Katie is amazing!!! She did my brows a month ago and I swear I haven’t had to touch them since! Still barely growing hair back! Highly recommend her for eyebrows, lashes, face, etc. She knows what she’s doing!

I wasn’t going to post a public review and I was hoping to handle it privately between me and the salon, but they never reached out to me after I shared my concerns with them. I was looking for a new salon and decided to try this one. I had high hopes for this salon, but I left with uneven ends, my right side is longer than the left side, and my hair is much shorter than I wanted. The short length is probably due to the stylist continually cutting more to try to make it even. For hair color, I emphasized I wanted dimensional highlights and I showed inspo pics, but it’s barely noticeable that I got any coloring done. The stylist seemed to recognize some of her errors, as she offered an excuse, but no solution. I’m not upset with her and I thought she was nice, but I’m disappointed that her and the salon are aware of all of this, yet they didn’t offer any solution, even if it was having me schedule a time to come back so that a different stylist could fix it the best they could. This was a $200 service. I am happy with the fact that my hair isn’t as heavy and it looks healthier(no more split ends) after getting it cut.

I’ve gone to Irelands for a pedicure, manicure, massage, facial, and most recently a leg wax. I love how close it is to my house and how friendly their staff is. TLDR: Staff is great, results are a mixed bag depending on what you go there for. I had a good all around experience with my pedicure and manicure. No problems at all! I didn’t love my massage or facial, but I’m pretty picky when it comes to those things, so it’s neither here nor there. Not a bad experience, just kind of meh for me. My leg waxing experience was unfortunately not great. The person who did it was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly and made me feel less nervous. The room I was in was unfortunately not bright enough for hair removal. She had a hard time looking to see where she might have missed spots. Because of this (and maybe other unknown factors), there were patches she missed and the wax didn’t pull all of my hairs at the root (my legs feel bristly, like I just shaved a couple days ago). Please keep in mind, I didn’t shave for a week and a half before my appointment and my hairs were long. I spent 2 hours tweezing the missed patches because I didn’t want to bother them, but I had to call it quits. When I called to ask about this, I was told I could come back in 2 weeks and pay full price for another wax. This doesn’t seem to me like a solution, so I was a little disappointed to hear that was her only suggestion. I feel bad because I really liked the woman who waxed my legs, but the result was just really disappointing. So, that’s my reasoning for 3 stars. All in all, after trying many different things they offer, it’s a mediocre spa/salon. At least, it is for me.

After a bad experience at their other location, they brought me back to make things right. Vega did absolutely amazing. Recently graduated and this girl is going places. She took her time to produce amazing results. They're all even in length and shape, plus they are smooth. Thank you so much! 🥹💕

Everyone that works here was kind and polite however the facial I recieved was not worth the money... I specifically asked if it was a very cleansing facial to remove dead skin etc. All I recieved was a bunch of cleaners lotions and a mask. She didn't even clean it all off my face when I was done. The room and robe were both dirty, not a great experience.

Greatly overcharged for service, with NO discussion as to pricing. Spoke with Felicia, the manager, and she was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, they have lost a customer and I do not recommend this establishment to others. Deceitful practices.

Horrible customer service. I’ve encountered 2 bad experiences and will NEVER set myself up for that again. Set for 15 minutes and then was told they made a mistake and I could have a 2:45 appointment..

I go to Ireland’s all the time to Katie Ferrell! She’s very timely, extremely crafted in her talent and leaves me feeling confident every time I get something done. Not to mention she makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend her!!!!

I scheduled an appointment with Katie to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted and she did an amazing job! Since I hadn’t really done much with my eyebrows in a long time I was nervous the tint would be super dark, so I asked her to try to make the shade on the lighter side so it wouldn’t be extremely dramatic, and she made it happen. Katie was very gentle, friendly and attentive and you can tell she takes great pride in her work. I will definitely be recommending Katie to anyone who wants their brows done.

My daughter and I had a spa day today and we were not disappointed. Vega is so great! She is so meticulous. She cut my hair beautifully, did my nails and toe nails perfectly! She is very talented. She honestly paid attention to every detail. It was our first salon experience and we had a wonderful day! I highly recommend!!

Very friendly team even if the name of the company seems a little weird for the middle of Ohio (it's the owners last name!). I feel very welcomed and the stylists have all done a great job. Somewhat difficult to drive to, so make sure you give yourself a couple extra minutes the first time you go if you are not familiar. Prices fair and reasonable.

DO NOT get eyelash extensions here. Waste of money. They hurt so bad couldnt even blink. They all fell out in not even 3 DAYS!!! Im so disappointed and so angry. Plus they weren’t even how I wanted them. Whole expirence is horrible.

I’ve been coming to Irelands for awhile now and I’m obsessed I recommend this place to all my family and friends! The staff is always so friendly!
