Cesar doesn't do anything what I want 😒 I even show a picture and he doesn't know how to do it, but he says ye he can , at the end he let me looking like Ursula on The Little Mermaid and one side longer never going back

If you want an awesome haircut, this is the place for you. It's definitely the best place for a haircut in Las Vegas and not even expensive, which is not what I expected. I've paid 3x as much for a service I wasn't satisfied, this is leaps and bounds better than the rest. You'll have to make an appointment cause they're always busy (they're that good) and do leave generous tip, they're worth it.

Worse Hair salon EVER!!! I went there to do a root touch up. Went in there with light hair and came out of there with black hair. Tatiana was the person who did my hair, when I saw how black it was I told her that is not what I asked for, and she had the audacity to say “that is the same color you came in with!” Which was obviously not true! And she still charged me. I didn’t want to embarrassed her bc there was other people getting their hair done, so I called to speak with the manager which was a total waist of time bc she told me to come back in a couple of weeks so she can try to fix it. I clearly didn’t want to go for “a couple of weeks” with black hair as it is not the color I use, so I went back the next day to the salon and had to pay another hair stylist to fix the damage since the manager wasn’t there. I spent literally the whole day until he left my hair somehow with a decent color, but I had to pay over 210.00 and I obviously was charged 100.00 for the initial color with Tatiana. Until today, I still haven’t received a call from the manager nor any of the money back. I basically paid over 310.00 for a hair touch up and spent a day and a half sitting in the chair for it, and not just that; my hair was severely damaged bc in the end they had to bleach it to get rid of the black color. Do yourself a favor and go with a real professional, who at least will take responsibility for their shortcomings. I never really write reviews for anything, but I feel is my obligation to make people aware of the luck of professionalism and etiquette of these so call “professional hair dressers”.. Don’t go there! Trust me you will thank me!

Deanice and Katy are 2 of the nicest sweetest and most skilled professionals that could ever cut your hair, any vision that you have these 2 amazing women can make it happen no matter what you can invision!! I've been going to them for 9+ years and I would not trust or go anywhere else!!

PESIMO LUGAR fui para un tinte con rayos y corte pero ya empezando ella solo pinto todo el cabello como quiso y nisiquiera pregunto como me iba a cortar para saber en que zonas pintar muy mal servicio y atencion a los clientes.🚫🚫🚫

Pesimo servicio y el personal muy mal educado. Asisti personalmente y me dieron una cita para las 2,30pm. Llegue a esa hora y me dijeron que espere 1 hora mas ya que se habian equivocado en la programacion. Muy mal educado el joven hispano que atiende ahi, manifestando que si quiero espero o me puedo ir. No recomendable y lo peor es la atencion al cliente

I called a week in advance to make appointments for me and my son. We get there three min late and she took someone else. Plus the only appointment they had scheduled was for my son apparently I was forgotten all together. Kat is an excellent hairdresser but the place in general is very unprofessional, rude and liars. I understand it’s a business and making money especially if your late. But we were only 3 minutes late you know we had appointments and it’s not our first time coming you could have waited at least 5 min but you didn’t. Oh well you lost business with me and my family. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I came here honestly not knowing what to expect. I saying I loved it doesn't even do justice. The colors that José Juan used on my hair were a mix and I absolutely loved his judgment. I've had horrible experiences in the past (not at this salon) and I wasn't looking forward to having another but my hair was basically an emergency. I came in with a patch job of bleach and I was crying because of how it looked. I came out a whole new woman. The confidence I got coming out of here, I'll never forget. I am DEFINITELY coming back here for future hair appointments. I will be posting pictures!! Thank you José Juan!

One minute they charge you one price the next minute they charge you for a hairline and because my child would make little twitches, because i seen him thr whole time and not once did he give the lady a hard time. Next theyll charge for talking smh

They close at 7pm on Saturdays. I went in at 5:30pm and there was 3 workers and nobody else. They said I have to have an appointment that they were closed even though they were open.
