Inspire Salon has a great vibe and great stylists. My stylist Chris always is sure to double check how I want my hair cut and styled. Chris is also very personable throughout the cut.

I have been a customer of the salon for over a year now, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Chris is not only a wonderful colorist and stylist but also a kind and caring individual. He listens attentively to my desired color and style requests while offering experienced input into the process with valuable suggestions. In addition, I enjoy my time during my appointments feeling welcomed and having great conversations to pass the time. I've now referred my daughter and my husband, and I highly recommend Inspire and the stylists to anyone who wants a fantastic service with wonderful caring people.

Fair warning, this establishment charges an arm and a leg for a butchered haircut and will not bother to correct their errors. Very unprofessional staff. DO NOT waste your time or money here. Go elsewhere.

Went in with virgin dark blonde hair and left with an orange mullet. Avoid this place at all costs! I sent reference photos to the stylist, who assured me that the look was "definitely doable." After growing out my hair for two years, I went in with full trust and confidence in my stylist. Unfortunately, I walked out with a terrible cut and orange hair. The stylist offered to add more layers to my hair but never gave me a time to go in, ignored my messages asking when I could go in AND refused to correct the color unless I paid for an additional service. My hair could have certainly met the reference photo but it’s all just a cash grab for you to go in for additional services that you don’t need OR they simply just don’t care. Expressing concerns seems futile here. As a loyal customer of 7 years, I should have taken my chances (and money) elsewhere. Once they changed owners/management it went downhill. I’ve had 3 stylists from this salon recently work on my hair and it’s been underwhelming every single time. I consider myself an understanding and loyal customer who recognizes that doing hair is a challenging task. However, they consistently fail to meet expectations and refuse to make any corrections or take any accountability. 0/10 do NOT recommend ☹️👎

I absolutely love this salon. Every time I come in I’m greeted with a smile and receive exceptional service. Caitlin has been taking care of my hair for years now and I always leave extremely satisfied. She really takes the time to make sure I am getting exactly what I want and my hair has never looked better!

I first went to Inspire downtown in 2011 after never having a steady hair place and settling for mediocre results. I have remained faithful for 13 years because of the people and quality of services I've received each and every time. I began with virgin dark brown hair and have slowly lightened to a bright blonde. I have receive compliments on my hair color and cut frequently and highly recommend Inspire to others. This place is not cheap in products they use, the advice they give, or the vibes they share...you definitely get what you pay for!

I have been going to Christopher Valdez (owner) since he worked at Lorenco’s (long time ago). Christopher consistently cuts my hair exactly the way I want it every time. He always is able to get me in on short notice and when He can’t his associate Tommy does a great job also.

I have been to Inspire several times as a hairdresser myself to come get my hair done because I know I can count on everyone there to provide me with an amazing level of customer service as well as getting the results I’m looking for. Never a regret. Love the atmosphere and people. 💯

I have had the pleasure of getting my haircut and styled with Chris Valdez for at least the last 10 years. Occasionally I will get color but with health problems it’s too difficult to sit in a chair for too long. I have always been more than satisfied with the outcome of my visits. I have never had one bad outcome since I’ve been going to Inspire Salon. I highly recommend Chris or anyone else at Inspire.

I went to inspire because I was ready to take my light honey highlighted hair, to a warmer brunette for the fall. The transition was amazing! He made sure that it had dimension, and wasn't too drastic a change that I would be shocked. I was asked questions about my liking throughout the entire process.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else when it comes to stylists. I don’t need to ask Chris, he just knows. I walk out of his salon feeling fantastic and confident. Every time. Great environment, combined with quality talent, wins every day. As a years long client of Inspire, I highly recommend this salon.

I’m very particular about my hair and would never trust my hair with just anyone! Chris has me looking like a new woman every single time I go in! I get so many compliments and I’ve referred several who also enjoyed getting their hair done by Chris. I’ve even had people stop me in the streets and ask me what I ask for when I get my highlights and color done. If that doesn’t say it all I don’t know what does. I don’t think I will ever find another hair dresser that knows my hair so well. Chris gets it right every single time so much so now my son goes to him. Thank you Chris for being such an expert in hair!

This place is absolutely horrible. You can show them your desired look and they will completely mess up your hair with zero remorse. Plain and simple, do not spend your hard earned money here unless you like a horrible cut.

This review is specifically regarding Tommy Torres. He is far and away the best stylist I’ve ever had. He’s terrific with my short hair. Equally important, he is always on time and as far as I can remember has never missed an appointment. Tommy is smart, warm, professional, talented, and kind. Go see him.

Came in to get my hair done by Liz and the experience I had from the moment I walked into the door was great! Liz was ready and greeted me as I walked in, It’s a positive environment, great music, nice people. and Liz always does an awesome job on my hair I always leave happy with the results! makes me feel welcomed and comfortable. She has great communication and is a good listener. Over all I would recommend this salon to anyone.just let the Ladies know what you want and they will do their best to guide you in the right direction.

My experience with this place was bad from the first appointment. They did not have the color that I wanted and I had to then wait 2 more weeks for another appointment. On the day of the appointment the stylist saw my daughter's hair and gave me a price of $ 250 and a time of 4 hours. We arrived at 12:30. SPARROW is the stylists name. She then made us wait until 1pm. The work was finished at 5:30. When she finished the color, it was not the purple we had asked for, it was a horrible rose gold color that still had parts of bleach showing.. They charged me $305. SPARROW knew that this was not the purple that we wanted and instead of telling me from the beginning that she needed to put more color or a different shade. They now want to charge me an extra $25 more to put more color in order to fix her mistakes. This can't even be fixed soon because they don't even have extra colors to fix the bad work they are doing. Another thing is that the place is very dirty it seems that they never sweep it because is full of hair including balls of hair, there is cobwebs and dust everywhere. Not once did I even see them disinfect the chairs. They charge a lot of money and they can not even pay someone to clean the place. Great cilps or Super cuts would have done a better job for less money with a cleaner environment. POSTED PICTURES OF MY DAUGHTERS HAIR VS WHAT WE WANTED.
