The atmosphere was calm and quiet. Offered tea or water at check in was really nice. Therapist was polite, on time and really good. Loved the warm towels on my back and feet. Bathrooms are very clean.

i recently finished my chemotherapy after several months of treatments and i felt like my husband and i both deserved a nice treat. it was hard on us both so i thought what better way to relax than a nice massage. miss kim and miss juanita were both professional and amazing hands. thank you for everything. my husband and i will definitely be back. have a great holiday! take care.

The environment in the lobby and front desk area is consistently clean and welcoming. Staff are always so nice. Shout out to Joey, he's attentive, friendly, and professional. Really, I've always had good experiences with all services and staff. Love it there.

Loved my visit to this spa. I had a prenatal massage with Juanita. She did an amazing job at making me feel relaxed and more comfortable as I approach the last 2 month of my pregnancy journey. Highly recommend this place to anyone that needs some pampering.

When Integration Spa hired Brittany. It was a very sound decision. Brittany is courteous and patient, and above all, she's highly technical as a masseuse. Brittany uses a variety of massage modalities to suit my body's needs. After a Brittany massage, I leave Integration spa feeling on top of the world.

The spa looked very nice. The people were very friendly. I have had numerous massages all my life by licensed massage therapists. And when I asked for a Swedish massage, I got light rubbing of my skin and no massaging of any muscles. And so much, that I immediately wondered if the guy that did my massage was even a legit therapist!? I used to get migraines I'm the past, and Swedish massage got rid of it. I am concerned, as I spent 130.00 for something my husband could have done. And instead of a 60 minute spa, he walked out saying come back and visit after 50 minutes. He never touched my shoulders or neck area. So, I am wondering if I should try your spa again or not at all.

The staff is so personable and helpful, always a pleasure! My massage was perfect, worked out the knots and has me feeling lighter and refreshed. My first time at the sauna and it was a great experience.

Tara is very professional and even if I'm her last client I feel like I'm her first. She is very consistent and the front desk is very quick to help or fix any issues. The facility is always very clean and relaxing.

Hello, I've been to my fair share of spas and I must say Integration is very nice. Customer service is amazing. However, this is my second time there and I never quite understood why beverages are never offered, before or after your service. For the price you pay I don't think that's a huge request. At least a glass of water after or a nice cup of tea. My masseuse was very friendly. I never met a masseuse who enjoys talking the whole entire time she's working. I wondered how one is suppose to drift off into a state of relaxation when they're being asked question after question after question? Decent massage but definitely could do without the hour and a half of conversation.
