Catherine's deep pore facial was absolutely fantastic! My face feels incredibly rejuvenated and moisturized after the treatment. The entire experience was so relaxing and Catherine's expertise really showed throughout the entire process. The deep pore cleansing was thorough and I could feel all the impurities being extracted from my skin. The moisturizing treatment that followed left my face feeling incredibly soft and hydrated. I can definitely see and feel a noticeable difference in my complexion. I highly recommend Catherine's deep pore facial for anyone wanting a truly rejuvenating and moisturizing experience. Thank you, Catherine, for giving my skin the care it needed!

My experience at Isabelle’s Spa was great. The receptionists are friendly and made the booking process super easy and fast. The ambience is relaxing and refreshing. Catherine did my facial, she was very attentive and had a soothing vibe. I really appreciate that she was happy to answer any of my questions regarding skincare at home, and open to share her professional knowledge. I left feeling pampered and and confident with a better understanding regarding skincare.

My husband bought me a spa day treatment for my birthday. I love it. Everyone was so helpful and nice. The place was beautiful and cozy. I will definitely be coming back. I had a wonderful time and my day was very special. Thank you Bella for being so sweet and having patience for my husbands questions because he has no experience in this type of gift.

My tattoo artist called me with a fast opening and wanted to tattoo my knee! If you have ever shaved your legs, you know what that can be like shaving a knee...for a guy who is not used to doing it. So I called Isabelle's out of the blue and they just happened to have a spot that afternoon and literally just waxed my knee for me! The whole thing was humorous and was a fun experience. The thing that stood out was how nice Mackenzie(spelling?) was when I called to make the appointment, how amazing Bella was at the front desk, and I had the best time with Linda chatting while she did the waxing. Bella called to get pricing from the boss, because who knows what to charge for that random service right? I was super impressed that Isabelle made sure to check that I was not gonna try to tattoo the same day as the waxing and they offered care advice so it would settle down enough before my tattoo the next day. My tattoo artist was really impressed that Isabelle gave that advice because he felt that it helps him out in providing me a great tattoo because I did not have irritated skin. So he said that was a standout thing to be conscious of by the salon. Great experience! Great service! And tattooing your knee hurts as much as you think it might!

The place was pretty, but left it with plasma leaking from my face. Not acceptable to have a client leave with a swollen face and open sores. Edit.... 30 May 2023...Yes I did go to your spa, nice try to cop out. Your service was terrible. DON'T PLAY ME. You also changed the nature of your response. You're original response was something to the effect of..."I told you"...

I got an eyelash lift for the first time and I was so disappointed. After the lift, I had asked if there was anything I should avoid or any product I should use. I was told that my normal eye make-up routine would suffice. After following instructions I was given ( no water, etc. on my lashes for 24 hours - I waited 48 hours. ) within a week my lashes looked crimped and some were droopy. After 3 weeks of trying to hide my sad lashes I went back. They said my lashes were over processed. I was asked if I had been putting castor oil on them. I had not been told that I should be doing that, so I hadn’t. They gave me two small vials of castor oil to put on my lashes at night. I was then told that Bella would be contacting me. I heard nothing back. I called again and was told a second time that Bella would be contacting me soon. I still have yet to receive a call from anyone at Isabelle’s. I have had other services done at Isabelle’s before and they have been okay. The lash lift has been a complete disappointment. It’s been 6 weeks now and they still look horrible. I will not be going back.

I had a peel, felt like it was very rushed, not relaxing at all. At the end of my facial the lady didn't even put on sunscreen. When I asked for sunscreen she said the sun wasn't even out, it was 6'oclock and the sun was definitely out. I was a little shocked she thought I didn't need any.

I went in for a lip flip and Isabelle did an amazing job on informing me on how everything works. She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the whole process. The other staff was super nice and helpful. The building is comforting and clean. The atmosphere is just overall amazing. I only got one service done but I will be returning for more!

Isabelle’s European Day Spa is the best spa I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to quite a few (some even in different countries!) Jonabelle is amazing! I get my lip fillers and facials done by Jonabelle and she’s so sweet! She genuinely cares about you and how you’re feeling and is extremely knowledgeable in her craft, she really makes you feel beautiful. I highly recommend her and the spa for any of your self care needs :)

I took advantage of the special they had for brows and lip plump. Very nice place. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I got an eye lash lift for the very first time and I didn’t like the results. It left my eyelashes very frizzy I can’t even put mascara or eye liner. I’ve also reached out to them about what to do to tame the frizz and nothing worked...

Awesome Family run business! I told the young lady upfront that I really liked the woman that I had just been asking questions about services to. She told me that was her mom! They are all super friendly, sweet, and informative. I heard her explaining to people on the phone what services they recommend doing together and they even told someone they did not recommend doing certain things on the same day. I will defiantly be back.

2 years later I still believe Isabelle's European day spa has the best staff. They are friendly, professional, and talented. I've had many massages in the past that I thought were good. Well until Samuel worked on me. I've had his swedish massage that is so relaxing, deep tissue for those problem areas, and trigger point for an injury and pain relief. Samuel knows his craft!! I highly recommend his services. He's been my saving grace several times😇 Had a massage with Samuel. It was Awesome! He took care of my issues, and some I didn't even know about. Thank you, I feel great!!

A truly remarkable place! Isabelle, her daughters and the amazing Evelyn are warm and inviting. They have recently moved into a new location which is cute and very private. I always go there for my special pedicure but I have tried several of their other services such as the eye brow henna (Wow!) body wrap (nice!) and massage (ahhhhh!). Highly recommended.

Came in with acne scar concerns and pigmentation . Skin is combo with occasional hormonal breakouts (jawline) . Isabelle was very thorough and really got to understand my skin before treatment. Treatment was gentle and focused on healing of my skin with an amazing fruit enzyme facial . Also had Uv light and a little shock (zap) therapy. Helped two cystic active pimples shrink and overall complexion looks glowy and fresh. Will be back again! ! Found my Go-to Spa :)

Booked a massage and pedicure here while on vacation. I was even able to have my eyebrows shaped while waiting on a friend. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable. Perfect place to relax and get pampered!!!

The atmosphere is great. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and professional, but not stuffy. There is no chemical smell, so you can relax. I did however have an issue with the service I had done. I called and they were very apologetic, and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the service. She offered several reasons why the polish that should have lasted three weeks began to peel the same day. I was scheduled a few days later to get my nails fixed. I will update after I'm done with that appointment. I went back on Saturday for my manicure to be fixed. it looks wonderful and 5 days later my nails still look great!
