Great place the guy who had to insert the iv was dental I am normally a hard stick he had no issues great c customer service. The packages are very well worth it. They do not push you to buy packages, but they inform you.

I have been there on 3 separate occasions. Tom and Patrick, both ex-fire fighters/EMT's, took care of me. I had complete faith in both of them. Need a more comfortable chair to sit in? Wondering about the exact ingredients of your drip or shot? Details on the procedure? Just ask, they are happy to get what you need or answer any questions. If they don't know, they will go find the answers. And Ms. Georgia, at the front desk, is as informative and helpful as she is friendly. Ask her about discounts! Night and day difference between the IV Lounge/Lake Nona and my previous IV therapy experience. Give them a try.

My first visit to the Lake Nona location was beyond impressive! I tried the master cocktail, and after a rough experience the day before at a nearby IV clinic (where the nurse couldn’t find my vein and I nearly passed out), this place was such a relief. The staff were wonderful, and Tommie was especially fantastic—his warm demeanor and expertise made me feel safe and comfortable. I’ve found my new favorite spot and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!

This was my first time for IV Therapy and Thomas was AMAZING. My sisters joined me and we had a wonderful, relaxing time all together. We will definitely be back to see Thomas for another IV Therapy.

Beware of changes in prices and waiting to tell you after your infusion . Very unethical . My son was taking infusions there. Very disappointed. Not coming back.

I had BEAUTY COCKTAIL+B12 first IV two months ago and I felt very good during that period of time. However , there is almost no feeling after the 2nd time IV on April, I don’t understand why the effects was very different at the same thing?

This was such a nice experience I was actually nervous for nothing. The people were so nice and accommodating. They answered any questions I had. The facility was very clean neat and well organized. I felt very comfortable and will definitely be back again.
