Absolutely did a great job. I showed an inspo pictures and the nail tech (Kimmy) did amazing. Very friendly and fast working. Definitely booking again. The pink is the inspo and the black is what I got. Obsessed!!!

I absolutely love IQ!!! The staff is always amazing and very much helpful. I’m always happier when I leave! Would recommend to anyone!! They won’t disappoint!!

I would go to this salon for convenience. It’s incredibly close by and not incredibly expensive. They also do a decent job! Although, do NOT go here if you are on a time crunch. Even with an appointment! I arrived at 11 am and I was there for 3 hours. I didn’t have an appointment but I didn’t think a short french full set would take 3 hours! When I got there I wasn’t informed of a wait but I noticed all the ladies were working so I was happy to wait. To my surprise I was sat down in a chair within 15 minutes! Unfortunately instead of getting my nails worked on I waited another at least 20 minutes in that said chair. Finally, one of the ladies comes to start doing my nails, I thought great! Unfortunately, not great! The tips were put on with the nail glue, not cut down or anything, and then she left! I sat there for an hour, very uncomfortable with the uncut long tips on. After that hour, the tips were cut down to my preferred length and I was happy to finally have my nails worked on. But, once again, I was left in the chair for at least 10 minutes! Once someone came to do my nails they put one of my nails in foil and an acetone filled cotton ball without explaining why, even when I asked. Thankfully, at 1 o’clock the acrylic was put on my nails and they were actually getting done. I was, finally, out of there by 2 o’clock. I am not naive and I understand that weekends can be busy! Although, I would’ve rather have been told to come back in an hour or that there’d be a wait, than to be left in a chair waiting for majority of my time spent there. I enjoyed the convenience thoroughly but unfortunately due to my experience I will not be coming back. Thank you if you read this far and I hope you take into consideration the amount of time you can spare when looking to get your nails done.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years at various places across the USA, but this was unfortunately my least favorite experience. I visited this place for the first time to get a dip set with a simple Christmas nail art. The experience was frustrating for two main reasons: The nail technician didn’t respect my time. She left me midway through the process, saying I needed to wait for my nails to dry (which is unusual for a dip set, in my experience). Instead of returning promptly, she spent a long time chatting and giggling with another employee, leaving me to wait unnecessarily. I eventually had to call her back to continue. The quality of the work was disappointing. My nails started chipping by December 23r, just four days after getting them done on the 19th. I’ve never had dip nails fail so quickly, especially when I was charged significantly more than I usually pay at other salons in Baton Rouge. Overall, I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

My family and I went and it was lovely! Ms. Lin worked on my nails and did an incredible job, especially since I asked for something extremely complicated. Overall great experience!

My first time here, i got a full set the color gel was so thick it just looked so lumpy, i spoke to the short boy/ girl chick that I believe the one in charge told her they were ugly I needed them fix because i come with the intention to get my hands fixed and was so unhappy, they don’t care about quality they just don’t want to resolve redo! She gets mad because i say it in front of another customer and i ask that customer to be honest herself and she sees how thick and lumpy the color look, i had a hair appointment and came back so she can fixed insisted id pay again because i was not going to have my hands like this it’s supposed to look smooth!! Overall she refused because i know she/he was mad at the fact i kept telling her it was unacceptable and as a paying customer i should be happy with work! I never yelled nor cussed but it didn’t matter there word is final! But they want to offer all kinds of other treatment so you can waste more but can’t deliver quality work!!! So hurt and dissatisfied 🤷‍♀️

Since its opening in 2022, I have been going to this nail salon. Up until a few months ago, they always gave me excellent service. The following time I visited, I asked them to have someone else take care of me because the girl who worked there gave me a pedicure and did a poor job. Every month, I went, and for the past two years, every girl knew me. Despite this, they never once had the grace to speak to me when they cancelled an appointment I had scheduled. That same day I called them to request a time change, and they told me the appointment was cancelled already. Keep in mind I never cancelled the appointment. They informed me that they weren't going to give me a pedicure, therefore they had canceled my appointment. They never gave me a call or communicated with me beforehand. In addition, they consistently made me wait, treat others disrespectfully, and provide poor customer service. With my eyes closed, I would have suggested this nail salon if you had asked me a few years ago. I now tell people not to go because they treat you poorly and with disrespect.

I had a horrible experience here, the technician was incredibly rough during my manicure, causing pain and making my finger bleed. She also cut my nail when I asked for it just to be filed. This place is a very convenient location for me so I gave it a try during a work break, but I won't return.

My daughter is a student at LSU and recommended IQ. This is one of the best nail salons that I have ever visited. My nails look great and the customer service is excellent. I will definitely be back.

Came in to get acrylics, but they convinced me to get gel x because of the style I was going for and the nails came out perfectly!!! I got nail extensions and a gel pedicure in only 2 hours!!! 10/10 highly recommend their services!!!

I work on a ship that docked for 1 hr I called ahead and took a Uber to them for $25 and when I got there they told me it will be a wait very unprofessional for people who don't live in this city I will tell all my coworkers don't ever come here and waste your money

Tap pay doesn’t work so had to cash app and then they proceeded to try and request more money after they canceled first payment and lady threaten Me with camera In faculty. Lady also said 10 min wait ended up being 30mins . Customer service isn’t best . Wouldn’t recommend!!

So glad I tried this shop! They were great, very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Very nice and clean shop, and very attentive. I really like that they are toxin free. I love the natural look and that is exactly what I got. I will be going back for sure! Thank you sweet lady who took care of me. She was awesome!
