I took a class on advanced esthetic treatments and it was absolutely amazing the aestheticians at this spa are so knowledgeable and amazing! It is also such a beautiful place they offer any service you could possibly want!!

My gf brought me a gift card to here for my bday. I received a custom facial, it was the best. Alicia, knew this was my first facial without me telling her. She walked me through the steps and educated me on what to do to better my skin. Her studio is nice, clean and relaxing. I would recommend anyone to go here. Alicia is great

If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after spending $125 and my skin being SO irritated, I wouldn’t want anyone to experience this. I came here for a facial and requested dermaplaning. I have had dermaplaning procedures for the last 7 years and NEVER has it hurt this bad. She was so heavy handed on my face and now I literally have small open cuts all over my face. She did extractions and dragged the extraction tool across my face so hard, it’s red even now hours later. After doing the dermaplaning, she put a “coconut enzyme mask” on my face and my skin lit up and was literally on fire and I had to ask her to take it off. Every product that she tried to apply afterward was just terrible and made my face burn and itch because of how rough she was with the dermaplane. I have had facials for years so I know that my face isn’t “just sensitive.” She kept trying to assure me that everything was fine, but it was not. This was the worst facial I’ve ever had and my skin feels absolutely terrible. She also lied about how long she had had her license after looking at her license issue date in the wall. This is a sorry excuse for a “skin care” business.

Alicia was great. I did lipo cavitation on my stomach and she was so good at her job she noticed I had a bump in my stomach that was hard. I ended up going to my OBGYN and I was diagnosed with a gigantic fibroid which I’m working to get reduced with medication and an upcoming surgery. Thank you for your knowledge, empathy, expertise, and professionalism.

I initially purchased my first set of cavitation from Groupon and quickly proceeded to purchase two more packages after those were done. I go twice a week and the results have a been a process but so totally worth it! The owner has always been extremely nice, and we talk as if we are old friends! One of the best purchases I have ever made!

I scheduled facials for my teenage daughter and I and Alicia was the ultimate professional. She asked both of us questions about our skin care routines and provided her assessment of what was the best facial for our skin types. Throughout the process, she explained what she was doing and made product recommendations. My skin {and my daughter’s} felt and looked amazing. Afterwards, we chatted and she is just an amazing person and I will be seeing her again. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have customized facial. My experience going to “Bodied By Infinity Jax” has been nothing but great. I can admit that I was a little nervous about doing the cavitation, and then Non Invasion Laser, but Alicia made me feel vey comfortable and walked me through it step by step! I booked my second session already. I feel so relaxed when I’m at my session. Alicia is super sweet and an expert in her craft. Thanks for the great experience.

First off let me start off with what an amazing person the owner is. She is extremely knowledgeable and always educating you on what products and how her services can help you achieve your goals. I cannot say enough good things about this spa. It is exceptionally clean and a very welcoming environment. I purchased my first cavitation package and after two sessions, I immediately purchased another package. I also purchased the sauna blanket and loved that too. I don’t know what keeps me coming back more, the awesome services or the fantastic owner. Alicia is truly passionate about what she does. She truly celebrates your success with you and gets just as excited as you do when the result happen. Go visit her, you will NOT be disappointed.

For my first visit to a spa as a man the experience was excellent! From the moment I walked in I got greeted very professionally, the staff gave a little history about the establishment, the facility was clean, and I really felt at peace. I purchased the MCM Facial and man was it just that. The young lady who performed the service did an amazing job and she made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend anybody who wants to be pampered, again feel at peace, and just have an overall relaxing “me day” please attend Infinity spa! I will be returning for more services. I came with a group of women from Wichita, Kansas. It was 6 women and 2 kids. The customer service was great, they made us feel comfortable. I got the v-steam for the 1st time and fell in love with it. If you are in need of a spa in Jacksonville this is the best spot.

I can't say enough about how amazing my experience has been with Infinity Spa Jax. It is a very clean and relaxing environment. I have been going to Alicia to get facials for about a month now and I can definitely see a difference in my skin. She is very kind, knowledgeable, educates her clients, and you can tell that she has passion for helping others maintain healthy skin. I'm so happy that I was able to find someone that I can trust for my skincare needs. It is a 5 Star service experience for sure!!

I have been coming to this spa for about a year now. I have brought several of my friends and they love it as well. It's amazing, the entire team is there for you. The environment and customer service CANT be beat. I've gone for a girl's night facial on a regular Tuesday, body cavitations, whole body waxing, bacial, facials, you name it, I've done it at this spa and the quality of work has never changed. Always 110%! If you've been in the past- go again! You will not be disappointed. I am telling you, you will fall in love with this place right away! This is definitely the place to do. They are professional and get the job done right the first time. I've had a bacial (back facial, facial, waxing, and brows. If they did nails this would definitely be my one stop shop. Love it love it. Give them a chance and they will not disappoint.

This spa was really nice we went for a birthday party and it was a really great relaxing, environment the staff was friendly and extremely informal on thier different treatments.Thier body butter and yoni oil smells amazing can't wait to use it. Overall the experience and service was 100% definitely recommended and will be coming back.

love this place! just had my first appointment and it went great! they had such convenient hours and were able to fit me in. had some trouble finding the place and i was a few minutes late but the nice lady was so helpful, patient and kind. kept reassuring me during the service to make sure i was comfortable. the results were amazing as well! definitely recommend this place!

I love Infinity Wellness Spa , Alicia was very attentive to all your needs. I went here for laser Lipo 4 treatments and I lost 3.5 inches from my waist and stomach area 🎉 The spa is very clean and new which is both a Win-Win

I was kind of skeptical about hip enhancement process but i have hip dips and didn’t have any other get them fix ideas, so I said why not. The fact that I can do it no surgery is really what captured my attention. I received 2 treatments and I saw some great improvements with my hip dips. I could actually see the fat coming up in the vacuum and I was so excited. I have been working out and maintaining my progress and I am in love with myself. Alicia was very professional from scheduling my appointments to giving me information on how it works and the positive outcome. She was very compassionate and understanding of my needs. I think my favorite part was the body sauna. I felt so good when I got out. I plan on visiting again for other procedures.
