My first visit was to blend my grown out global bleach with my natural black hair and Cindy worked her magic by turning it into natural-looking baby lights while brightened the tone. I was so impressed with how light she was able to bring my hair to!! The atmosphere is always so relaxing, and the staff is super friendly. I’ve already received so many compliments! Highly recommend here for expert color and will definitely be back again!

I LOVE cindy! I have been going to her for about 4-5 years and she never fails. She has always been able to get me to the perfect color and exceeds my expectations. She is truly the best in SJ. Cindy is kind, approachable and very friendly. What I love most about her is how she genuinely cares about the health of my hair. She takes her time with her work and always give her expertise advice on maintaining my hair. Cindy also has an amazing team working with her. I look forward to continue booking with her :)

3rd times the charm and I finally found my go to Salon and stylist (Karina). I have been LOOKING for a stylist to help me get my 3c/4a curly hair healthy again as I was noticing so many split ends and a lot of dryness. I was so over the curly cuts and making my hair so uneven and not even getting rid of splits which was my biggest concern, but Karina was so awesome and attentive. Literally the BEST detangling experience I’ve ever had, she was so gentle yet thorough which I really appreciated as I have alopecia. She really did great job addressing my concerns and I can’t wait to go back for my next trim! 🫶🏽

First time coming here and it did not disappoint!! The salon is so pretty and clean! My stylist Stephanie was amazing with my haircut!! She took her time and made sure I was happy with the cut! Will definitely be coming back to get my haircuts with Stephanie! Definitely recommend coming here the whole staff seem very knowledgeable and friendly!!

Came here twice in 2 weeks . First I just wanted to do curtain bangs which were amazingly cut by Priscilla . Priscilla provided me with great advice on the cut She sure knew what she was talking about and you could tell her expertise. Even though I liked the change , I felt like overall my hair needed more . I’m so happy I came back , I really love my new haircut who I got from Stephanie. She really took her time and was very attentive to detail ! I really was surprised with my haircut and I’m glad I listened to her advice. Will definitely be coming here again. Love my new hair !

I just want to Say how amazed I am by Priscilla ‘s work. She is my go to for everything not only my hairstyles, but anything that has to do with taking care of my hair. She’s definitely brought my hair back to life after damage during the pandemic, especially being blonde. She takes her time and she is very professional. This review is for the salon and Karla B. I think Karla nailed this cut. I haven't had a proper haircut in years, so my hair was all one-length straight across (aside from the grown-out, failed curtain bangs I gave myself). She copied and pasted this haircut on me and finished in 1 hour with wash, cut, and style. She's a professional fr. The salon is beautiful and clean. The decor and supplies all feel high-end and it was a great experience. I would be a regular, but I live in OR and was just visiting. You're in good hands with Karla!

Update: contrast to what the response said, THEY DO NOT STERILIZE AFTER EACH USE. In fact, they had ordered pizza and a bunch of people on one side of the room was eating pizza and touching hair with greasy hands. This is the OPPOSITE OF CLEANLINESS. Stylist = Priscilla 1. I went in to cover my grays only to realize after getting home THEY DID NOTHING TO COVER MY GRAY HAIR (see 1st photo). Then they had the audacity to ask me to drive all the way back for another hairdye, which was going to severely irritate my scalp. They refuse to provide a refund and want me to drive all the way back there only to have my scalp irritated. Also Extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Came here to dye my roots and the stylist kept brushing the side of my face and ears with hair dye!! I asked her to wipe it off, which she didn’t do right away and when she did, she did it with a dirty cloth. 2. Dirty!! As you can see in my second photo, there’s a clump of hair that is not mine, stuck onto the gown they gave me… super grossed out… they also don’t seem to clean the stool (3rd photo) which is covered with hair. This is where people put down their bags.. I wish I could’ve walked out during the treatment but it was already when they put hair dye on my hair…

Karla was my stylist and she did an amazing job! Wanted to make a big change from all natural black/brown hair to a deep purple ombré. She killed it! Always so gentle and pays a lot of attention to detail. Can’t wait to come in for a keratin treatment next 😊

I came in for a second time to get a touch up on my hair with Cindy L and I swear she does not disappoint she is the best such a sweet awesome and not to mention the best most talented hairdresser. I 100% recommend her to everyone and anyone.I got there to the salon and was greeted right away by Geneva she was so funny and fun. Everyone gave such a good welcoming vibe. Also not to mention the plus they offered a bomb mimosa . This place is a 10 out of 10!! Love Ivory Salon.

I have gotten my hair colored with Cindy twice now, and the results are amazing! I have long, thick, dark Asian hair and she was patient but efficient in getting me to the ashy blonde that I wanted. She was also so sweet and informative about the upkeep of being blonde girly. Can’t wait to see her again :)

I love my hair soo much!! This was my first time visiting Ivory Salon and Cindy was able to turn my brassy orange hair into a nice rich dark brown! I haven’t had a nice color like this in such a long time! The salon is so cute inside and all the staff are so sweet and friendly! They always made sure to check in if I was feeling comfortable or if I needed anything. Definitely going to come back :)

been going to cindy forever! been there since she was at my salon suites and never went to another colorist since then. She gets the color I want every single time, the lightest that she can go without compromising the integrity of my hair, which I really appreciate :) definitely recommend going to ivory salon, all the staff are super welcoming and kind! we love you cindy!!!
