I had a great experience here, and look forward to many future visits. All of my Questions were answered very thoroughly, I felt very comfortable, I feel like it is a great value and great service/results. Love this place. Everyone is very friendly and you feel the good vibes. Sharlene always greets you with a big smile on her face and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Selina is amazing. She’s my girl for hydra facials and chemical peels. She’s very nice and knows what she’s doing, my skin has been improving a lot. For injectables I recommend Saira she’s very thorough and gentle, I got my lips done by her 2 years ago and my lips still look plump. 💖💖

10/10 would recommend going to see Saira if you’re wanting lip filler services done !! I had contemplated for a long time getting mine done, and finally made the decision after getting recommendations to book with her ! She was very professional during our consult and for the actual appointment, listened to all of my concerns and answered all the questions I had! She asked if I had inspo pictures of what my goals were and I said girl yes FROM YOUR INSTAGRAM PAGE !! Her work is amazing, and 2 days later I’m already loving the results so I can’t wait to see them completely healed! The pricing was VERY reasonable and I actually paid less than what I was originally quoted! Could not recommend Saira enough! 😊

I was sold on the buy 2 get one free hydro facials. I told the sales rep that I had a bad experience at another location in terms of what I paid compared to what I got and was not convinced on get this service again. I know it’s commission based sales but I was promised this business was completely different and their facials were the best and a facial will last a full hour and my face will be fully cleaned. I booked my 1st facial and I was super disappointed. The actual facial took 20 mins. Exact same time and experience as the other place. I was told my face is cleans and I have no blackheads. I asked for a refund on this and was told there are not refunds for their sales. It’s extremely disappointing as this is more as I was sold. A business should not force a service is it’s not what a client needs. Be careful and ensure what you are sold is actually what you need.

I went to this place because they were having a botox party. I waited 2.5 hours past my appointment time to be seen. I know the goal is to get you to buy other products and services but I feel like the way they talk to you about your flaws is degrading. I knew i only wanted botox as I get facials from an aesthetician so that was the service i opted for. I showed the injector my previous map, and she said that 40 units was a lot and I didnt need that much. She then proceeded to inject me, without telling me how many units she was doing and only marked 4 spots on my forehead and two spots between my eyes. She then told me after she was finished how many units she did and she gave me 50 (should have asked for my consent and told me the price). I know I was the injectors last patient and it was a long day but still was a bit shocked. I am about 6 weeks out from my injection date and my botox is completely faded. I did not go to my touch up appointment because I had covid and then left for my wedding the following week so that is on me, but I would have probably needed an extra 10+ units to get the look I was going for and I didnt want yo waste more money or time here. Overall I just wanted to share my experience because the cheaper price for botox was not worth the experience or outcome.

Got the worst facial (or if you can even count it as one) ever at A Secret Med Spa. At the start, she cleansed my face faster than I clean my own face at home (i.e. she was not thorough); she “patted” the serum onto my face like she was wiping her hands, didn’t even do any massage or motion. She hardly give me hydration and extraction equipment treatment for hardly 10-12 minutes. Then she put mask with brush for 15 minutes. And that’s it. There is not a 1% improvement in my skin. Even it looked worse. They cost so much and the services they give is worst. When I raised that issue with them that simply give excuses what it’s the therapist’s way. We are not responsible for this. They don’t even have set to steps to follow by the therapist. If your staff is not competent, then please do not send them to service your customers. This was a complete waste of my money and time. My blackheads are still there, I didn’t feel refreshed and I felt cheated of my money to be given such service. Will not recommend Expressions to anyone. Don’t bother getting any service from them. Want to give them less then zero star.
