I came in there today and I had a Korean massage woman. She was awful. She started massaging me and then she started rubbing my balls. I would never go there again.

You pull up and you see a gas station and you're thinking this may not go well. Wrong! We had an excellent experience at this spa. I highly recommend. They don't short change you on time (something I've experienced at other places). They work the whole time. No stops for answering the phone, or incoming customers or any of that. Now to the massage. They did exactly what I asked, period!

Gina was fantastic!!! She focus on where I need help with and I can move and walk better once she’s done with me. I see many massage therapists but she’s the best by far!! I’m only seeing her from now on.

Not a professional massage place. The lady who did massage for me just stopped in the middle and went out for new guests coming in. They even don’t have someone serves in front desk. The massage is also unprofessional. It makes me feel worse after doing it. Also, it forces you to give 20% tips even tho they did really bad job. I think you better find a legit Thai massage instead of this one. No one speaks fluent English here and communication could be a problem. Environment is also not relax. Suggest find another place.

I received a massage this past weekend and lettttttt me tell all of you something I HAVE BEEN WAITING for this type of massage. Reasonably priced, no wait, I asked her to do it all, any tricks she had to pull them out. I am 5'10'' that women massaged me, folded me up like pretzel and rocked the kinks, and strain right out of me! I AM OVER going to fancy spas to pay to much barely feel the massage and walk out of there disappointed. She used her knees from my calves all the way to my shoulders... pulled my arms backwards (I don't know how else to explain it) and massaged my arms and wrist (which I have tendentious in) in such a way that things were popping and releasing all over my hand, wrist, and elbow. After she was done with my legs she pulled them up one at a time in this angle that gave my hips and lower back relief that I have been craving for years. I will be going back EVERY TIME IM IN ORLANDO!

I came here at 7:03pm with my boyfriend Christmas Day. We were told we had to have separate rooms which I was fine with. I had a male massage therapist. I did not get his name, but I had never had a massage as inappropriate as the one he gave me. He completely exposed my breast trying to “massage my stomach” after he has fondled my breast for 3 minutes. I stopped the massage and ran out of that place. I will never return and that employees should be fired!!

I can not tell you how lucky I feel after choosing this place . Had issues for almost a decade and thought my massage Theripy I got in Oregon was grate . Well Gena thought me I was wrong . She is the best I have ever had massage me . Recognized where I needed attention by touch and boy did she do a fantastic job on me . You can not go wrong with her working on you . Now I know I have to find someone more like her style to work on me when I get back to my state ! I'd give her on a 1 to 5 star raising a 15 stars !

Hi, I was at Island Spa and Massage two weeks ago. I had developed severe neck pains from recent travels and computer work. The spa was near to where I was staying so I made a reservation. The store is clean and well lit. The staff were very professional and courteous. I had 60-minute massage with oil. My masseuse was very communicative with me and quickly found the area of my neck that was problematic. She was very skilled and quickly resolved the issue. Island Spa and Massage was a great value, professionally staffed and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I couldn’t relax and the sanitation wasn’t good. No one understood English so it was very difficult to communicate my concerns. The masseuse had the workers watching me while she massaged me. They were multiple interruptions and very uncomfortable. She ran out the room(while massing my face) then came back without watching her hands after touching the door knob. The oil had my body itching the entire time. She kept leaving the room touching door handles then touching my face. She then asked for a tip I thought tips were optional. I had no problem giving a tip but after ASKING me to tip you was offensive. She also pointed to the tip sign as if I couldn’t read. She also chargerd me $85 when the sign said $80 for a full body massage.

I have been seeing Any at Island Massage for about a year now for laser hair removal sessions. The progress is amazing! She is very attentive and takes her time. Is very knowledgeable about the procedure and have never experienced any burning or scaring. Highly recommend and look forward to my future massages!

I was visiting Orlando for Xmas vacation and was in need of a massage badly because the bed in my hotel sucked. A quick Google search and 10 mins later I was at Island massage. Yuyu res scheduled an appointment to fit me in last minute and she did a phenomenal job.

Yoyo is kind hearted and treat you with her full attention. Her massage not only relaxes your muscle, but also makes you sleep better and rejuvenate your body even more. It is very professional at a reasonable price. I would say her service is no different from the skillful tuina massage you can get from China. The place itself is very clean, tidy and has a comfortable temperature. Not being too cold like some other places. I particularly want to point out the massage oil she uses is of high quality. I Highly recommend going to her and get yourself unwind.
