I was in need of roots touch up and came in for a last minute appt, after having read the reviews. The colorist wasn’t there, but Tony, who has good reviews about haircuts, agreed to do the single process. We chose together a medium ashy brown from color hair samples. He was very kind throughout (and tipped him generously before seeing final result). I don’t know what happened, if he purposely used a different color.. fact is that my roots are black!!!Destroyed years of effort in keeping my hair medium ashy brown. I am so incredibly heartbroken and disappointed that my trust was misplaced.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Tony does an incredible job every time. Show him any picture/ video and he will do exactly that. I moved to colorado and I will still only come back to Chicago to get my haircut here w Tony!! The place is always clean as well.

$40 for a mens cut thats not even precision cutting...website said $30 btw, they added the tip automatically and say you have to tip in cash to make customers feel guilty for “not tipping”. Dont waste your money fellas!

It was late in the day (After 6 pm) on a Friday afternoon, but Jorge said he would stay to meet my needs. He was wonderful, and I really like the cut he gave me! I don't live here in Chicago, but if I did, I'd for sure come back again.
