Misguiding to call this a “spa”. I found it on Groupon and called to book before to make sure they had availability and they said to bring cash and pay directly instead of going through Groupon and they would honor the price. So I took a photo of the Groupon, brought it in and the Asian lady told me that it was incorrect. Couples massages were $85 each she said but would do $60 if we paid cash. I was in pain and at this point just wanting relief in my neck so I agreed and paid up front. Massage was good for me as she really helped with my pulled muscle but my boyfriend wasn’t too impressed (although looking at the reviews I’m just grateful he didn’t get scratches down his back!). When we walked out, they handed us a clipboard with “Mandatory Tip!” We had the standard 20% for them in hand but they would NOT let us walk out the door without pressuring us to give $20 to each of them because “that’s the only money they get…management keeps the massage money.” My boyfriend said “mandatory? Are you kidding me? Where was this clipboard when we walked in?” And walked out the door. I’m a sucker though and I gave them the additional $20. This was my boyfriend’s first experience getting a massage and he wasn’t too impressed. He said “do all the massage places look so scummy and then ask for a mandatory tip when you leave?” I’m so bummed I made it a priority for me and didn’t walk out when they started negotiating with me. I really wish I had taken a photo of the mandatory tip board! Management has replied to previous replies that the aforementioned is “strictly forbidden.” Doubtful since it was printed and laminated on their clipboard. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Wasn’t the greatest experience… my friend got this as a gift for us. She assumed this was the closest place to me. It wasn’t but that was on her. The issue began because of a Groupon issue where I had to wait 30min after arrival for the appointment, before they could approve the Groupon my friend already paid for. This place is more of a cash only type of place even heard them say they would prefer the payments in cash. They also mentioned to avoid Groupon to make it an easier process next time. It is what it is but was extremely inconvenient, also they did not speak any to very little English. Again is what it is… now comes the massage mine was okay but I was just really hot. My partner seemed fine. It is awkward how they wait by the exit door to ensure you leave a tip.. even if it was paid for already (makes us feel pressured ) (also card machine cost a fee atm they said does not) My main issue which if I would have noticed while there I would have flipped out on them. Was my husbands back was full of long scratches as if out of a damn horror movie. His body was marked he doesn’t really bruise easily so this really grind my gears. I wouldn’t go back nor recommend. To each their own I’m more upset about his back being all scratched up then the less then the lackluster uncomfortable experience. Didn’t even care enough to leave a review until I saw his back.

Horrible!!! I do not recommend! The lady didn’t speak English, she didn’t know how to use the credit card machine. She wouldn’t answer me when I would speak. I asked for my money back BEFORE she took me back. I asked for anyone there to assist and NO ONE would answer me. The chair massage was broken, so she had to take me to a room. She clearly did not know what she was doing. He tried to get on the massage bed with me. I’m so disgusted. The place was dirty and I definitely did not feel safe. This place needs to be closed down.

Horrible experience. I booked the couples deluxe package. I had to call the owner twice , once in the middle of my actual massage because they weren’t doing the one that I paid for & couldn’t speak English for me to ask. The masseuse I had literally was on the phone & texting , leaving the room during my session, did random “stretches” & “massages” making it clear that she did not know what she was doing all while not even applying enough pressure for me to even feel anything . She literally was just rubbing me & rocking me back & forth. 100+ dollars down the drain.

We got the couples massage and what a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was perfect, staff was so friendly and accommodating. The perfect amount pressure and all, definitely check them out!

The worst spa day ever. The massage consisted of a back rub with lotion. I paid for 45 minutes and received 20 minutes. The therapist talked on the phone while rubbing my back. She never asked what my needs were. She ran out of the room leaving me uncovered. I had to get up to get my sheet to cover myself. She returned with another woman who asked me if my back had been rubbed and the therapist said“ I did it already”. My facial consisted of a steam machine, a face wash and lotion. No massage and nothing different from my own routine. My daughter and grand daughter had the same experience. This was supposed to be a special birthday spa day for my daughter. Don’t waste your money on this place !!!

7 Day Spa: Clean rooms. We had a couples massage- really enjoyed the facial and calf massages. It was a thorough body massage with extra care in tender spots, loved it and will return.

Bought the 60 minute massage on groupon. You get what you pay for- not the typical relaxing spa experience. Massage was ok. Definitely not an hour. Massage therapist was there by herself on a Sunday night- she left a few times to answer the door, talk to some guy who walked in. Not impressed. Just ok.

First time we visited this establishment.. my wife and i received a couples massage. I would say the over al anesthetics were not high end but the over all massage, which is what really matters, was very thorough. They asked if there were any areas of concern to focus on.. and they did! I am not a frequent massage client.. but i would definitely co.e back again when in need of a massage!

The massage it self was great however there where a lot of interruptions and it just was not as cleanly as I would prefer. The staff however are great people very friendly.

Dirty box fan in Tanning room 3 and right side face lamp not working. It was my first time here in addition to indoor tanning in general. The employee started the timer while knowing I asked to use restroom without my knowledge, by the time I got into the room the tanning bed was already running, because of this I barely got half of my 15 minute tanning session after undressing and putting on lotion. I addressed her about it and she said" it wasn't her fault that I was in the restroom". I came in as a new customer given a complimentary tan and left never wanting to ever go back there again because of how I was treated. The employee today was an older woman with really short blonde hair and a dark tan the only employee working at the time (July 8), not very kind she needs to work on her customer service skills in addition to the cleanliness of room. I am leaving for a cruise on Sunday. I'm an esthetician and spend my days correcting sun damage. I saw a friend who did a spray tan here and couldn't believe how natural it looked. Cindy at the front desk was super friendly and informative. It's a private room with an automated booth. No one needs to see this naked and standing up! I have a fantastic sunkissed look with no sun damage. LOVE IT. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Cindy! YOU ROCK!

This is the worst tanning salon I’ve ever been to. Planet beach used to be my favorite but now I can see why they’re closing all the stores. I have been waiting for MONTHS for the manger to call me back, they are very very hard to get ahold of or get a straight answer from. I moved away months ago and am still getting charged and it seems like they are refusing to help me. Every time I call all they say is “the manager will call you back” when in reality it’s probably the manger relaying that message. The tanning bed lights don’t work and the stand up bed is falling apart. They were great in the beginning but are overpriced and not worth the money.

Very unsatisfied. Not only did they make a mistake ringing me up but the lady threw a huge fit when I asked to be refunded the difference of the incorrect amount. I asked to talk to the manager who also pleaded with me to just accept the over charge instead of being refunded. I am still shocked by that. The place is not clean, the employees are typically standing out back when you first walk in, and none of the equipment works very well. I was very disappointed with the whole experience.

I tried to make an appointment with whoever answered the phone on Wednesday @ 5:45pm and she was very Rude!! When I asked her what she said she repeated herself rudely and then didn’t say anything for a second or two so I said OK well 5 o’clock on Friday and hung up on me !!!! She didn’t ask me my name or anything

First time here was great! The girl behind the counter was so nice & cool, the customer service & prices is why I’m going to come here again. I got a facial, tanning bed, and massage chair use for $30!!
