my wife was going in for a pedicure. I wanted a simple manicure. My threshold is pretty low. I am not much for small talk and prefer my cuticles not bleed. But be interested in doing a good job and be welcoming. The technician was not engaging and seemed very robotic, and made my cuticle bleed. The hand and wrist massage were lackluster and no vitamin E or cuticle/nail oil used post-manicure. Very underwhelming experience.

The staff is always so kind and helpful. Ben is a perfectionist with nails. I've had many great services here with various employees. Highly recommend!

update: I returned for a manicure with Bee. She did a nice job. The price was $25 for regular polish The nail salon is clean and beautiful! the massage chairs are so relaxing while getting a pedi. Jade was very kind and professional! Reg polish pedi costs $30.

Took my mom here to get a pedicure, being closer than our normal spot we thought we'd try it. NEVER AGAIN!!! They nicked my mom's toe.,didn't shape my nails, and completely missed one side (of 1 nail) for polish. Worst place ever!!! Not even an apology for cutting my mom's toe and had to ASK for a napkin to clean off the blood.

Genuinely the best nail salon I have been to. B did a beautful job on my nails today and made them look exactly like what I asked for. Everyone was so nice and calming. Highly recommend!

Everyone at this location is so kind and helpful. Customer Service is definitely a priority. I brought in a picture and Bee completely the assignment perfectly. Another nail tech did my pedicure. The service never felt rushed even though it was close to closing and I was extremely pleased. Great team at infinity nails

I went here for a unique nail design and the person doing my nails name was Ben , he had my shape perfect and the design was exactly like the picture! I’ll definitely come back more often ❤️

Let me preface with the fact that I am a licensed Cosmetologist and have given and received 100s of pedis throughout the last 20 years. This place is the worst experience I have ever had I'm stuck in the chair as I write this. The lady doing my feet has hurt me numerous times with the cuticle nippers, file and foot scrubber. I am getting a milk and honey pedi and I'm positive the supposed honey she poured on my legs smells like butter flavored syrup! Not honey. My dad was a bee keeper. I know what that smells like. I want so badly to get up and leave right now. To anyone considering coming here...just keep driving. Go somewhere else. I will never never come here again if I get out of this alive. UPDATE I just changed my mind and told the lady to stop when she was going to paint my toenails while I had sticky stuff still on and hot towels on my legs. So I wiped it off and paid and left without polish.

No, no, no, no! I went in to get nails and there was one customer getting a service. After I waited for about five minutes they proceeded to tell me that they were very very busy and asked if I could come back. When I asked win, she just looked at me with a blank stare and didn’t answer my question. No thank you! To be honest I’ve been here before and the service wasn’t that great anyway. It’s just convenient because it’s literally around the corner. I would rather drive across town than ever come here again. These nail salons are a dime a dozen, so onto the next. Oh and by the way I would give zero stars if I could but I did not have a choice

The best place!!! I came to get my nails done for my 13th bday (Mickey mouse’s pattern) Sophie did my nails the looked amazing! I love infinity nails so much this is my go to salon I am coming back for my 4th of July manicure!!!!!!!!

This place is great! A hidden gem so close to home. Ben keeps my dip looking nice and new; no breakages or chips. The vibe of the shop is chill and lowkey. Highly recommend.

Update- they weren’t busy when we w went, one other person there. Lol. My nails started peeling up after 5 days. That shouldn’t happen. :( I’m super disappointed to pay $65 for 5 days of nails. 😩😩😩😩 they weren’t filed enough the thickness around the top is a no go for stay worthy nails.. my nails are the white ones in pic. Hard to see but my hair keeps getting stuck under the nails because of them coming up. It’s right by my house but I’ll never go again.. sad because I wanted the convenience. I doubt they’ll be around much longer honestly, I see they’ve already changed their name on the store to something else but with my experience.. it’s not going to make it. Update 2- on day 8, 5 of my nails were completely coming up off the nail bed.. painful and just not ok. Wasted money to be pained literally and figuratively. —it’s now 2 weeks since I went. Normally would forget about it and chalk it up to bad experience but I’m still suffering because this has caused such a great deal of pain :( my nails are all hurt because of the nails coming off.. by day 10 every one of the nails had come up, the wrong way, 4 of them causing bleeding and my real nails to come off half way. I don’t know what they did, or didn’t do, but this should never happen with nails.. they should stay at least 2 weeks, fully, to get a fill. Don’t go here unless you want to be in pain for months & have nails you can’t even fix for months because of the damage. At this point I’m convinced it was on purpose so I’d go back quicker but I can’t be sure. Just wrong to provide such a bad service. OG review. I brought my 15 year old to this salon today. We both got a full set of nails. I really don’t have complaints for the nails, I do like them both. My daughters were done very well. A little unsatisfied with the price of hers. At the end I was shocked. $90 for a set of nails. No rhinestones, just glitter French tip.. they were long, but still. $90 is just too steep. I didn’t complain, but every other salon we go to charges about $65 tops for this service. I’m still shocked as I type this. I paid $90 for one set of nails. $65 for mine. Which I’m ok with.. just yikes. Pic is my daughters nails. The woman did take her time with the drill, they’re smooth and even.. if you don’t mind that price, I do recommend their quality with hers. I just can’t do that when it’s so much lower elsewhere.

Worst service!! She left my hands dirty with the dip powder and sticky from polish. I asked if u could wash my hand, she said "sure". I guess it was an option???? She didn't clean underneath my nails, I pulled out a bunch of shaved off hard dip mix. Even my husband (who knows nothing about nails) said "she messed you up"!! I can't believe I paid $50 for this mess. They weren't even busy. What is the excuse for the poor service???Never going again!!
