They are thieves several procedures I financed them and they closed the store from one day to the next I stayed with the procedures halfway and I was left with a debt financed in my credit and they contacted me before closing 3 days before that if I wanted the Botox procedure that I was interested and he was offering me a lot of discount as I already had financed 2 procedures I did not want to owe more now I am paying the debt that they left me and they have not returned anything to me and it turns out that they go from state to state scam apparently this It was in the state of Chicago I put the report here so they don’t fall into the trap and don’t steal from them When I sent him the email to return it to me, they didn’t answer me anymore, I was never left with debt

I have been going to Alisha at Its A Secret since 2021. She is the absolute, most gentle soul I have ever met. She listens to every expectation I have and will always explain nicely why something may not work for me. She even allows my boys to sit on their tablets and wait and even talks to them during the visit. She cares about my comfort more than anything else and will always get me a coupon if there is one available. I love her with my whole heart and will never go to anyone else.

Valerie is incredibly knowledgeable- she understands what your overall goal is and how to achieve it in the most efficient way as well as making longevity a priority. For example, I focus on natural results so I did PRF plasma injections and she did fabulous. I will always recommend Val!

Drove all the way from New Braunfels to have Valerie do my lips and Botox!!! Heard so many good things about her and reviews that I took the trip. She has so much knowledge and was so thorough with all details from starting to ending. Asked for my opinions while giving hers as well. She was so sweet and calming! I love my lips and love the no wrinkles. 10/10 go see her you will not be disappointed❤️

Can’t express how great of an experience I had with Valerie! She took the time to listen to what I was wanting, talked through a plan that would achieve the results I was looking for, & made sure I was comfortable before doing anything. Also appreciated that she didn't try to upsell me or convince me to do other treatments that I didn’t ask for. Her knowledge made me feel confident that I was in good hands & I’m so happy with how everything is turning out! The whole staff is amazing ! Great experience all around. Rachel greets you warmly at the door setting the tone for the whole experience. Jen has personally fixed several filler disasters and Ellory has the most amazing technique with injectables. I look 20 years younger and natural The staff is never pushy and always advises against overfilling while suggesting alternatives to keep it natural. Everyone us involved in continuing education so they have the newest best techniques. Highly recommend

Tiffany is my fave and only injector. From day 1, I expressed my areas of concern and she provided a few options, disclosing pricing, cons and pros, and most important also the risks after. I never felt pressured to decide right away. She has been very professional, sharing her knowledge and caring for your comfort during the process. Location is prime, parking easy to find. I recommend Tiffany if it's your first time or if you need a retouch.

Will never go to another injector - Alisha is my girl!! This was only my second time getting fillers of any kind. I was thrown off by the first spa I went to (not related to It’s A Secret) - From the moment I stepped inside I could tell I was inconveniencing the whole staff by being there at 4:30pm on a Friday … I'm sorry, I work!! 6 months later, I wanted more but didn’t know where to go. I found Alisha through a recommendation and I’m so glad I did. The ladies at the front desk of It’s A Secret were all lovely. Alisha took the time to ask me specifically what I wanted, looked at my reference photos, and she LISTENED to me and my concerns. She was not in any rush and I could tell she cared about my wants and needs. Top-tier bedside manner and she followed through with the most gorgeous results. Cannot wait to go back for all my filler needs. Thank you Alisha!

Alisha is the best injector!! Literally the sweetest person ever, always takes the time to check in on my personal life and overall just enjoy my time with her, she makes you feel comfortable and safe while doing any service! However the front desk staff is always soooo mean! I have been going here for a few years to see Alisha and they are always not nice! Don’t smile, and talk like you are bothering them. It’s sadly every time I am in there! I highly recommend getting your services done with Alisha as she’s an angel, just sad I always leave feeling not welcomed from the mean girl energy at the front. I am not one to write reviews but I don’t feel it’s very fair to the clients.
