It's All About You Holistic Studio was wonderful! It is a cute studio and beautifully decorated! I bought this Groupon for my friend and I to share it the salt room. The salt room was really cool and we had a relaxing experience. The gal that assisted us was very friendly and hospitable! I would definitely recommend this studio and look forward to trying their other amenities and services in the future!

Ms. Tee and her staff are so awesome. It is so easy to carry a burden in the world we live in. All about you is literally about you not carrying the burden anymore, appreciating yourself and all you do. From the salt room, to the massage, to the sound bath, everything was exceptional. You will truly feel rested, rejuvenate, and it will spark a reflection period where you really look into yourself. Remember that you are always the most important being. Love urself always. First and foremost, I feel truly blessed and grateful to have Tekeatha in my life. It's as if God himself placed her in my path, and for that, I am incredibly thankful. Tekeatha deserves nothing less than a five-star rating for the outstanding service she provided me with. Her energy levels today were nothing short of amazing; they were truly off the charts. The positivity and enthusiasm she exuded during our interaction were contagious and uplifting, and I cannot thank her enough for it. I have no doubt in my mind that with Tekeatha's guidance and support, I will be able to tap into the best version of myself. Additionally, her expertise in the field of reiki and energy healing, particularly her Toni steam technique, left me in awe. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Tee was warm, welcoming and kind. Whatever service you receive, if she’s a part of the experience she will make it a lovely one. If I’m having a bad week, I know where I need to go to feel grounded and relaxed from now on. It’s clear Tee has mastered her craft and loves what she does, can’t wait to go back.

I was in town for business and was in dire need of a massage. Darryl was fantastic with finding and addressing all my ailments. He actually mitigated a recurring knee pain I've been having without even telling him I had been having it! If i were local, I'd definitely frequent this place more. I'm so grateful for the experience!

My friend took me since I came to town to visit and when I say Darryl has the magic touch it felt as if that man healed me by his touch he made sure I was comfortable and he also had great respect for women I greatly recommend him I will be coming back from NYC to see them again when I visit again !!

I booked a birthday experience for my bestfriend's 40th birthday and we were not disappointed! Tee was very kind and attentive. She took the time to make sure we had breakfast, snacks, and enough to drink during the 4 to 5 hours we were in her facility. She was able to hang a birthday banner that I sent to her business and she also had chocolate covered strawberries for us. My bestie and I had yoni steams, sound therapy in the salt room, and massages with Darryl. I can't complain about anything at all. We really enjoyed our time there and they really do make it "All About You." I definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area! Thanks for everything!

Everyone is so nice and friendly! They were compassionately attentive to my needs and also educated me about post-session home care! I have had almost all of their services and I would HIGHLY recommend to Everyone needing holistic healing or be it, a relaxing massage!! I do not ofter give out 5 stars to businesses… but let me tell you, IAYHS provided me with such a tantric and spiritual experience. The shop owner, Tee, is such a sweetheart and was very accommodating and professional, her son went out in town to bring me some fresh picked fruit and fruit juice! I mean wow! That’s quality service. I had the Men’s pampering package but the studio offers more relaxing services. I really thank Tee and her son for making me feel welcomed and it made for a great birthday gift!

My experience at it’s all about you was great from start to finish. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed and relaxed. I got the lingam steam service done and it was definitely better then I expected and I got treated to fresh fruit and watermelon sea moss juice while getting a foot massage and listening to calm music. I would definitely recommend it and I’m excited to come back and get other services done.

Tee and her team of professionals manifest all of the positives that the studio’s name implies. You feel their spirit of welcome the moment that you walk in the door. Every service that we have availed ourselves of has been professional. Examples of these services are customized massage therapy, thought provoking readings, salt room therapy, etc. We have referred family and friends. We only make referrals to companies that my wife and I believe in. I am a retired executive and have been exposed to what unadulterated high quality service looks like. It’s All About You is the real deal. Do yourself a favor and give them a call!

Darryl is, without question, the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen. He always asks thoughtful questions and suggests exercises and stretches that help with my chronic pain. He is extremely intuitive and can identify areas that are bothering me without me even having to say anything. Darryl also has an amazing energy and demeanor. You can tell he really loves his work, and he really cares about making his clients feel better. I highly recommend him to everyone I know.

I appreciate every interaction with the staff at It's All About You Studio! They really do make it all about your healing and needs being met. It's a spiritual experience that has helped me regain control of my breathing in their salt rooms, detox with their amazingly delicious seamoss juices, heal from physical and emotional trauma during both reiki and massage sessions. The energy is soothing from the moment you enter. I stop by for a hug and some seamoss juice every time I'm within a couple miles or passing nearby. Worth the investment in yourself. Enjoy! If I could give this place more than 5 starts I WOULD! The absolute best massage I’ve ever gotten and I’ve gotten atleast 10 a year since freshman year of highschool. Daryl asked me when I first got there what my goal was and exceeded it! I was having inflammation in my face and said i thought it stemmed from my traps. The intention and the positivity combined with the skill felt like magic. I already booked a second appointment. Not to mention!! Y’all they got me in with an appointment within the hour. The studio is so cute and you can tell they really tryna get they hustle on so if you EVER have the chance to go PLEASE do yourself the favor. I was ready to add an extra 30 minutes on within the first 10 minutes of the massage. I will be returning ASAP. Omg y’all!!! They also have a donation bin to bring food for the community. All around 11/10 place and staff.

The vast majority of my reviews are on restaurants, but I have to point out exceptional customer service in other areas, also. I read the other reviews before posting mine. I wanted to be sure that I covered what others may not have, and to "+1" all of the superlatives. My lower back was threatening to lock-up on me, which hasn't happened for a couple of years. There are muscles that form an X from your hips/glutes on each side , crossing over to the opposite kidney region. From experience, I knew that I could get therapy to prevent it if I could get treated immediately. My normal go-to folks were booked solid. I searched for centers near me, and AAY was both close, and opened a bit later. On my first call, Ms. Tee asked if I was comfortable with a male-therapist, which I affirmed. She assured that Darryl was great, and I showed-up before my appointment at 6:30pm. Front and back doors were locked, and I didn't see another car in the lot. At 6:35, I grew nervous, and I hastily booked an 8pm slot with an Elements near me. It was JUST at that point that Darryl was at my car window apologizing that he'd not unlocked the door. For my part, I didn't knock, either....so how would he know, LOL? Suffice to say Darryl superlative's posted here are well-earned. Put simply, he is an artiste'. He's courteaous, energetic, seems knowledgeable beyond his years. I have anxiety on the table, and I had ZERO with Darryl. I told him that I was a 'talker', and made sure that wouldn't interrupt his focus. He kept me chatting with no extra effort, nor hesitation. That first visit was a half-hour, and Darryl asked if I wanted to book the next day. However, I don't sleep well, so I told him that I didn't feel comfortable locking in a time. Shortly afterward, I arrived at the Elements as I had committed to that appointment with them. I didn't want to be rude, and I thought that MORE rubbin' would probably help me even more, right? I won't be totally rude, but I was unimpressed the by their corporate environment and the 'all BUSINESS" approach that they had. Then, my therapist was not a good experience, and I will merely leave it at that. I left THERE feeling worse than when I left AAY! The next day, I awoke by 11, and I was able to book a 1pm with Darryl. I got to meet Ms. Tee, who is just dripping sweet, OMG. She makes you feel like family. This time, I did an hour with Darryl. He was concerned that the Elements therapist went too deep, as I had bruising. He worked around it, and worked WITH me. I can't be on my stomach because I am too fat, so laid on my side. He also allowed me to sit-up straight on the table and worked for a while on me in that position. That session was finished with him having me pick-out several affirmation cards, and reading them aloud inserting my own name into the statements.......just neat! Also, some counseling on using ice, and stretching. Having time to do so, I asked to take him up on a tour of the premises which I had no time for the night before. He covered a bit about reiki while showing me that room, and gave me the matter-of-fact lowdown on lingam/yoni treatment in that special room. THAT was new one for me, LOL. Lastly was some chillin' and chat in the salt room...just WOW. It sure makes sense, and is certainly relaxing in it's own right. They are priced right in-line with Elements, and I'll be damned if I would ever set foot in one of those chains again so long as this family remains in business. IF you travel on 7th street, they are the corner brick house with the David Bowie murals along the wall of the parking lot. Just south of the restaurant cluster between Thomas and Palm. Book your slot now, you will be well-pleased.

From the start it was very professional and welcoming. The Yoni steam was amazing. I loved the attentiveness of Ms. T. With this being my first one she was very thorough. I enjoyed my experience. I also had a very relaxing massage from Darryl. Very professional, amazing with the pressure points. Both experiences give you an opportunity to love on yourself some. This is definitely being added to a self care routine.

I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was absolutely fantastic. You can tell Darryl really has a passion for massage therapy. It was so relaxing and refreshing. I will definitely be going back. They also have a salt room there which is so nice and perfect for meditating.

I got a Groupon from my daughter for Mother's Day for a massage and salt room therapy. I loved my massage from Joanna, she worked wonders on my knots in my back and I felt so much better. The overall vibe was peaceful and Darryl was full of knowledge giving me a tour and explained all of their services. The salt room experience was totally new to me and I loved that as well. Talk about feeling clear and a breathe of fresh air!

I had to share with everyone about the experience. A distance Reiki session from Miss Tee was requested. The energy that she gives, her spirit behind it is just so amazing. One thing I have realized about reiki is you can't just get one session. This is not a one visit fix all. Everything will not just be instantly better after one visit, you have to continue to get reiki from Miss Tee or her other practitioners. She's great and I highly recommend you book a session today

This was the most effective massage I have ever had. Darryl’s location was very relaxing, and his techniques were very good at releasing muscle tension, without too much pressure. And he’s a super nice and caring guy. I’m definitely going back whenever I’m in Phoenix.

Where do I start?? This is such a great place to escape life's madness! Ms.T and Darrel are GEMS! JUST LOVE THEM! There were times I was unable to walk and Darrel fixed me. Times I was in so much PAIN, and Darrel fixed me. While also teaching me about stretching at home between appts. Darrel has healing hands and is well educated in his field. Spending an hour with him is just a tease. So book out for an hour and a half for sure. They also have a beautiful salt room that is calming and medicinal. A mother and son business, so wonderful, you feel like family. GREAT JOB!! A MUST GO!!

Where to start?? Oh wait, the salt room! It’s 45 minutes of peace and alone time for one to reflect on what it is you want to release; just wonderful! Then from there you have options, from a deep healing massage, to a yoni session for women and for men a Lingam Steam session. My favorite are the reiki sessions . They are an hour long and so so refreshing! I am an avid fan of this place and all it has to offer. It is a place of respectful healing and everyone is very professional and interested in providing only that. Don’t miss out and visit! 🕊
