My mom took my daughter to get a haircut. A haircut that it’s not cut straight and her bags were cut short and other spots where left long worst haircut I’ve ever seen never coming back, plus they say $16 haircuts but ended coming out $26 to include $5 to wash and $5 to blow dry

Went to get a very simple highlights ended up with the worst ones ever!!! As you can see in the pictures one side of my hair looking like a cheetah!! Spots and spots just stained!!! The color is awful nothing like the one I showed the lady the way she did these ugly highlights are just mind blowing I went home had to dry my hair left the salon with a wet hair and saw the nightmare in my hair now I'm stuck with this ugly highlights having to go somewhere else to fix this mess that this salon did to me!! Very very unprofessional please be careful don't waste your money!!! Very disappointed 😞

I’m a little late for my review but long story short, i went in 3/20 for layered cut. I don’t remember the name of the woman who cut my hair but she was the 1st stylist there that morning. She did a horrible job. i have long hair- i’m stuck having to grow it out to avoid cutting anymore length. i am still so disappointed- i went home and cried. With the kind of work she did makes me wonder if she was even licensed. There was a piece left that was longer that what she had cut and she gave me the “ oh it’s a piece that was stuck underneath the cover. I am disgusted with the results and i will never ever go back. BEWARE!!

The owner is talented and perfectly professional. On top of that, the prices are excellent. Every member of the family could get a quality cut at a good price. Love it.

Went in wanting layers added to my collar bone length hair. I couldn’t see it at first but once I tried styling it myself at home I noticed that my layers are uneven and very short on one side of my head. Not sure how this happened and the only way to fix it is to let it grow out. Very discouraging as I even showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted beforehand.

I had the best hair experience at Innovation. The stylist that I got was extremely friendly. I’ve never been to a hair salon before and been this happy with the end result. She helped me pinpoint exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job doing it. For the low price of $15.50 I had a very nice talk with her and an amazing haircut afterwards. I seriously recommend this place! This will forever be my hair salon.

I just happen to work right up the road from this salon, so I decided to give it a try. I just recently moved to El Paso and have not had great experiences, but this salon is amazing! My stylist was Nellie and she did an amazing job with my cut. My hair feels so healthy now. Thank you, Nellie! I will be back! XOXO

I love this place. Right off I-10 close to the off ramp on Redd Road. You dont need to wait long if you have an appointment. They do accept walkins, but be patient. There is usually 3 stylist there at a time, so you might need to wait 15-30 minutes. It's worth it. I have my hair done by Belle. She is friendly, takes her time making my time for beauty her priority. The products they use are topnotch name brands like Biolage and Matrix. I am so happy with my new color and hair style. This place has the best price on the Westside for beauty services. I used to spend twice as much at another location that was difficult to get to. This is much more convenient and Nellie and Belle go out of their way to make guest feel welcomed.

Went in for a trim, and showed the lady the picture of the hair style and she did it! Took her time! Very very friendly, knew exactly what i wanted and how to trim it accordingly, i left VERY happy and satisfied, usually im never happy or satisfied with my hair and not this time! GREAT EXPERIENCE , Nellie thank u for the haircut!! ❤️❤️❤️
