They are scammers. I have enough evidence that they ripped off all my money and I never received my procedure in its entirety. The store closed overnight. Don’t go here, they are scammers. I sent you thousands of emails they don’t respond don’t go here please

Absolutely terrible experience. I came in for Botox, and it was a disaster. My eyes ended up looking like they were popping out of my head—I was embarrassed to go anywhere for 2-3 months. I only came here because they had a special, so I thought I’d give it a try, but it was a huge mistake. Never coming back🥲

From the minute you walk in, 10/10. Welcomed with friendly faces, a glass of champagne and treats. My injector, Bria was kind, approachable and worked within my budget. I am a picky girl, It's a Secret has my business! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

I was in the hunt for a solid injector in Chicago and it is always tough to trust someone new with your face. I did my research and chose Bria after seeing her before and afters. She made me feel comfortable, safe, and well informed. Her work is incredible and she made sure I had just the right amount of Botox and that I loved my results. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a new injector. Honestly the best of the best and she is my new go-to. So happy!

Marta the NP is absolutely incredible!! I got chin and cheek filler with her and I am SO happy with how natural, yet impactful it looks. She has such an eye for accentuating/ balancing certain facial features and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She makes sure to really listen for what you’re looking for while also offering great suggestions. She was as gentle as you can be when getting filler and offered numbing cream too. I now only trust Marta with my face and filler!

Maria was amazing with my dermaplaning. She also provides such a peaceful environment with the most gentle hands. Maria always leaves me feeling refreshed and glowing! Bria did an awesome job with my filler! She was very knowledgeable and made the experience very personal, being sure to not only address my problem areas but also the areas where I felt most confident.

Dear Manager & Staff, I have been a regular customer at this spa for over a year now. I’ve gotten facials here consistently and I’ve always had a good experience. Unfortunately, this was all brought down today. I book my appointments over text with a staff member and haven’t had any problems. I had 2 facials scheduled today for 5 and 6 pm for my sister and I. I arrived at promptly 4:53 pm, and I was told my appointment was never confirmed and that they would only be able to do one appointment today. I was shocked and confused, as my sister and I had rearranged our entire schedule just to get these (pricey!) facials together. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional, and as a loyal customer I will be reconsidering booking future appointments. I wanted to speak with Linda but she was not present. My sister and I had to leave and we did not receive our facials. We rescheduled our facials, and the front staff was kind enough to offer dermaplaning as an add on, but that’s not what we even looked for when booking this appointment. I would appreciate a representative reaching out to me as soon as possible.

I had a great experience at Secret Med Spa! Bria was my nurse injector. I wanted preventative botox and and she made sure I was informed throughout the entire process. She went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and the result was exactly what I had hoped for. I definitely recommend to anyone interested in cosmetic injections.

My Experience at Its A Secret Med Spa was an all around 10/10! I love how natural my lip filler is looking and how easygoing the process was. 😍Marta was very comforting and careful during the procedure and answered any questions I had. I recently visited med spa for Microneeding and my nurse was Bria! Her knowledge and expertise was very comforting and was able to answer any and every questions I had for my first Microneeding procedure! She goes above and beyond and gives you all the information you need for post recovery and also recommendations for at home skin care! She’s super sweet and makes sure you are comfortable at all times! I highly recommended Bria if you plan to come to secret med spa in the Fulton market area! 10/10!

Make sure to ask for Bria Nolan if you’re looking to book an appointment, she’s incredible! I love how she took the time to explain everything, made sure I was comfortable and knew what I was asking for. Her level of care and detail is unmatched - I always look forward to my appointments and love that her technique is so natural (plus she’s so sweet). I also had a great HydraFacial with Maria. Had an amazing experience with Nikola! She worked with me to make sure I agreed with her recommendations for Morpheus8 plan and Botox. I have done both plenty of times and also have been trained in doing both and I had the best results I’ve ever had! She is also very sweet and professional! Will be coming back to her!

Nikola at secret med spa is an amazing injector. She did my lip fillers and i’m absolutely obsessed with them. She listens to what you want to get and walks you through the process. Overall amazing experience and would definitely recommend her!!
