After countless unsuccessful interventions and surgeries for chronic lumbar pain as a result of spinal stenosis/spondylosis , my pain management specialist mentioned trying Ketamine infusions. I scheduled a consult with Dr Sara Franco at InVita Health & Wellness. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. I was a bit apprehensive, but Dr. Franco provided a detailed and thorough explanation of the Ketamine process and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. After my 4th infusion, I began feeling relief (and was able to escape my wheelchair). I presently follow a maintenance plan which includes the esketamine nasal spray and a booster infusion every 4-6 months. What truly sets Dr. Franco and her staff apart is their genuine compassion and dedication to patient care. Dr. Franco is an expert in every aspect of her field. The staff at InVita goes above and beyond to ensure that all patients feel comfortable. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my care. I am confident that I am in the best hands! Thanks to Dr. Franco and her staff, I am now able to experience joy in my life again, something I wasn’t sure would ever be possible. I highly recommend Dr. Franco and InVita Health & Wellness to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and skilled healthcare provider.

I visited InVita for ketamine infusion therapy. The staff was kind, compassionate, and helpful. Infusions are done in a private room, in a clean facility. I highly recommend the office for infusions.

I’m speechless at the level on professionalism, affordability & the ability to meet individual needs. I was going to have to go to Mexico to get IV treatments. Not only did they have what I needed, after I researched other treatments they ordered it and had it readily available.

InVita changed my life. I originally met Sara through a networking group we are both in. One day she gave a presentation about medical weight loss. I called and they got me right in to try it. I am 6'3" tall and was almost 300 pounds, I felt disgusting and was literally the fattest person everywhere went... ugh. On Dec 17, 2022 I got my first shot. It is now August 21, 2023 and I am SEVENTY FIVE POUNDS LIGHTER! Sara & her team gave me so much great advice on how to change my diet to get the weight off, it is very evident that they really care about each and every patient. They are always very mindful about getting patients in and out quickly (you have to get an injection every week). This treatment did cost me my entire wardrobe but WHO CARES haha! Thanks to Sara and her team I feel ten years younger, I sleep better... you don't really realize how much the extra weight holds you back until you lose a ton of it. If you're reading this review and are in a similar situation as I was, and you're tired of it... call InVita!

Love everything about this place. 1) After the consultation with Sara, we decided Ketamine treatments were best for me as I needed something to help with some depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She went over everything in detail and made me feel VERY comfortable. 2) The treatments were very relaxing and comfortable (I have had hallucinogens before so I was prepared). These things might help... - Relax! (Sara recommended watching funny videos (prior to and while waiting) to put your mind in a relaxed state). Spot ON! Don't allow in any frustrations before treatment. Don't worry about anything while getting the treatment. You are being monitored. They will let you know when things are over. No need to look up over and over to see if everything is ok. JUST RELAX! Anything your mind is focused on will be re-centered and highlighted, and isn't easy to distract from so think about positive, insightful, and generally good thoughts. - Make a playlist for 75 minutes. (there are Ketamine playlists on Spotify and others that work well). I find certain music lets me relax more than others. On your first treatment keep your phone or music on your lap/chest and you can forward songs from a playlist until you find one (you will know) that lets your mind go and REALLY relax. *make sure you put it in DO NOT DISTURB. After the first treatment you can go thru and listen to the playlist again and remove any songs that wouldn't help you relax while in treatment. (don't try to figure out your phone while in treatment, your vision can be affected, just use the phone to forward songs if needed). USE noise cancelation. - Make sure you hydrate the day before but don't over-hydrate the day of treatment. You will be under treatment for 30 - 60 minutes plus a little recovery time so needing to "go" once things start can be annoying. And I am getting old- enough said. - Eye covering helps reduce distraction. - I found a neck pillow, your own "super cozy" blanket, and super relaxing clothes will help to relax. 3) Nothing but good things to say about InVita Health. (Clean, Kind, Informative, Patient, COMPASSIONATE, Understanding). These treatments have improved my marriage and relationships with everyone-including myself. It definitely "reset" something and allowed me to focus more and be more optimistic. I have more patience. A better outlook. Thank you Sara and Staff, Donald Bray

My son first started with Sarah for Ketamine. He went to three different clinics prior to Invita Health and Wellness. Sarah is BY FAR the most knowledgeable with the best results. I am now going myself. HIGHLY recommend!!!! Awesome staff also!

I had an unfortunate experience at InVita. 3 days after a series of infusions, I had a subdural hematoma. Then 3 weeks later, I had 2 seizures (first time in my life). I’m not saying that the infusions led to the brain problems, but I wonder. I called Sara just afterwards to keep her posted and she promised to call me back. She never has. EVER!! Over a month! Not even to see how I’m doing. I would not recommend this place. . In response to your response to my review, I must differ on the timeline of events. I did have a preexisting situation, but the subdural hematoma 3 days after my treatment did not occur from a fall. It’s a mystery. I called to let you know so you would be aware. I never received a follow up call from you until after you read my review. This after calling you on Thursday, May 26 to inform you of what happened. I asked to come in the next week. You said you were free any day but Friday, when your husband was having surgery. You said you would call Monday to set up an appointment. That didn’t happen. Over the next 4 weeks, I called numerous times, your receptionist telling me you were with a client and would call back. You never did. Even my husband called regarding a different matter and you ignored him as well. I got my first message from you June 27 after you read my review. I was extremely disappointed because, I too, thought we had developed a friendship. I’m disappointed to hear you say I didn’t tell you about the episode in Florida (3days after treatment). That was the purpose of my call to you on May 26. I asked you only to update my file in the event further studies questioned a relationship between the treatment and the hematoma. There was no blame. I merely wanted you to know what happened. To me, you seemed defensive even then. I have not erased any emails, voicemails or texts and there is no evidence of you trying to contact me. My husband is not the one who told you. When we spoke on May 26, you said you would call me to set up an appointment on Monday for a time during that following week. You could find a time any day but Friday. I don’t want to continue this. I was happy with the treatment. I only related that the treatment for pain was not helpful. I’m simply unhappy with your lack of follower up and concern. I felt you avoided me intentionally after I told you about the hematoma. Rest assured, I had no intention of suing you or giving you a less than positive review. During treatments, you were great. But the after care was non existent.

I went to InVita for IV therapy hoping to rejuvenate post-Covid. Haven't been able to get my energy back and felt in need of an overall immunity boost. Dr. Sara spent time with me answering all of my questions and more about the options available and which would best meet my needs. She was incredibly knowledgable and as a healthcare professional myself, I felt confident I was in good hands. There are many IV therapy options now in St. Louis. I've tried several others and have now found my go-to. If you haven't tried IV therapy post-illness, pre-wedding/bachelorette, or just for fatigue the effects are amazing. I will highly recommend InVita to my friends and family and maybe take them with me next time I need a boost.

Absolutely 💯 my go to place for ketamine therapy, chronic pain relief and other health and wellness issues. Years of military service has left my GI system destroyed, so the infusions work. I will be using the infusions for rehydration and essential other vitamin and mineral needs. I have been suffering for a long time, not out of the woods yet, but now Have Hope. Thank you, I am now part of this Health and Wellness family- a long term, grateful US Veteran.

I am extremely impressed with the services, staff, and my overall experience at InVita Health. I’m a nurse who’s worked in this industry for most of my career, and when my mother’s labs showed deficiencies in vitamin D and B12, it was extremely important to me to find her a quality facility close to her home that I trusted would take good care of her (I’m in town from out of state). InVita Health is it! Sarah took wonderful care of us. Her knowledge and expertise is evident - and this isn’t always the case at many new facilities like this. She gave easy to understand and thorough explanations to my mom, and we both agreed our injections were pain free. This place has my trust (and I have high standards!), I’m impressed with the value, and so grateful and relieved to find a clinic like this close to her home that provides so many effective and cutting edge wellness services.
