I walked in hoping to get a haircut as a walk in customer. When I walked in and ask Isa if she would be able to give me a haircut, she explained to me that her day had ended and was already booked for December. I told her that I had a wedding to attend tomorrow and just needed a trim. She was so nice and told me that she would go ahead and do it for me. She did an amazing job with my hair and made me feel right at home. We connected right away. So happy that I stopped and will return for sure!!! Very happy customer!!!

Today was going to be my first here . Linda was going to be my hairstylist she set my appointment at 6:30 provide her phone# to call if I was going to cancel. I arrived straight from work and there was a message for me to text her if I was keeping my appointment . I returned the call and hung up. So I called and left a voicemail. I was in the parking lot I also sent a message. I called and Linda answered and she said she left because I did not return her call. I reminded her that she stated to call if l was going to cancel. I'm sad that there was no costumer service not even a apology she said oh well I left. She seemed disturb because me not able to pick up my phone at work .Which I work at a clinical setting. My instinct is subconscious she did not feel like cutting hair so the blame is on new customer. Reason I selected this place I saw the positive comments and new to the area. Linda sorry you had a bad day and thank you for not passing your negative energy with your work on to me.

Jaunita cut my hair exactly how I requested. My experience here was amazing and will be back in the near future. I have received nothing but compliments about my haircut.
