I managed a Med Spa for 10 years and we were always taught that unless you were using laser technology then you wouldn't get lasting results. We rarely sold product and were educated on the fact that products were just superficial and a waste of money. Thank you to Susan for showing me that's not the case. I recently had several fraxel treatments done and my skin wasn't where it needed to be even after 90 days. Susan gave me the most amazing facial and my 50 year old dry, dull skin is so healthy and dewey again. I've got the "glow" back. Thank you so much! I'm hooked!!

My partner and I each had a massage and facial, and we were so impressed with the attentive service, the comfort and cleanliness, all the products used and sold, we walked away already committed to another visit back when we return to Greensboro. I highly respect small business owners who put their heart and soul into their business, and here we felt that as soon as we walked in. If you're reading the reviews like I did, then don't let it stop you, give this place a shot and you won't regret it, because you will be under the best of Susan's care.

Suzie is sooooo sweet and amazing! I recently got a Brazilian wax for the first time ever and she made the process so smooth and pleasant! I was so afraid it would be awkward and difficult! But instead it was perfect! And I’ll definitely be keeping it up!

Maps is wrong.. didn't go to this business. Went to another in the same location.The business I went to was a nail salon in a small strip mall. I had no intentions of going to the spa. Maps us wrong in saying I visited the spa. I'm guessing it's in the same little strip mall. I haven't noticed it.

I was very fortunate to find Susan when searching for a massage therapist on-line! She is wonderful! She focuses on finding the root of my issues. I always leave feeling less tense and have a much better range of motion in my joints. I highly recommend Inner Balance!
