It was my first time getting lip injections and my injector Sophie did an amazing job with the consultation and procedure. She thoroughly explained the process and aftercare instructions, calmed my nerves, and made me feel so comfortable. I am very pleased with my results and would highly recommend Sophie to anyone!

Everyone at It's a Secret is so kind and helpful! My aesthetic injector, Sophie, did a great job explaining the treatment along with what to expect during & after, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Lauren helped me get checked in & out and made scheduling my next treatment so easy! I will be definitely be back.

Grace and Karida were amazing! I cannot recommend them enough! I got BBL laser to help clear up all my freckles and discoloration on my chest! I really appreciate how they took the time to walk me through what to expect and checked in on me during the treatment to see how I was doing. Also, Fiona was so kind checking me in and answering my questions! I could not recommend them enough!

I was disappointed with my recent experience at *It’s a Secret Med Spa*. I had an appointment to dissolve my lip filler and add cheek filler, but things didn’t go as planned. When I mentioned that numbing cream has caused itchiness and redness in the past, the provider advised that I would need to reschedule and take Benadryl beforehand. I completely understood and agreed to reschedule the cheek filler, but I asked if we could move forward with dissolving my lip filler without the numbing cream. Unfortunately, after this conversation, the provider left the room and didn’t return. I waited for about 30 minutes before deciding to leave. I had taken time off work for this appointment and was hoping to accomplish at least part of my goals. It was disappointing to feel like my time wasn’t valued, especially since there was no communication or follow-up explaining the delay. I’d like to kindly suggest that the team consider how valuable clients’ time is. If clients are charged fees for missed appointments, it seems only fair to prioritize timeliness and communication on the clinic’s end as well. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for everyone.

This place is adorable! I was drawn in by my instagram algorithm (haha) they had amazing Black Friday event that I couldn’t pass on! I’ve been in phoenix since May and had Botox one time prior and I felt like I was just another number at the other salon. Let me tell you, I did not feel that way here! Everyone was so personable!! I chatted with the manager about some questions I had and she was so helpful( I feel terrible I didn’t catch her name). The other girl at the front desk was very friendly as well, offered me a water or juice and we laughed about some great music they had on! Sophie was my injector and she was so sweet! We chatted about what I was wanting and she made some recommendations… we talked about other options the spa has and we booked a 2 week follow up to make sure everything was perfect! This is the gold standard for a med spa! Personable, on time, cute office and friendly! I can’t wait to see my results!

This med spa is amazing! Everyone here knows what they’re doing and they’re so kind. I saw Grace for microneedling and she was fantastic! Such a friendly, bubbly person. Lindsay also did a great job on my Botox last time I was there. I would recommend this spa 😊

I had a horrible experience first I purchased a 3500.00 package and supposedly used all my product in 2 appointments. What’s worst is the injector pushed through cartlidge and bone left bruises worse than my face lift. Then threaten to call the police on me because they decided to charge me an additional 1200 for my 3rd and last appointment. BEWARE dont go to this business unless your ready to be scammed.

Recently booked with Lindsey for a touch up on my lip filler, but after deciding that dissolving and a fill later on was the best option (I completely agree). I was curious about Botox and her knowledge about it was amazing. We went ahead and did forehead and between the brow injections, I was comfortable the entire time and I felt she truly enjoys what she does and takes the time with each client to make sure we choose the best option. I absolutely love the results so far!

I have been going to the Biltmore location since it opened, and I saw them on a tiktok. I started seeing Ina for injections and botox and she always listens and delivers exactly what I am wanting. I recently started the membership program (which I highly recommend) and Emily has been outstanding. My skin has never been better, and the providers are completely worth driving over an hour to go see!

I love everything about this spa. The staff genuinely wants to assure you receive the best care with individual and detailed service. I have the monthly membership and frequent weekly. Mgr Friona took extra time with me to listen carefully to what I need and it’s rare to find an entire group so attentive ! I even asked for the directions to a restaurant and she pulled it up on the computer and made sure I knew where it was!! Haha! Who else would do that! All my love guys!!

Lindsay is just simply the best! I originally scheduled with her because I wasn’t satisfied with a previous injector’s work from another med spa. At this pretty luxurious med spa hustle, I was charged $100 / unit for Botox that already needs updating after 1 month. While I was there, I did get to listen to the training session the employees were in and the attitudes and ideas about clients that were shared made sure I’ll never return. I’m confident I’ll be happier anywhere else, as I typically don’t have to update more frequently than every 6 months and I pay a fraction of the cost. That’s the only “Secret” shared during my visit.

I had Lindsay for Botox. I just moved here from Chicago and did a lot of research on who to go to. From the start you can tell she is very educated on all of the products and treatments. She takes her time to talk through what is best for the client and why. I felt listened to and cared for during my appointment. She is the best and I am excited to return to get more treatments from her!

Lindsay is the absolute BEST! I went to her as a first time Botox patient and was nervous about it. She completely eased my fears as she’s extremely knowledgeable about facial anatomy and injections.
