She provided me with a free consultation. This young lady is VERY professional and courteous. Her braids looked flawless and weren't uncomfortably tight. I HIGHLY recommend her services to all.

I went for simple loc maintenance. I have been growing my locs for years and just moved to Austin and was looking for a new place to get my hair retwisted. Let me just say that this is not what I was expecting. Instead of palm rolling, she started interlocking my locs. But whatever technique she used created hard knots at the root of my hair on every single loc. These knots were so tight that I was terrified that they would break off after I left. I had to go to a professional salon just to get them to work my hair out, and they couldn't even get them all out in one visit because the knots were so tight. The stylist who was undoing them said some of the knots may be permanent. If you are considering her for loc maintenance, think of another choice. She is clearly inexperienced, and didn't even own up to it or apologize when I called to inform her about her mistakes. This was 80 dollars wasted and a nightmare of an experience.

great experience. i got my hair done there 2 times and i love my braids. they look neat and i got compliments everywhere i go. thank you Irma. . she is sweet, patient and very dedicated to her job. The best experience with salon so far. i recommend her. the cost equal the quality.
