I appreciate the acknowledgement in advance that there is IV bag shortage, I hope it resolved quickly. This however bumps the lowest hydration 100$. There is added benefit, but as a entry level consumer cost take precedent over benefit. I noticed an offer on IM shot which was good and maybe related - no idea. But if it is I would redirect that deal towards IV hydration. It is what it is - mother nature out of anyone's control. Great team so kind

The receptionist here Asha is as rude as they come. She is very inconsiderate unhelpful, crass, shrewd and overall a piece of it; no wonder they have lost some of their services. Soon enough she will be the reason they close for GOOD!! Beware!

I love ivme but the staff is very unprofessional I’ve personally heard them slander patients and disregard operational hours. If the closing time is 5:45pm then that should be indicated

I've been so happy with B12 injections since 2021 until I booked a consultation that cost me as if I had the procedure. My grandmother died yesterday and I live off a fixed income. I'm so upset the way that Asha at the old town location treated me. So rude. I even told everyone about this location through out the years. Im going to miss my monthly ritual at the old town location.

Went for my second IV at the Naperville location (I suffer from chronic migraines) and this place is a life saver getting fluids and what I need at a med spa not the ED is actually cheaper and such a better experience. Also I always get stuck 2-4 times because I have small veins and these ladies hit it the first time, every single time!!! Olivia has given me an awesome facial too! They give a discount for nurses which is amazing! I will continue to go back everyone there is so friendly and awesome from Sam up front to the ladies (I can’t remember their names right now) who start and manage the IVs. Thanks again I’ll be back!

As someone with trypanophobia (fear of needles), I am always hesitant and reluctant on getting injections or infusions; however, Nurse Taylor makes the entire experience extremely comfortable and seamless. She is very gentle and always has an uplifting, positive attitude. Taylor utilizes her extensive knowledge to tailor a treatment that is conducive to each client’s symptoms and needs. Her compassion and willingness to go the extra mile to help clients substantially differentiates IVme from other IV therapy companies. Thanks to Taylor and IVme, I went from never wanting to be anywhere near needles to now being a regular client and I’ve never felt better!

Best B12 shots in town. Planning to get my first injection tomorrow. I just spoke with Megan (a clearly brilliant woman) who administers them. She claims not to pinch too hard and I believe her. This is a great business with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. And they provide a service! One I hope to report on more in the future! P.S. Megan deserves a raise.

Great deal before and after the flight. Only $99 for the IV. Cost $200 plus by us in the bay 🙄 NAD 50 for $65. Super friendly and directly by Hotel Chicago (which is by the way not the best hotel :) )

The energy of this place is everything. Some of the most friendliest ladies I’ve ever seen. All smiles and that made me feel comfortable and safe. The room is very clean… I mean the place in general is hygienically A1. I have already fallen in love with the place. I’m sure I will come back for more services. I highly recommend this place based off my first impression of everything here. If friendly had a face… it would be the faces of all these wonderful intelligent women here.
