5 stars across the board! Awesome customer service and knowledgeable staff. My husband and I got infusions before our cruise. Out of 8 adults we were the only 2 that did NOT get sick!! Any time I walk in to the spa, I feel better. The staff genuinely cares for each patient and wants to make sure they feel better. Staff is very knowledgeable about their products making me feel better any time I go! I love their immunity boosters as well as everything else they offer! I was getting over a bad cold and had to work double shifts in one day between those two shifts took my kid to see Disney on ice 🤦🏽‍♀️ thought I would for sure end up sliding back into my cold instead continuing to get better. But I got a tri-immune shot and a few other things at Infuzen spa and NOPE! My body didn’t miss a beat, despite me over booking myself during the recovery time! I love the staff and environment too, very peaceful!

Incredible experience! While going through cancer treatments, they were absolutely wonderful in helping me get the additional fluids and immune-boosting support I needed on days where I didn’t feel so great. Came in to get solutions with weight loss and inflammation reduction, after much research and discussion we decided on micro dosing Tirzepatide. The staff was awesome, polite, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The NP asked all the right questions and took the time to explain everything. Would strongly recommend this business.

This is a wonderful establishment filled with the sweetest and most empathetic nurses you can imagine. They are extremely accommodating, experienced, and very helpful. I came in with a unique situation and still felt validated and welcomed. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here and I would do your research before making an appointment. I received 3 shots/injections- B12, glutathione, and Vitamin C. I felt an immediate burning sensation with the Vitamin C shot and knew something wasn't right. I told the nurse I don't think I'll be able to sit down it stung so bad. I went home with tears in my eyes. This was 5+ weeks ago and I STILL have a painful lump where she injected me that you can feel when you press down on it. My doctor informed me 1) I now have damage to the fat tissue 2) Your body cannot absorb Vitamin C through anything other than ingestion. I made an appointment with the NP at Infu-Zen 2 weeks after it happened. I heard her call it a "boo boo" to her employees. She also felt the lump and said HOPEFULLY my body will resorb it. Didn't really offer anything else other than the option to go to Urgent care. I am fearful that I will always have this pain where they injected me and the tissue may never heal. I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I have an infusion every time I come to South Carolina to visit family. The infusion contains B-12 and other vitamins and minerals. It helps my well being tremendously.

She gives you her undivided attention, provides recommendations/suggestions, and treats everyone with the upmost respect. I love the B12 and Lipo injection together.
