BEWARE! They are very deceiving about their charges and lack of customer retention. I have gone there a few times for their service until the last time when they up-charged my fill. Beware of the sneaky charges that they will add without your consent! I have always tipped them well, so this was hurtful.

I visited InstaBeauty last week for both a manicure and pedicure, and it was an overall great experience! The salon is clean, tastefully decorated with fresh flowers, and has a very relaxing and modern atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Both the manicure and pedicure services were top-notch. The technicians were meticulous and attentive to detail. I was particularly impressed with the thoroughness of the technicians; the service didn't feel rushed at all compared to other experiences I've had. The range of nail colors and designs available was as good or better than my usual spot, and they tailor the whole experience to your needs, which made me feel very comfortable considering it was a new spot. InstaBeauty has a wide menu, including a milk soak, and a range of fragrance and fragrance-free treatments. This level of customization really stood out to me and added to the overall positive experience.. I mean can really ask them to help pick a package that works and they take the time to explain it all. The salon itself is newly renovated, and the space feels breezy, fresh, and clean. They clearly sanitize everything thoroughly and I noticed they use disposable liners on the pedicure tubs, which is a great touch. And there are no harsh chemical smells like you experience at other places, and they even offered me tea and water. We loved bumping into the owners, Anh and Bao, and I had a great experience with my manicurist Moon. Their dedication to providing excellent service is clearly evident. Overall, I left InstaBeauty feeling pampered and happy. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for excellent nail care and spa services in West LA!

Instabeauty is a gem. Anh runs a clean, elegant and professional establishment with a wide range of services. There are definitely a few star estheticians at this establishment.

I come here every three weeks to do nails and a waxing and they never fail to make my nails absolutely perfect. the people are so kind and respectful. whenever i come in late they are super flexible and whenever im rushing to get out the make sure im done with my nails on time. they treat each customer like family. i will be going to this nails place till the day i die. no exaggeration at all. today i got a stunning short gel x for vacation and bao found me a perfect color. i love love love my nails.

Terrible! Kept me waiting 40 mins and I explained I had to leave and asked to finish removal of my gel polish and just for a clean manicure. They left residue on my nails, no cuticle or file. Rough finished nails, not close to smooth. She used the drill so roughly it thinned my nails. They still charged me when I showed the manger my nails. I don’t recommend this nail spa when there are so many great nails spas nearby like nail spa 66 with 5 star reviews.

Hit or miss depending on who does your nails (the women are better than the men for the most part). Prices are over the top. Cut down and file cost extra. Curable removal cost extra. Everything is extra so what costs $40 at any other salon is $80 here. But if you get someone good- it’s worth the money.

I love Instabeauty! I’ve tried almost all the nail salons in the area and couldn’t find one I was consistently happy with, until I found them. The salon is so clean and pretty, and all the nail artists have such a great attitude! My favorites are Bao and Tim, but everyone I’ve gone to has been great! Can’t recommend them enough! Give them a try if you’re in the area

I visited this nail salon, conveniently located for a quick lunch or dinner afterward, and opted for a gel manicure. While the location was certainly convenient, I must admit I was a bit disappointed. The price tag of $72 felt steep, and unfortunately, I didn't quite love the final result. In hindsight, I expected a bit more for the cost.

Nice people… but bad quality Every time…. Day two the gel is splitting off. They always try to up sell expensive service. This time ‘liquid gel’ aka hard gel you get on amazon for $7 a tube. For $115 plus gel polish on top for another $35 … I need to keep my promise to myself and never go back again for convenience

Very bad quality of extremely expensive gel or even powder nails. Always try to upswell too. I tried everything with them. Very disappointing. Need to find another salon.

I really wanted to love it here as there are few reliable salons in Brentwood. Unfortunately my Gel-X was put on so far out that my Friday nails didn’t even make it to Monday. There is dirt in my gel and the polish doesn’t cover the full nail. The Gel-X quality is really poor. Perhaps their other services are great but my Gel-X manicure was definitely not worth the high cost. UPDATE: manicure didn’t even last a week

One week post nail appointment powder (sns) manicure plus tips. The top coat is just normal nail polish and has completely come off. The tips are cracked and all I did was wash dishes. Took 3 hours and was $85 didn’t last 8days. Although they were very kind it took too long and didn’t last which makes it not worth it.

These guys use the cheapest materials ever so that nothing lasts long. Also know that if you book an appointment, you WILL be bumped for a walk in. This happened to us twice, and on the third time said “we will never come back! Bad business decisions will not get you very far”

This is the nicest nail place I’ve ever been to. Clean, beautiful, and the sweetest, most accommodating staff. One small issue and one suggestion: *I was overcharged for at least one service *Please add pricing to your website. This doesn’t change a thing though, I’ll definitely be back!

Kind people that do a lovely job. They gave me those nice pedicure flip flops on the way out. I was running about 5 mins late and the people here were very kind in taking me and making me feel relaxed - which is what the spa experience is meant to be. Next time - I'll try their citrus treatment. FINALLY - I found my Go To - MANI/ PEDI place!

This place is amazing with super clean and beautiful setup and professional nail artists. What's most impressive is that they have a manicure or pedicure called "InstaHeart" where they donate 20% to charities. And the charities are well thought out. The owner selects them after screening to ensure that the money goes to work and not to full overhead. Overall, a great place! Will definitely be my go-to spot for nail work!

Today was my 2nd time to this wonderful salon. I really enjoyed the Insta-Brite pedicure especially the deep massage. The salon was clean, Covid protocols followed, fresh air, vibe was peaceful, and the staff is so friendly. I can't wait to go back.
