I鈥檝e been getting my lashes done at this business with Issa for quite some time and I just want to say that I am always greeted professionally and always feel welcome . Very professional staff. I got PRP done and the esthetician Paola was very knowledgeable making me feel very comfortable through the whole process by explaining everything. Also for my nails done by Licidy and I can鈥檛 nothing but good things about her! Definitely a 5 stars experience. Will come back and 100% recommend you to go check this place out!

Fui recientemente a Issa beauty studio a hacerme un facial y de verdad que fue incre铆ble como se sinti贸 mi piel despu茅s del tratamiento. La atenci贸n profesional de Paola fue excelente en todo momento, siempre explic谩ndome todo el proceso c贸mo ser铆a. Despu茅s me realiz贸 una depilaci贸n de cejas incre铆bles con una forma m谩s masculina y limpia a la vez. Y para terminar le ped铆 que me hiciera unas trenzas que me quedaron tal cual como ser铆a las ped铆. De verdad que fue todo excelente y muy profesional de parte del studio. 100% recomendado la verdad !!

Issa is incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each step of my facial and tailored the treatment to my specific skin needs. My skin has never felt so refreshed and glowing! I recently had FIBRO BLAST done at Issa Beauty. Out of all the amazing services that I have had at the studio I am absolutely obsessed with my results from fibroblast. I no longer will be using Botox because I am obsessed with my fibroblast results with Issa Beauty! My eyelids upper and lower look super rejuvenated and smooth. I can鈥檛 stop staring at myself in the car mirror at red lights! Issa has returned my confidence and was super professional applying the service making sure I was super relaxed and pain free! I literally get everything beauty related from Issa Beauty (hair, nails, eye brows, eye lashes and skin!) The elegance and quality is unmatched. This is my forever studio. Issa & Paola thank you for your love and dedication in making us all feel our best version of ourselves !

I recently visited Issa Beauty Studio, I have been going here for almost 6 years and the experience is always excellent from start to finish! The studio was clean, modern, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel comfortable right away. Paola is always very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my preferences. For my brows she is the best and she carefully assessed my face shape and suggested a natural look that enhanced my features. She was precise, attentive to detail, and used gentle techniques that minimized any discomfort. As for the body waxing, the process was efficient yet thorough. She used high-quality wax that was gentle on my skin, which I really appreciated, especially in sensitive areas. She maintained high hygiene standards and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. I highly recommend them if you鈥檙e looking for a place that does excellent eyebrow shaping and body depilation in a clean, relaxing environment!

Paola did my makeup and hair for a concert and IT TURNED OUT SO PROFESSIONAL, BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING!! She and her mom are such a wonderful people. Great environment and the studio is extremely clean. If you have an important event or want to threat yourself! Go to ISSA BEAUTY STUDIO馃馃徎

Today I had a fibroblast procedure on my eyes and it was done by Isabel she was kind however the cream they use to numb the delicate skin of the eyes does not help I was in pain throughout the procedure which was a surprise because I have already had this procedure three years ago with a dermatologist and I did not feel any pain at that time , none, but today at Issas was very painful,which makes me think that the cream they use here to numb the delicate skin of the eyes is not working. Or it's just not strong enough but I was in pain throughout the entire procedure. It was also unprofessional that she answered the phone not once, not twice, not three times, but like six times. While she was doing the procedure, she answered her cell phone, meaning she touched her cell phone and touched my eyes. Not professional at all and she had no respect for the client doing that. Also at the time of paying I made the appointment on Instagram and the price there is two hundred dollars total for the procedure but today when I was going to pay she told me it was three hundred. I explained to her that I had the confirmation when I had made the appointment for 213$ with taxes, , there was no problem and she changed it, but so that people know that the prices they have on Instagram are not correct ,also the other girl who works there Paola is quite rude and intense.I will not coming back to that place. Hoy me hicieron un procedimiento de fibroblastos en los ojos y me lo hizo Isabel, fue amable, sin embargo, la crema que usan para adormecer la delicada piel de los ojos no ayuda, tuve dolor durante todo el procedimiento, lo cual fue una sorpresa porque ya me hice este procedimiento hace tres a帽os con un dermat贸logo y no sent铆 ning煤n dolor en ese momento, ninguno, pero hoy en Issas fue muy doloroso, lo que me hace pensar que la crema que usan aqu铆 para adormecer la delicada piel de los ojos no est谩 funcionando. O simplemente no es lo suficientemente fuerte, pero tuve dolor durante todo el procedimiento. Tambi茅n fue poco profesional que ella contestara el tel茅fono no una, ni dos, ni tres veces, sino como seis veces. Mientras estaba haciendo el procedimiento, contest贸 su celular, es decir, toc贸 su celular y me toc贸 los ojos. Nada profesional y no ten铆a respeto por el cliente al hacer eso. Adem谩s, al momento de pagar hice la cita en Instagram y el precio all铆 es de doscientos d贸lares en total por el procedimiento, pero hoy cuando iba a pagar me dijo que eran trescientos. Le explique que tenia la confirmaci贸n cuando habia hecho la cita por 213$ con impuestos, no hubo problema y ella lo cambio, pero para que la gente sepa que los precios que tienen en Instagram no son correctos, ademas la otra chica que trabaja ahi Paola es bastante grosera e intensa. No volver茅 a ese lugar.

My wife had microblading done here in july of last year and loved her results . Paola called for her yearly touchup . She had them done today and she is ecatatic again ! She Loves Issa ! They care of you like family !

Had eyebrows laminated there yesterday. Initially eyebrows seems dark. I was assured they would get lighter over night or to use an alcohol swab. I have been scrubbing. I have blonde hair and my eyebrows are BLACK. 0 consultation on what I wanted prior or during procedure. I'm literally embarrassed to leave my house, I look like a teenager who is learning how to do make up for the first time.

I recently had hair extensions installed by Paola, and the results were absolutely stunning. Not only were the extensions beautifully and expertly integrated into my own hair, but they also turned out to be incredibly cost-effective, especially when compared to the prices quoted by other salons. The value I received for the price I paid was exceptional, making every penny spent on this transformation well worth it.

I don't like to write negative reviews on anyone but I was there for microplanning. I was greeted professionally and was offered coffee or water. I waited about 15 minutes to go back to start the procedure. I don't know the woman's name that did the procedure because she never introduced herself to me. The woman gave me a robe to put on and told me I could stay in the room to change or to go to the restroom to change. I decided to use the restroom to change. When I came out of the restroom the woman had left the door opened in the room and I noticed people was in the waiting room so I hid behind a wall so the customers in the waiting room area would not see me. Then the woman got up from her chair and closed the door then asked me to lie down on the treatment table or spa bed. I never had this procedure done before but I read about it. I didn't know the process and what to expect for the full facial and microplanning. The woman never explained the process or explained the things she was about to do before she did it. So every time I was caught off guard specifically when she started pressing on my nose to remove some blackheads. I experinced a lot of pain which is okay because its normal from pressing to get the blackheads out but she caught me off guard when she started pressing on my nose and i had to figure out what she was doing. I had such a bad experience due to the lack of communication on her part and before I got home I looked in the mirror to see how my face looked and it looked great but then I noticed she didn't remove all of the vellus hair off my face. I noticed vellus hairs at the bottom of my cheeks and chin. For the price I paid, I should of been treated more professionally in the room and the procedure should of been done correctly because at the end I paid a lot of money and they are supposed to be professionals and know what they're doing. So disappointing because the place is very nice. I will never go there again for anything.
