I cannot recommend this nail salon enough! They always take such wonderful care of my elderly mother, and the staff is incredibly kind and attentive. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients. The service is top-notch, and my mother always leaves feeling pampered and happy. I’m so grateful for the great people at this salon who go above and beyond. Thank you for making her feel so special! Really good hearted people!

I usually don’t do reviews, but Skylar was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and constantly checked in to ensure I liked everything. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. This is the first time I’ve been completely satisfied with my nails and service. She also gave me my nail file to take with me instead of reusing it and kept her station clean!! I’ll definitely be a regular now! Thank you!

Got there at 10:15 on Saturday morning for 4 mani/pedis and salon was closed. Supposed to open at 10am. Went to another salon.

The massage felt great and they were nice, BUT after looking at my toenails now that I’m home, they look pretty bad. Very sloppy with gel polish all over my skin and cuticle. It also took and hour and 15 minutes to do a simple gel pedicure. Very annoyed that I paid $60 for such a terrible paint job. The older guy there definitely could use some glasses lol

Worst experience ever. Only customer in the business, there for almost 2 hours for a soak off, and pedicure. Nails were not completed, pedicure was terrible. Toe nails different lengths and shapes, and wrong color. Told the man several times. Placed the sander used on toes back on manicure table with no sanitation. This happened to my 16 year old, today. They even asked how old she was, I guess they thought they could get away with it. Needless to say, I work around the corner, and went straight there. Then instantly they were apologetic, willing to fix it. She told them several times and they ignored her. We left with 2 toes painted in the wrong color, foils still on the nails to find someone that was willing to do what was asked and not try to take advantage of a teenager. I literally said before going, it's a soak off and pedi, surely they can't mess that up. They proved me wrong.

I dropped my step daughter off for an appointment for acrylic nails for Homecoming. After 2 hours the lady stopped working on her nails, left her all dusty, and went to do a pedicure on someone else. I had to come down there and address the situation for them to finish her. It took a total of 3 hours and they looked awful. The lady said the bubbles on her ombré nails would go away but when my daughter asked her again about it to clarify she got very annoyed and didn’t answer. A week later the bubbles are still there. This place doesn’t know what they’re doing and they treat people like trash.

Not clean!!! I received a terrible foot fungus from this salon that I had to have treated by a doctor to get rid of because over the counter meds were not working. After getting rid of the skin irritations (see picture for how disgusting it was) I have now lost 2 nails (also pictured)!! When I went in to ask for a refund after showing my feet they told the other customers that I was over reacting and it was just an allergic reaction to the products! If that was the case why would a doctor treat me for a fungus? Also, my friend who came with me also got a fungus and she used to go here regularly. After a month of them telling me my refund was issued back to my card I still have not received the money! The only nice thing I can say about this place is the staff was super friendly during the pedicure and honestly did a great job I just wish they would have been clean about it.

Took my 3 grandkids here for pedicures, acrylic nails and just nails painted for one. There were 3 people being worked on when we arrived. 2 of my grandkids were passed over for 4 other women! It took 3 hours!! And it was shoddy work!! $240 later and I can say I will NEVER go here again!!

I absolutely love this salon. After being turned down at 4:15pm in Georgetown, KY I called Bella nails to see what time they closed…. She said 5pm so I told her I would come tomorrow. They immediately told me to come in even though it would take me 25 mins to get there, they said just come we will wait. I am so thankful, she told me not to rush - they’re sweet, professional and very good customer service!

This little nail salon is tucked away behind the Kroger, however, it’s a true Diamond in the rough! The ladies who I talked to were all totally delightful, and pleasant! Crystal did my pedicure, and it was fabulous! They didn’t have their pricing listed anywhere, so I attached their little menu here for anyone who is curious. Super affordable, great staff, clean and welcoming! They’re busy on the weekends, from what I can tell! So mid-week may be the best way to get your nails done quickly, if you’re in a time crunch! I really enjoyed my time with Bella Nails!

i never leave reviews, but my experience here was horrible. i called and made an appointment for 6:30. i arrived and the AC was broken. i waited for over 40 minutes before i started getting work done on my nails. the tech was rough, and toward the end she cut into my nail. my nail is now infected, and i've been soaking it in peroxide for 2 days. do not go here. not worth it. careless staff, not sanitary, and got a nail infection when all i wanted was black gel nails.
