I just had a tension relief massage at InSpa. It was much needed after travelling for 6 weeks, carrying a heavy backpack. What a relief! The masseuse, Anne Marie, was highly professional and certainly targeted the problem areas in my shoulder/neck region. I feel 100% better and am no longer suffering from a headache. I thank you, Anne Marie!

Lovely pedicure and manicure by Helen. She remembered that I don't like polish on my fingernails, so tidied up my nails beautifully --they are still shiny, without polish. Helen has worked at this InSpa for many years and I am grateful to be able to see a familiar face, and I love her work.

Derek is AMAZING! Just finished my 2nd deep tissue massage and feel so great. I look forward to booking again the next time I'm here. InSpa is clean, staff so pleasant and professional.

I have been getting my lashes tinted here for years (tip: get the lash tint package - it's like getting one free). The aestheticians are always so careful, and the atmosphere is so calm. Recently I've seen Alea (Aleia? Aleah?). She has such a gentle and precise touch and is very careful with the tender eye area... I love that they will accommodate walk-ins whenever possible, and that the desk staff is always so pleasant.

Friendly staff and has become my go-to.Though at times,I've noticed my service are sped through and the aftermath is visible less than a week later. My manicures would last at least 3 weeks looking decent but nowadays it's sometimes sloppy.🤷🏾

I had a pedicure done today by Kennedy. She did an outstanding job. I was a little nervous that my pedicurist would make fun of my weird feet, but she didn’t! She graded those dogs like a block at parmesan at the Olive Garden. I’m definitely recommending her to all my friends and family.

Derek gives the best massages. He finds the muscles that need to be worked on. He is very professional and does exactly what you ask for. I always leave InSpa feeling very relaxed.

I got a lash lift & tint before going on vacation, and had a great experience! Samantha was super friendly and made sure that I had comfortable experience. I especially appreciated how she explained what she was doing throughout certain points in the process and she made it a point to check in with me to make sure I was still doing okay :) Thank you so much Samantha!

I’ve been going to this place for a few years now and Antulio is the best therapist I met. My neck and shoulder feel a lot better after getting massage from him. I have to drive 1-1.5hr for appointment but it totally worth it! I’ve been many different spa places not only in WA but also other countries. Hands down he is the best. So lucky to have Antulio and InSpa team in this town!!

I had the weirdest facial of my life here. The girl cleaned my eyelashes for a uncomfortable amount of time. I’ve never had my eyelashes cleaned during a facial, so that was already weird, but this went on for some time. She also gave what I assume was a masseter massage on my cheeks very aggressively. This was really uncomfortable and also lasted quite a long time. There was no communication to tell me what she was doing like when she, I think, started using a microderm tool and started attacking my face. The end results were good but the whole experience was terrible and uncomfortable, will never return.

I got my nails done 2 days ago and i was pretty disappointed about it. She could have done better on triming cuticles and getting a color coat on my nails. While my nail body is not wide, she made it look even smaller. Oh also, the chair was super uncomfy. There was no foot rest, and there was not enough space to place my feet becuz the nail techincian’s feet were just right in front of mine. The setup is quite weird. Definitely Would not recommend.

Laurel is such an amazing massage therapist!!! She is so knowledgeable and really takes the time to ask me how I’m feeling and what I’d like to focus on in my massage. She is an expert at relieving tension while maintaining comfort. I highly recommend seeing Laurel for massage!!

Such a bad massage experience. The person felt super inexperienced (though very nice!), and I walked out so disappointed for the money I spent. Won’t be back. Very strange vibe inside as well. 😫

The service was fine, but at the end the nail technicain felt my toenails and said they were dry enough to leave the salon in my regular shoes, not the provided flip flops. Apparently they weren't and my pedicure was completely destroyed within 15 min. That's an honest mistake and had they fixed it I would have still left a very positive review. I returned, as soon as I noticed (within 30 min of my appointment) and politely asked them to fix it. The person at the front desk flat out refused and told me I'd have to wait over an 1.5 hours. That's not acceptable, I have a life and I had other appointments I was willing to wear the disposable shoes and was told I wouldn't need to. It would have taken less than 10 min to repaint them. I told her I would accept a refund instead as I could not wait around, I had other appointments. She told me she was also not able to issue a refund. She seemed rather unapologetic about sending the message I was expected to pay full-price for a totally trashed pedicure unless I had nothing better to do than wait around for when someone happened to be free. Apparently no one at the front desk has any actual authority to do anything and they are totally unmoved if you are dissapointed in your service. I really regret tipping 20%, this place is already way more expensive than the competition and they don't provide the customer-oriented attitude to back it up. I was told someone would call me back, no one ever did. We had to call them again, and they flat out refused to give a refund. Offering to have me drive all the way back after I've already left is not sufficient. They were SUPER unapologetic and they do not warrantly their work. They straight up told me "shouldn't have trusted the nail tech". Go elsewhere, they don't care if you are happy with your service or not and for the price they really should care.
