Horrible! Rude. Did not put any soap or anything in the pedicure water. I had to just ask them to stop and left. Lady was incompetent. Of course they charged $35 just to take of my nail polish. Management was also very rude. I never had such an experience in my life.

I normally prefer dip power, and they have always kept my nails healthy. I started to try someone else, and my poor nail beds were getting so thin! Went back to Island Nails, and he took such care of my thinning nail beds, trying to be careful not to use the machine on them. And what made it even better is that he recognized it without me telling him and took action. I truly appreciate the love and care for my nails and nail beds and explaining the products being used. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had been going to Walmart in Brandenfield for my nails. They do a good job, but they don't do what you ask. They do what they think. I came to island nails, and I am happy all the time do to they do what you want, not what they want. The prices are reasonable too.

Absolutely horrible. I hate to complain but $65 for this horrible nail job is insane. Way too thick and uneven. Don’t know if you can see it in the pictures but it looks worse in person. NEVER again will I go here. Hopefully this saves someone else from wasting money here.

Do not recommend at all very rude and overpriced I got a full set from Andy and it was 65 dollars just for a standard color I left with glue all over my finger tips all my nails are different lengths and it looks like I have a press ons on.

This is my second and last experience here. I tried really hard to get my mind off the heat (as the door was open the whole time) and the smell of the food coming from the market next door, and the fact that1. the tools used to trim my cuticles wasn’t even working. 2. The table runner was covered in the nail trimmings of the previous customer. 3. The nail tech pulled on my skin in different occasions so hard I bled from one finger. I’m not even sure what liquid was poured into my polish but my manicure lasted less than 24 hours. Outside of her politeness, I can’t see past the overall experience.

Most disrespect I have felt since I moved to Jacksonville I walked in to see if they had any availability and the way the gentleman answered me was out of line. I will NEVER enter that establishment again! They started talking about me as if I wasn’t standing there, but little did they know I had my translator on. Someone should explain to them never judge a book by its cover!

Terrible customer service. I called ahead and asked for acrylic toes and they said no once I got in. I also asked for a gel acrylic full set and they didn’t offer the service because it was an hour before they closed even though they did a COLOR CHANGE (not a full pedicure) and it took an hour and a half because only one lady was painting toes. Terribly rude! I almost always tip $50 or more simply because of the hard work that goes into it. But my gel pedicure is sooooo bad I didn’t feel that a tip was even necessary this time. I’m very unhappy and I feel that my time was wasted and I was treated poorly.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY AND TIME HERE!! The owner is so rude and condescending. He made negative comments about my mom's feet, along with other nasty comments He insisted regular polish and refused to let me have the gel pedicure. He claimed I had redness on my toes when I came in, he didn't see my feet until the other woman started working on my toes. That woman cut me multiple times, filed over the cuts, then put acetone on it 3 times. He proceeded to try to take pictures of my feet and threatened to call the Police if I didn't let him!

Everyone there is so sweet and friendly. My nail tech remembered me and my sister from over four years ago and we only came in once! Super gentle with my hands and polite. Didn’t overcharge at all, and super quiet and relaxing ambient noises. Did a wonderful job and even picked this pretty color for me! Thank you!

I got a basic pedicure and basic manicure with no polish and with my own nails (which are extremely short) and paid $50! Wayyyyy too expensive! I definitely won’t be coming back!

Will not be returning... though the interior is well put together, there were a few reasons I wouldn't return or recommend. First, my nails did not last long. The powder dip began to strip off within a week, and three of my nails chipped within a week and a half. Second, OH MY EXPENSIVE! I only had a powder dip manicure, and I paid $70. The fact that it didn't last is worse. And last, my cousin and I went together and the man doing her nails answered the phone and had a personal conversation on speaker phone which seemed to be up as loud as it could be making it hard to have a conversation or relax... I gave it two stars, one for appearance and one in case it was an off day... minus the price, which is always...
