My skin has been SO dry with the weather recently. Jena completely changed that! I received a hydrafacial and a jelly mask and I could literally feel my skin getting rehydrated. Jena was so sweet - she made me feel so comfortable, walked me through everything she was doing and gave me skin tips for after care. I would definitely recommend booking with her and I will be back!

I’ve been going to innovative med spa for a few years now, all locations and it doesn’t matter who you see everyone has been amazing and the front desk staff is super kind and down to earth, easy to talk to and ask questions which I appreciate. I feel like most spas are stuffy and make you feel awkward when asking questions, no one makes you feel out of place here.

I have been seeing Erin Butler for hydrafacials on a monthly basis for almost a year now, and she is absolutely fantastic. She is kind, nurturing, gentle, and knowledgable. My skin and I feel so well taken care of by her during our appointments, and my skin has never looked better!!! I cannot recommend Erin enough!!!

Best. Decision. Ever! Emilio is a magician! I was supper nervous about Botex but he made me feel confident about the process! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and post op. He answered ALL of my questions and sent a text to follow up. If you are at all nervous about Botex, go here!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this spa. Mila did a phenomenal job of walking me through my entire treatment. Everyone here is so knowledgeable, kind, and understanding when it comes to expectations for a treatment. I’ve traveled all over for aesthetic treatments, but Innovative Med Spa will always be my number one choice.

I was not happy with my results or experience here. I came in for Coolsculpting and met with one person for my consultation and first appointment. Then for my second appointment I was given a different person without any warning and then that appointment was canceled last minute. They offered no apology when I expressed my frustration with the last minute change. Then when I rescheduled my second appointment with a third person , she was telling me about all the things that could go wrong with the procedure. Not the confidence I wanted while I was already strapped in. Then I did have an issue with my second round and had to come back for a third with yet another person. There was no consistency or customer service here. This is not a small or inexpensive procedure so I am disappointed with the service I received. If I had not paid in full at my first appointment I wouldn't have come back.
