The professionalism and care for your comfort is TOP NOTCH. However, the cut and color my daughter and I received was not. $75.00 for maybe 1mm trim and very poor fix to my style. We were there a total of 6hrs and 20min. I'm very experienced on what quality hair cuts/colors are worth and how long they take. I walked out with more grays and a poor style, flattened so bad I put it in a pony tail as soon as we left. The styling/ products used, little too none! ON HAIR JUST COLORED-there was no effort to protect just colored hair from heat - blow dry and a curl for my daughter was pretty poor. I recurled and smoothed as soon as we got home and put quality hair product to promote shine and minimize the crazy amount of fly aways. Her fly aways sticking straight up in front. If that wasn't bad enough when I walked up to check out, I always leave at least a 20% tip...but that totaled $786.00- Chase Fraud picked it up. I went out to my car to call on my daughter's phone, since my phone was no longer charged. I told them unfortunately it was not fraud. When I went in the price changed to $569.09. I was in shock and we were on a time crunch, so I paid and left no tip. I held it together. I got robbed of not only a special moment that was supposed to be for me and my daughter, but of almost $600!!! I did express that never in my life have ever paid that much. I have had top color specialists and cuts. The hairstylist said $280 for color on my daughter and 75.00 for the 1mm "cut"- couldn't even tell and -$180 for my hair color... which didn't cover my grays. And without tip that should've been $535.00. PLEASE ASK BEFORE ANY SERVICE IS DONE AND YOU CANNOT RELY ON WEBSITE PRICING. Very friendly ladies, but unacceptable work for the price

excellent customer service! I’ve never gotten my hair done here, but I purchased a gift certificate for a friend. They returned my call and left a voicemail. And when I called to get the gift certificate, Claudia so kindly drove to the salon to meet me there for the transaction as she already left for the day and store was closed. She greeted me with a smile, was so kind, and didn’t seem annoyed. She talked to me about the wonderful stylist’s there and I would be interested in getting my hair done there one day! Thank Claudia again, I really appreciate your time and kindness :)

Roberto and his team are real professionals. He is an excellent stylist and has trained his staff on his technique. A rare find to have him in San Antonio.

I have been looking for a hairstyle change very long time. I love my new hairstyle and color!! ☺️ They used henna which covered all my white hair really nicely without the harsh chemicals. My new haircut and color give me so much confidence and happiness. I get lots of compliments. Five star review is not sufficient to express my gratitude towards their talents and professionalism!! I highly recommended them!!

I'm new to San Antonio, recently moved from FL, took me almost 10 month to find a real stylist not a someone that cut your hair, Roberto is amazing, I love him, I will never ever switch another salon again. (Took 45 min driving ) way worth it. Love it!!
