The lady I went to said she can do ombré nails but totally messed up my nails and wasn’t an ombré look. I asked to have my nails cut but didn’t listen. Mid through she said oh I haven’t done ombré in a long time… never took off the old dip just colored over it! I wasn’t happy and will not go back again!

Hong is great for pedicures but will never come back for a manicure. My niece wanted this design to match her dress for an event, the nail tech said she doesn’t like it but proceeded to do her nails quickly and this is what she ended up with. We are paying you for a service and a design regardless of how you feel about it, if you were not capable of completing or did not want to, you could have just stated that and turned us away. We ended up getting her nails redone the same day from Lavendar Natural Nails and they did such a phenomenal job and were so attentive.

Not happy. Had to tell the (owner) tech to get the rough areas on my feet. She upcharged to $40, but still have calloused areas. She actually gave me an ingrown toenail.

First time at Ipink and I will be returning. Zhoua educated me about nails and was very informative. She is very nice and friendly to her customers. Clean and relaxing experience! 10/10

went to get my nails soaked off and was given a very small bowl and told to somehow fit both hands inside? it was very uncomfortable and when i tried to tell the lady i was shut down instantly by her saying its not. also, pretty sure they used mma on my nails. normal acrylic is not supposed to stay on a month and not soak off or break off. texture was gummy while she was trying to remove it too. don’t come here unless you want to waste money. didn’t even like the nails in the first place, even tho it was such a simple design. nail tech was jean and ying removed them.

Easy to book, when I arrived they fit me in for a manicure also! Plus I recently had shoulder surgery and they were amazing at accommodating my arm being in a sling and still giving amazing service!!

I absolutely love going to this salon. This is my go-to salon! I have been coming here since 2019/2020 and haven’t gone anywhere else since. Had Zoua as my nail technician today and she was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely be returning again!!

I got an acrylic gel/dip set. They did an amazing job! By far the best manicure I've ever got. Such great attention to detail. Will absolutely be going back!

I went in for a man’s manicure, and my cuticles were very bad and rough my nail technician Zoua took care of my challenge. We also had a English to English conversation while I was getting my nails done and that was very refreshing. She gave me some knowledge about how to move forward with taking care of my cuticles once I left her establishment. This was my first time there and I think I found a nail technician here in Green Bay I will be returning.

The only thing I didn't like was that the lady didn't fix my nails when I told her that it was crooked. She told me she'll check to make sure, but it's still crooked.

Took my husband to get his first mani/ pedi today. He was nervous of course. The lady he had was very friendly! She did a great job & explained the steps to him to make him feel comfortable. I just had a pedi & my lady did a good job. We will be back.

this place was sooo good! i got my nails done for homecoming and i love them. i had anya as my nail tech and she was so fast and accurate (45 mins!!) and she always double checked with me if i was liking the nail so far. my only issue was i was allergic to the nail primer but its not really their fault.
