I love this place; There's always a warm greeting and a continuation of the conversation from the previous visit. Some time ago, I added a pedicure to my routine. Many guys ignore their feet and end up with painful problems. I have a pedicure every other visit, and they have proven to be a healthy addition to my grooming routine. I recommend Irvin Jack's if you're looking for a long-term relationship with a men's spa!

i’ve been going to Irvin Jacks for a little over two years now and cannot recommend it enough! My guy, Nate, there really knows what he’s doing and keeps a record of all my haircut lengths so he knows what to do when i come back. The staff remembers me by name and even somehow remembered to ask me how my job interview went 4 weeks after I had told them about it! Love this place, won’t go anywhere else

A hidden gem of Wichita! A full service Barber shop with all the extras. Make sure to schedule ahead a day or two if possible. A true lounge for a waiting area. The employees always seal the deal. Courteous, with the intent of giving you the time for a relaxing experience. Remember this is NOT a $20 in and out barbershop. Treat yourself to great service and you will become a regular!

I haven't had 1 service from them. I called and received a message to text the. I texted them on a Saturday. I received a response later in the day from them asking what services I was interested in and I told them their website wasn't working. Then the conversation dropped. Then, they reached back out on Tuesday, 3 days later. I still couldn't see their service list online. Business moves fast and for me it felt like answering my questions was inconvenient for them. I was fully prepared to spend a good amount of money and time on their services but not anymore. Their communication is spotty, leaves you wondering if they will ever respond, and makes it known that they don't appreciate new customers. I don't understand why they don't have an online booking option. If they wanted my business they would have accommodated me with effective communication.

I was looking for a place that offered consistent quality and a stylist that knows me as I walked in. I think I found that place. Jill did such an amazing job! She was very engaging and kept the conversation alive. Above all, she just made a returning customer! Irving jacks was able to fulfill all my expectations. It is a local business which makes it even worthier to keep going back!

I’ve been a client for a few years now, I live four hours west and make it a point when traveling to Wichita to get in for a hair cut and massage. Jill is an awesome stylist while Mariah is one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I’ve had MANY. Felicia greets you with a smile and can take of any of your hair product needs, while also doing an amazing eye brow wax/trim. Gentlemen give them a try, you can thank me later...
