Hard for me to read unnecessary bad comments.. I’ve been coming here for a year already and my experience every time just gets better and better, the way she treats my hair and myself its more than just amazing, she will educate you on how to take care of your hair WHILE DOING your hair, no place that you go will do this.. they don’t care about you, they only care about your money, Iragne DOES care, she is very attentive and extremely professional, this is my go to place forever so please do yourself a favor and come here for the best experience🩷🩷🩷🩷 p.s. I am not happy with crooked hair. They were all excited to have an influencer with most followers out of the USA in the salon who was obnoxious and noisy the entire 2 hour visit. Owner seems very nice and capable and I really wanted this to be a great place but my hair was cut crooked by other employee then they said we have to straight iron so you could see it was straight. It was worse! I did root touchup, hydration and blow dry and it cost me $205 plus tip and I left there needing a haircut! I did give her a chance to fix it but she was busy with her influencer and asked me to come back and she will fix it. I'm here now!!! Fix it!! Don’t make me leave with crooked hair! Keep your influencer. Hope she brings you thousands of clients. I do love what you did for her but it was not my experience. My complaint is that the price it’s the crooked hair. I been looking for over 6 years a good hair stylist that makes my hair ground healthy, strong and bright. And Iragne and her team make my search get to the end. I been with her for over a year. My hair is strong, healthy and long like I never have it before. She’s always professional, careful with your hair, she’s willing to help, she explains each product to you and what she’s going to do. She’s not that kind stylist that work for money and doesn’t care the customer. If you have question and doubt she’s more than happy to help you. I will always recommend because I been see the result. Recommend 100%

I NEVER write reviews, so my concern for this stylist is clearly real. Most of her good reviews are from people with the same type of hair (non-ethnic), simple services or are friends. Ladies, do NOT be fooled by this stylist. She claims to be an Yberra instructor, which you would hope that means she’s qualified and educated about product application on different hair types. You’d also hope it’s a stylist who operates with professionalism and accountability. She is none of those things. I was told black diva is the healthy alternative to using a relaxer, so needless to say I was intrigued and wanted to try it. I VERY explicitly and consistently told her I want to loosen my curl and significantly reduce volume, but that I do not want to 100% straighten my hair. I wanted a very loose curl with significant volume reduction. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she reassured me it was possible. After she flat ironed it to activate the product, my hair felt soft and healthy. I kept it in for over 3 days as instructed and washed it out only to realize my hair looked EXACTLY the same. Worst part, she charged me $500 which was shocking itself - I’m positive she overcharged me. I have never spent so much on a hair treatment and come out looking the same. Of course I tried to rectify the situation with the stylist directly because I was hoping to avoid having to write a bad review. But continuous bad service warrants a bad review so here we are. She starts to lie about all these things she claimed to have told me prior to my appointment - she suddenly tells me I need 2-3 sessions of black diva to loosen my curl and get the results I want. Not only did she definitely never mention that (or else I would have never booked with her), but it’s also not factually true. I don’t need to spend $1500 ($500/treatment) to loosen my curl and reduce volume. She then tries to blame me for not listening to her instructions correctly to activate it at home - which is also not factually correct because the activating occurs in the salon when they flat iron it. Of course she doesn’t want to hear that she did anything wrong, so she just stops communicating at her leisure. Reading messages but not responding, at one point I’m pretty sure she blocked me. Just horrible accountability and service. I spoke to her colleagues, other yberra professionals, and they were shocked to see my before and after. They said my hair should definitely not have been this poofy and curly after a treatment of black diva especially if I was charged $500. They suggested I seek a refund, so I reached out 3 times for a refund, but of course the stylist left my message on read, but never responded - great customer service. So here are some tips for you: 1. There is a language barrier as she speaks more Spanish than English. Get in writing confirmation that she understands your needs because she will ghost you if you try to claim she didn’t do something right. 2. Take screenshots of your Whats App messages. Her account is set up for messages to disappear - very convenient for her. 3. Have her quote you an EXACT price before she does your hair. Get second opinions from other stylists because she is likely overcharging you. 4. Be sure to request SHE does your hair. When I booked with her, she had her mom and her best friend’s mom doing my hair which to me if you spend large sums of money you better get the stylists work, not her family’s work. 5. Do not let her request any video reviews until you’ve seen the final product of your hair. 6. I suggest if you have ethnic hair to simply NOT go with this stylist - your hair and bank account will thank you. This review was so easily avoidable, but there’s only so much you can do with a stylist who sees no wrong in her ways of operating business. I have never heard of someone paying $500 for a smoothing treatment and coming out looking the same as before and that being ok. Hope this review helps prevent someone else from falling in the traps I fell in.

Iran is incredible at her job and her passion and work ethic are unmatched! My hair treatment results are amazing. She has a new & beautiful salon in downtown Tampa - parking included :) She always explains the process and the aftercare instructions which are very important! I'm so happy I found her and look forward to many more appointments with this lady! She also just added an esthetician who is also beyond incredible & so helpful. Congrats Iran on your success!!!

This salon is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, their welcoming and kind team made me feel right at home. Their expertise in working with curly hair is unmatched! The deep conditioning treatment, repeated twice, left my hair incredibly soft. The salon's clean and fun, relaxing atmosphere added to the overall experience. And to top it off, my facial was truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I left with my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I felt thoroughly pampered and beautiful. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The ladies in Irangne truly make you feel at home and are very knowledgeable of all types of hair and a assortment of other services. I got a haircut with beard trim, facial and a massage! They made me feel welcome as soon as I stepped foot inside! Also on a side note I waked in hungry and smelled some amazing food and they feed me!

Estoy Justo hoy en mi cuarto tratamiento con Iragne y no pude escoger un mejor lugar para tratar el maltrato que tenia mi cabello, estaba MUERTO y ahora tengo la seguridad y salir a la calle con el cabello natural, sin aplicar ningún tipo de calor, casi todos siempre tienen que ver con el brillo que tiene mi cabello y lo saludable que se ve😍 si estas pensando venir, NO LO PIENSES MÁS y ven, no te arrepentirás!!!! Es lo mejor que le vas a dar a tu cabello y ni hablar de la buena mano que tiene al momento de cortarlo, me ha crecido súper rápido😍 amo venir a este lugar y amo el trato de Iragne, magnifico desde que entras hasta que sales👌🏻♥️

If you're getting your eyelashes done...do not go here Yelena is the worst person to go to. she works her scheduled around yours she's never on time she's always 30 to minutes to an hour late she shoves your appointments back because she puts her family before her own clients not worth going she doesn't horrible job
