My nails look amazing! I’ve been shopping around for a place that does hard gel and this is the absolute best result I have ever gotten. The attention to detail and overall service has made this my new nail place. Definitely try them!

I-spa is seriously the best salon I’ve been to for a manicure. I’ve been a few different places and these people really care and take their time. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to have your nails done. I haven’t had a pedicure here yet but I will and I’ll review that too. I’ve seen Alex and Sophia and they are both excellent! They also have a one week guarantee if you have problems with your manicure or pedicure. I’ve not been anywhere that has a guarantee. Top notch business!

First time here and had a great experience. I had made an appt prior and was seen promptly. I saw the nail tech ‘MC’ and she ate DOWWWWN. constantly checking and making sure I liked the shape and color. 10/10 would come back.

I’ve been going here for almost two years now and always love Liudmyla’s (goes by Myla) work. I’ve been to many other places throughout Omaha for my lashes but was never satisfied by the quality of other people’s work.. I wanted the same quality I’ve been getting when I used to get mine in California.. when I found this place and booked with Myla, I knew I found my place! Myla is the best at what she does! I highly recommend her for any of your lashes’ needs!

I paid for a shellac manicure, and I had some dip tips removed. After removing my dip, she did not reshape my nails, and she left some of the remaining tips lodged underneath my fingernails. She didn't buff the surface of my nails either, nor did she clean the surface of my nails with alcohol. She began putting base coat on my nails like this. After my nails were done, she did not have me wash my hands after filing and rubbed lotion onto my dusty hands which felt unpleasant.The manicure turned out very blobby and bumpy, and there are bubbles on almost all of my nails. Update: I went back to get them fixed. Thanks to all of those who were super kind to me, especially Bryan, who was very understanding. Unfortunately, the technician who originally did my nails was very passive aggressive towards me during the entire experience, blaming me for not saying anything the previous night. I was also told by someone else that it was because my nails were uneven, even though I complained about excess shallac buildup on my nails. My tech asked throughout the fix if things were looking ok, but did so in a tone that was very irritated. I did not feel welcome with my concerns about my nails here at all. They look better, but it's hard to appreciate when I felt shamed for asking for a fix in the first place. There are still bubbles, but I didn't want to sit through another confrontation with them.

I first went in October/November to get a hard gel set done, and it was fairly okay. The nail tech (Brian) was super open to criticism, took his time, and the nails looked cute. However, I had one nail just completely fall off my natural nail right at the three week mark. Since that's the recommended fill time, I didn't think anything of it. Second visit, first fill in of my regular set I got put in with someone random (female, unsure of name) because the person who originally did my set seems to have limited availability. No biggie. The whole time I was getting taken care of she was chatting with one of her friends that came in, to the point that she actually made a mistake with my polish and design. It wasn't super noticeable though, so I mentioned it once while she still had the chance to fix it (she didn't) and then went on. Within a week, another one of the gels flat out broke off of the top of my natural nail, which led to me having to try to get a last minute appointment for after work the same evening I had a major event. Thankfully, they (Alex) were nice about fixing it and didn't charge me for the repair. During this visit they also noticed the error in my design by the previous tech, and had tried their best to fix it/make the repaired nail match as best as possible. Last and what will probably be my final visit there, I decided that hard gel and extensions might not be their specialty and opted to just get them removed and then get a shellac manicure to protect my natural nails since they had finally grown out to a length I liked. No issues with the tech (Shreya), but the shellac polish came off in major chips within a day, which revealed my nails that were now weakened from the prior extension sets, which in turn led to every single one of my nails either tearing or breaking back down to nubs within 2-3 days of getting the shellac manicure. I don't necessarily know if it's a talent issue, but it is definitely a quality issue which is sad since the atmosphere there is so nice. I am thankful that they have a guarantee on their work and are so willing to fix it, but running to the salon every few days to fix errors just doesn't work into my schedule. I was really hoping this would work out to be my consistent go-to place.

I had Bryan for a Russian manicure and it is PERFECT. Exactly the color and shaping I wanted, and he double checked that I was happy at every step. The only thing wrong was that I booked a 9:30 appointment, and the appointment actually started 20 minutes later. But once I was in the chair and work had started, it was phenomenal. Will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

If I could give this place a zero star for my review I would. My person who originally started my nails left for an appointment that came in and someone else has to finish my nails. I tried to say something but they didn’t listen. I told them I didn’t like my nails and didn’t have time to stay for them to fix it as I had somewhere to be. Instead of offering to have me come back to fix it they just said sorry to me. Even after my email. So be carful Edit: I am editing my post. I-Spa did reached out to me and offered to have another nail technician fix my nails. I did give them an opportunity to make this right. I appreciated the empathy and had a great conversation with one of the owners. My nails are great and what I wanted the first time. Thank you for fixing my nails and I appreciate management for making it right.

I’ve been here before, possibly under different management. This last visit was mediocre. They don’t offer anything to drink, you have to pay. The wait was a little bit. Not sure I will go back?! I am updating this review. I had a pedicure with Ryan and it was almost BEST pedicure that I have ever had.

Last time I was here Marcy was great she helped me decide on hard gel stead of acrylic and this worked better for me. This time Shreya did my nails and she was also fantastic. She listened and made a perfect design.

Mila did an excellent job with my eyelashes. As a newcomer to town, she perfectly matched my previous extensions. Bryan did an excellent job with my nails. So creative and professional. Definitely only person I trust now.

This is hands down the best place I’ve been for nails! Both pedicure and manicure! The people were so nice and amazing also. I’ll definitely be back!
