I have had a pleasant and beautiful experience, I wanted to get a cut and color for my long grown no color hair and I had an appointment with Nancy, she was amazing right from the beginning she helped me pick the right color for my face and hair type and gave helpful suggestions on how to achieve a beautiful but low maintenance looks! I'd highly recommend Nancy if anyone wants to get a new makeover. The salon also is very friendly and warm overall. Will 💯 go back again

I would definitely recommend this place if you want your hair to look fabulous! I had Melissa do a cut and fun colors on mine and did a fantastic job! My daughter had Tanya at the same time who also did a fantastic job, they both listened to us, did exactly what we wanted and it came out amazing! it was also very reasonably priced! Finally found a place that can do both mine and my daughter's hair without messing it up. I will definitely be going back.

Wonderful hair stylist . Definitely recommend Arial. She is a gem . Lot of patience and calm . I did keratin, style and trim with her she did a lovely job. The owner is nice and kind . Definitely value for money and worth it .

I recently visited Insignia and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the friendly receptionist. I originally was recommended Fauna from a co worker of mine and Fauna did an absolutely stand up job with my highlights and haircut! I struggled to grow my hair out from years of going blonder and decided I wanted to try extensions so Fauna suggested I work with Telsi because that is one of her specialties. The first time Telsi did my extensions and color I was a bit unhappy with the result because the blondes did not blend well. I also realized the blonde that I had didn't suite my skin tone well and washed me out. So I asked Telsi to dye my extensions and hair a more ashy blonde with more dimension (pictured below) and she absolutely killed it on the color and blend! I am so happy with how my hair turned out! Both Telsi and Fauna are very talented at what they do!

I use telsi and Fauna and both have been great with my hair and listening to what I want with my hair. I'm not choosing another hair dresser! I have went to other salons who charge TRIPLE what the prices are here and ended up with bad results from other salons. The magic they do here I love ❤️ both hair stylists also oay attention to their customers and make you feel extremely welcome.

I tend to try out different salons in the Tampa area depending on who is available for what I need done. I decided to come here since the location was closer to me than my usual places and offered the time I needed. I always look up the salon’s services price list to see if it’s within my budget + tip. I booked a relaxer retouch which was listed as “$75+” so i budgeted for 80-100 max not including tip. I have short hair that doesn’t even reach my shoulders and somehow by the end of the visit I was charged $144. When I asked the lady at the front desk she told me the added amount was from them straightening my hair. I’ve been doing relaxers in the Tampa Bay Area for years and I’ve never spent that much on a retouch!! If you do decide to go to this salon just keep in mind the prices you see are not the prices you pay.

I've been going to Telsi for over 5 yrs now. Natural brunette... wanting blonde highlights. She got my color just right ❤️. Even when I died my hair back to brown (by myself 😬)...she helped me get back to blonde. Now after another round I'm loving my blonde highlights!! She's knows her color 💕

I had my hair done in this place, highlights and trims. The location is not easily seen from the main road, it's pretty hidden behind Wallgreens. I showed up half hour early for my appointment but I still ended up waiting for an hour as the hair dresser did not get done with the other customer. I will have to look for another hair dresser, next time as my hair dresser failed to fulfill how I wanted my hair be. The hair colors weren't what I asked for. I walked out unsatisfied with the service without showing my disappointment behavior.

I scheduled an appointment for 5:00 pm online and called to confirm. The day of my appointment I showed up and the door was locked and all the lights were off. I was then confused and called the salon number and the owner said that she had already left and she thought the appointment was for 4:30. She didn’t offer to come back and left me to find a last minute haircut.

On my second trip to InSignia (with Nancy) I was just looking for a "dusting" to clean up my style. I showed her a picture of myself from a few years ago, as I was trying to grow my hair out of the "bob style" back to a longer length. She completely went rogue and cut off ALL of my hair. She even pulled out the "clippers". I don't know where the breakdown in communication was, but I immediately said, you cut off all of my hair. I had explained that I'm a runner and need to wear my hair up, and now I can't even get it into a small pony tail. She said that I look like I have style now, but not the style I was looking for. Upon paying, I was already in tears and she charged me double what she had charged my previous hair cut. It was a simple dry cut to cut off the split ends and clean up the shape. Instead, I left with my hair completely cut off and ripped off. It has been two weeks and I have bought every vitamin product on the market to help grow my hair and clip in hair extensions to at least pull my hair into a small pony tail. I won't be returning (not like I'll likely need a haircut for a year). **update** A year and almost 2 months later and my hair still hasn't grown long enough to cut into a bob shape. I improvise with a tiny pony tail and headbands. Inexperience and lack of knowledge on Nancy's end has had long lasting effects.
