I love this place. It's an absolute gem! I took my daughter here and couldn't be happier. The stylist, Liz, was phenomenal, combining exceptional skill with genuine kindness. I want to start off by saying what an amazing job Ivie did! I’ve had my hair long for so many years and have always been scared to cut it shorter than usual but I’m so happy I did. Ivie was extremely welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I’m in love with the end results and couldn’t have asked for a better stylist!

My husband needed a haircut last minute, and they were able to fit him in right before they closed. His hairdresser was very nice, and did a great job with the cut. My husband and I both love the new do 😉

From the moment you walk in, this salon has a great vibe to make you feel welcome. Kaylene did a wonderful job at making me trust her that taking my "aging" fading blonde hair needed an update. I wanted to embrace my gray hairs that are coming in, not to cover them up. The end result was perfect for me. Have received many compliments on my hair, she even has worked with me to help me continue to grow the length out, remind me when it is time for a trim or touch up. Give Kaylene and Intrinsic a try, you will be impressed!

I came in originaly as a walk-in apointment and was met with relief from the exceptional costumer service at the front desk. I got my ends trimmed and was able to get an appointment the next day for an absolutely stunning teal balayage From their stylists Ive. Im pretty sure the stylists at intrinsic can read minds becuse I'm floored with how happy I am with the results. 10/10 Would absolutely recommend 👌

I have had my haircut twice now from Kaylene Lewis and I have never been so happy with my cut and the Stylist! So very friendly and sweet! I already have my third appt in the books! I highly recommend Kaylene for your future hair stylist!

I was disappointed in my experience. I went in September to have my hair dyed for my birthday. It had been several years of me growing it out to get it healthy. When I called to make my appointment I made it clear to the schedulear that I have very long and very thick hair. And it takes people on average a lot longer to do my hair. When I went in, the stylist told me that he did not believe my hair would make it to platinum blonde. I told him I would like him to get it as light as he could. And showed him past pictures of my hair platinum. We won't get into him cutting off over 6 inches of the length. "Because it was needed" ultimately I agreed to it, even though I felt that was excessive. I was there for a few hours, he used foils and dyed my hair in a weave pattern kind of way. Once we were done there was a significant amount of my hair that was still brown. He said to come back in a couple of weeks and we will do a "color correction" I said okay. I was never told how much it would cost to do my hair, and when he said we would just doba color correction the next time it sounded as if that was a minor thing. When I went out to the front to pay, he said it would be $300. I said okay paid it plus a tip and came back two weeks later. By now I'm thinking that he is aware of my hair, what it will take to complete the job excetra. On my second trip there was more foils. When done, my hair became more of a grey color and their is still chunks of brown in the back. Mostly hidden "underneath" I did not ask for any kind of ombre or partial brown. My goal was for all blonde. Then I go to pay and this time it was $350! And it's the kind of pay were they hand you the machine and they are standing right in front of you while you pay it. And he wanted to set up another session to "finish"!?? Within 2 weeks I had spent over $750 on my hair and was not even close to the look and color I was wanting. I ended up cancelling my 3rd appointment, and I am devastated. I did not contact the salon to tell them because I feel robbed and defeated.

Intrinsic Salon is hands down, the best salon I have ever been to. It is beautiful inside, with an added plus of offering complimentary refreshments while you wait, with a cheerful staff. Additionally, I have been going to Pedro for over 10 years. He does my hair so well, that I have followed him all over the city, and will continue to go to him possibly forever. If you need an excellent, and stylish mens cut. Pedro at Intrinsic Salon is your undisputed go to.

Kaylene has done an incredible job in my hair, and being sensitive to my sensory needs and always makes me feel so comfortable! Her warm lavender towels are always a plus!! She really makes sure I understand how my hair will look after I leave her and we work together towards hair goals!! I recommend her to anyone!!!!

My go to girl is Kaylene. I wear my hair short and have alot of "cowlicks" and she styles my hair cuts and styles my hair so they don't stand out. She is very talented and does a fantastic job whether you have long, short, curly or straight hair..therefore I recommend Kaylene for your beautician.

The absolute best salon experience I've had in my life. A friend recommended Ashley for tape in extensions for my wedding hair and she went above and beyond. She in turn recommended Carlos for my bridal hair style and again, the experience was more than perfect. The stylists take such pride in their work and the entire environment is clean, upbeat and just so welcoming.

Worst haircut of my life right before my parent’s funeral which was Traumatizing. Unprofessional narcissistic immature stylist was responsible. I had to grow it out for four months before getting it fixed at Supercuts for less than half what they charge. Complete loss of trust for me.

I cannot rate the quality of work as I ended up sadly walking out, but I had set an appointment as soon as the business had opened that morning. I set it at 4pm, I arrived 30mins early, and my appointment had been misplaced or it was not taken. Was told my appointment was eventually found, only about 5 mins later. But after I was seated to wait I felt like I was just ignored. The customer service wasn't the best as I had waited until 20min after my appointment and I disclosed I was no longer interested. I needed a simple cut and clean for my wedding but instead I spent an hour sitting and waiting... I cannot recommend as it was not busy and a total of maybe 3 customers were in the building. It was disappointing I was really excited to try a new place....

I found Lawrence through a friend whose hair is always perfection! I visited with a long history or not being able to get my hair needs met since moving from San Francisco. Voila! The first style he gave me worked so well that I was hooked. He lightened my over-dyed hair up and gave me a great cut that dealt well with my bunches and bunches or hair. Since then, we have gone on a magical journey. Less than one year later and I am thrilled each time I see him. We have landed on a great style for me. One that gives me joy and confidence. At 55, I feel like I am getting younger. I appreciate the talent, the kindness, and the fun. Recommend 100%!

Kori colored my roots and sharged me $125. the color was really darker than my hair and I mentoed it to her but she didn't pay any attention and at the end after washing she told me it will get lighter by washing. Well it didn't and I waited and washed my hairs every other day. It was awful and made me nervous I went back to her after 3w and asked her to correct her mistake and she react like it's normal and sharged me another 125 dollars to redo the roots. I do not recommend her at all. Not professional
