I just received an amazing deep tissue massage @ Inner Peace Wellness, LLC by Christy Torrence. She was amazing and listened to my problem areas and customized a massage just for me. Her place was delightful, clean and the ambiance was so calming! I can not say enough about this place, I left feeling so relaxed!! And on top of that Christy is a small business owner…. I have had more than 100 massages in the last 10+ years. Many were excellent, but Christy’s was the best I’ve ever had. Her intuition and expertise made every motion personal, full of both attention and intention. I was particularly struck by how fully present she was the whole time, unlike many massage therapists who feel like they’re on autopilot, zoning into a repetitive, unmindful routine. I look forward, gratefully, to my next session.

I approached Christy in significant pain, seeking relief, and she delivered beyond expectations. Her expertise was immediately evident as she skillfully identified and targeted the sources of my discomfort. Throughout the session, her calming demeanor and attentive approach created an atmosphere of relaxation. By the end of the session, I felt noticeably better, with a significant reduction in pain and a newfound sense of ease. Overall, I cannot recommend Christy highly enough for anyone seeking relief from pain through massage therapy. Her healing touch and calming presence make her not just a skilled therapist, but a true healer.

Christy is amazing. I appreciate that she takes a few minutes before each session to check in—current stressors, trouble spots, general aches. She listens and then tailors each session to what you need most. It’s impressive that she can remember my sometimes lengthy list of aches. She is very respectful of the massage time, not chatting during the session and allowing you to relax. Highly recommend her!

Enjoyed a two hour massage and back scrub to relax and help relieve tightness in my back. I couldn't believe how many spots Christy found and worked on. I experienced immediate relief in my back following and better mobility. I also slept peacefully that night. The office is lovely and quiet to relax. Highly recommend.

First of all, Christy’s massage space is inviting and serene (it also smells heavenly)! Getting on her table was like a slice of heaven! Christy’s massage is wonderful and very intuitive; the pressure is deep when it needs to be and relaxing when called for. Her hands just seem to find those spots that need a little extra work! I enjoyed the entire experience very much and have already referred a couple others to her. I look forward to finding more free time so I can schedule my next appointment!!

My mom treated me to the most incredible massage. My fascia released, my tension was relieved - and I felt like liquid by the time we were finished. It was heavenly. This was my first energy therapy experience yesterday. It was amazing. Christy is very knowledgeable and a natural teacher, with great healing skills and a wonderful personality. Her explanations to my questions were extremely helpful. Christy explained what he was doing throughout the session. I most appreciate her individualized approach. Wasnt sure if I signed up for the best therapy to meet my goals/needs. Before the session, she talked me through options and we landed on the perfect combination of energy work and massage. Massage technique was the best. She was quickly able to find the tight spots. Integrated energy, reiki work left me relaxed and calmer than ever. I could feel shifts in my body almost immediately it. It was amazing. Something I would recommend to anyone. The suite is peaceful and calming, well decorated, and neat & clean. Something I personally appreciate. Thank you Christy for helping me heal.

Christy is one of the best massage therapists I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She listens to what is happening in your world, is not afraid to introduce other methods of breaking through tight muscles (cupping, energy work, etc). Her attention to detail, right down to which aromatherapy to use for each session is astounding and shows how in tune she is with her clients and the space they need during their appointments. I cannot wait for my next appointment with her and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Christy was extraordinary! She was extremely personable, patient, informative, and communicative throughout the entire process. The zen in the massage room was unmatched! I felt relaxed and rejuvenated during/at the end of my session. I needed this massage more than I knew! I am soooooo looking forward to my next session. As a busy mama of a busy sports kid, I gotta do this at least once per month because self care is the best care. If I could give this review 10 out of 5 stars, I would!

From the moment I walked in I felt at peace. Love the snacks and teas offered while you wait and the quite atmosphere. Christy was wonderful upon meeting and was very professional. I have been getting massages for about 15 years and this was def. in the top 3, possibly even the BEST I have ever had. So of course I needed to write up this. Christy was very good about listening to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I love that the table is also heated and it smelled amazing in the room. I left there feeling so great and would highly recommend Inner Peace and Christy.

I got my first massage from Christy sometime around 1999 or 2000. I went to her every other week for an hour to an hour and a half for a few years, as part of my physical and mental health program. She had an innate ability to figure out what your body needed and provide just the right touch. Unfortunately for me she moved away, and I turned to various massage therapists who were good but never had that unique touch that Christy possesses. I've had the good fortunate to see her again a few times in 2023 and she's only gotten better. She's truly an amazing massage therapist!

It's so hard to find a really good professional and experienced massage therapist. I'm so thankful I don't have to look any further though! Christy is AWESOME!! I drive quite a ways just to see her, but it's worth the drive. She has so much experience and knowledge, and amazing technique!! If you want a professional massage from someone with extensive and diverse experience, you need to see Christy! :)

My massage was the best one I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is calming and beautiful, and the owner takes a lot of time with you to review your concerns and health issues. She also reviewed her findings after the massage as well. Great experience!
