This is my fourth year with Dr. Shirat Ling and Cynthia. I began in my sixties. I continue to be deeply grateful for the vast knowledge, experience, and expertise that helps me feel my very best. Dr. Ling knows exactly what I need when I walk in and is very conservative about it. I so appreciate her mandate to give the products and procedures time; to wait and see; don't do too much; less is more. She is right every time! She also keeps up with and uses cutting edge technology. It was by luck that I found her. I tried other highly recommended others. Their place of work may have been fancier but the end result has consistently been best with Dr Ling and Cynthia. And we have great fun!

I've been going to Dr Ling for over 10 years now and referred so many friends and family members to her and they are still going to her as well. She is THE BEST. She will keep you looking naturally young-not fake and she will make you laugh at every visit. I highly recommended her! Give her a shot (lol) and you will see why.

I have had many appointments with Dr Ling and staff. I feel I look much younger!! Cutting edge technology for face lines etc. You will not regret the money you spent either !! You do though usually need a day to heal so plan for appts with a day off or weekend. Susan

As someone who is new to the aesthetic world I knew I needed to get started somewhere and it was extremely scary coming in.. but the staff was very friendly!! Dr Ling greeted everyone as she stepped out of her sessions, I had the pleasure to be placed with Cynthia for a microdermabrasion, she was very informative and very patient! Again, I am completely new to this world and she answered every question I had. Lastly the place!? It's so cozy!! You feel right at home!!

Dr. Ling was extremely unprofessional during the booking process for my appointment & refused to meet with me while I was on-site for my facial treatment due to misunderstandings during the booking process. The peel I got was also completely ineffective—a complete waste of money. I'm surprised at all the 5-star reviews, and assume they come from women who get more ~*expensive*~ cosmetic procedures, who Dr. Ling seems to prioritize. Would've been a repeat customer if not for my poor experience. Also the practice demands customers wear a mask, but staff don't. Practice what you preach or get off the pulpit.

I've been seeing Dr Ling since 2010, I always get great service and my face looks fabulous. I would highly recommend. 😍 The person who said she was denied a facial but then commented her peel was a rip off, that's contradictory. 🤦

I’ve been a patient of Dr Ling’s since 2011. She is always extremely professional, yet provides very personalized services. She uses the most up -to -date techniques and technology. Importantly, she always uses a cautious approach to all procedures so patients don’t look “overworked”. She does require her patients be masked (obviously not during a treatment that requires its removal), and she always wears a mask, as do her estheticians. Self-scheduling is online and easy.

Dr Ling is the rare kind of wizard that you dare to hope for. And she has, indeed, given much hope to a lifetime of worry and grief etched deeply in my face. I am so very grateful for her dedication, intelligence (she uses the latest technology when appropriate and tried and true at other times) and what to me seems like pure magic. I highly recommend Dr Ling. She is an artist who keeps you looking like you on your very best days.

Dr. Ling is amazing!! She truly has the eye of an artist and knowledge of a physician. She always has a solution and is able to explain why she is doing what she is doing, I feel so comfortable in her hands because she clearly knows her stuff! As a person with needle anxiety, she has several options to help alleviate stress and makes me so comfortable, I cannot imagine going to anyone else. That level of trust is something I would pay a premium for, but her prices are also very attainable, PLUS she makes me laugh the whole time and is wonderful to be around.

Ladies and gentlemen, please fasten your seatbelts and return your tray table to its full upright and locked position because I’m about to take y’all on a freakin’ magic carpet ride with this review [emphasis on “MAGIC”]! I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again [LOUDER for the people in the back!], Innate Beauty is THE place to go for all of your cosmetic needs. Turns out, the fountain of youth does exist; it’s in Austin on South 1st! I have been going to Dr. Ling for cosmetic treatments (e.g., botox and fillers) for many years now, and have recruited two other “Ling-Lifers” (see also: groupies) in the past year alone. Dr. Ling is an absolute master of her craft (and at completely affordable/competitive rates, no less)! I trust her to tell ME what services I need because a) she only serves FIRE LEWKS but more importantly, b) WHY would I trust anyone BUT an actual licensed M.D. to work on my face? Last I checked, You only get one face in this lifetime and it comes with a zero returns policy. Take my advice and save the Groupon for an oil change; NOT the med spa with “[online] certified technicians”. All jokes aside, Dr. Ling is the BEST of the BEST. I wish I could give Innate Beauty 100 gold stars because 5 just doesn’t do it justice.

She will listen and come up with a collaborative solution to help you achieve what you want to fix. The best thing about her is that she will never do more than is needed, so you will only look like a natural, younger version of yourself.

I come to Lisette for microderms and am so impressed with her knowledge and expertise! Each microderm is customized based off my skin concerns. Lisette never fails to drop some skin care knowledge while I’m in so I always learn something knew. 10/10 would recommend her for your chem peels/skin care.

An artist...that is how I would describe Dr. Ling. She does fantastic work from a 'big picture' standpoint and gives very honest advice and feedback. I've gone to various practitioners over the years and she is, by far, my favorite. I HIGHLY recommend her and her services.

Men listen up. Here is my take on "cosmetic procedures" for men. If women can do it, to take years off their look, so can we. Granted age catches up to all of us but if you are interested in slowing down what the aging process can do or what we have done through neglect, I can say from personal experience, Dr. Ling is very competent in her profession. If you have ever thought about looking better (not a girly better) but a better you, it is worth a visit. I can take care of my body and health, Dr. Ling takes care of my face and she can do the same for you. In my opinion it's the better way to age gracefully.

Absolutely fabulous. I love that the doctor does all the procedures and she keeps the prices reasonable. I trust her to recommend what works and does not try to sell me things I don't need. She is great, funny and I enjoy my appointments.
