Rebecca Kessler is the cut + color queen ❤️❤️ She is amazing at matching color to skin tone and gives the hair so much depth and dimension. Also the best conversation partner while sitting in that chair! I’ve moved and can no longer get my hair done by Rebecca (💔), and it has truly been a dead-end search trying to find someone as amazing as she is. 10/10 recommend.

Rebecca continues to do an amazing job with my hair! My hair is wavy, long, and thick - so it's truly quite a task to cut and color. She always gives me the absolute best. I've never gotten so many compliments on my hair in the past! The health of my hair and scalp has been important to me - somewhat in an effort to revitalize from past damage. Rebecca has shared her knowledge and expertise to really get my hair to the healthiest it's ever been. I can't recommend her enough!

i am absolutely outraged. child crying in the car because my son did NOT receive what he asked for despite showing pictures. do better. terrible service never again. i do not recommend at all.

Everyone is very talented here but very catty. As a woman I put up with enough judgement without paying hundreds of dollars to be stuck in a room with high school mentality. Many women have past traumas at salons, that is the nature of being brought somewhere to “fix” you. These people perpetuate that discomfort and shame.

I got my hair done with Kalei, I was going from faded blonde highlights to a darker red with some dimensional highlights pieces in the front. She did an amazing job helping me with color choices and providing education about color upkeep. It looks fantasic. The solon itself is super nice, in a great location, and comfortable. I will be back!

I started coming here to see Amanda for my hair. She has been amazing and such a great stylist. She's able to take my rough description and turn it into a hair styles that leave me speechless and always excited for my next appointment. Amanda is amazing with vibrant colors, blending things so well that I feel like I've stepped out of a style magazine.

Amanda Leigh was the best! I instantly felt comfortable in her chair. I came prepared to get into the nitty gritty of what I wanted to do with my hair but she understood instantly. Half way through I was saying,”you know what, you take it, I trust you”. It’s been a very long time since I’ve felt that comfortable with a hair stylist. And I have found mine. Kalei is the most genuine, fun-loving and professional hairstylist. She gave me the perfect French layered hair styling that really fit my face and personality. I enjoyed not only her hair skills but our conversations and laughs. Every time I travel into Portland I see her. She is worth it.

Amanda is my hairdresser and I was so pleased with the result! There was cutting and heavy highlights involved. She is really fast and professional at the same time being accommodating and making me laugh! I can't wait to go back in six weeks to finish the highlighting as we're doing it in two sessions because of time. I definitely recommend Amanda!!!👍🏼😀

I've gotten haircuts from Amanda at Chachi Hair several times and I always come out of the salon with a pep in my step because she consistently nails exactly the style and cut I'm looking for. I took the big leap into vivid colors last Fall and she transformed me & my hair into that of an emerald green forest goddess! I seriously have had such a confidence boost with my hair every time she has been able to work her magic on it. Even 4 months since getting my hair colored green from Amanda, it still looks incredible and vibrant thanks to her advice for at-home care and the products she has recommended too! Not only is she amazingly talented, but she's also super easygoing and friendly and has the best sense of humor that makes time fly by. In current COVID-19 times, its clear how much care Amanda (and the rest of Chachi Hair Salon) take to make sure their customers are safe as can be. Highly recommend Amanda at Chachi Hair!

I Miss so much this place☹️it’s been almost 2 years since moved out of POrtland and haven’t found any place that gives same justice. LOVE LOVE CHachi! Bestest ever.😊 if I get a chance would definitely netly Fly back just to get my hair done with CHAchi.

I freaking loved this place. Amanda was awesome. I'm a person that goes a couple years between haircuts and am usually never happy with a fresh cut until it's had time to grow out a bit. Not this time. I love it. Also did some highlights and subtle color work and love it. The vibe in there is relaxed and fun but still has a lot of class. I already booked another appointment for December.

If you tell them that you want to go blonde and show them a picture of what you specifically want they'll disregard all of it and just add a couple highlights in your hair and charge you 300.

I've been sitting in Sarah's chair every 3 weeks for over a year now. Root touch ups, highlights or balayage, cuts and blowouts - yep, she keeps me looking good. Quality work, wonderful person and the salon is beautiful.

I have seen Nikki for several years and Chachi on one occasion. Consistent good work and service. I am extremely happy. Nikki has given me great advice about restyling my hair to a more flattering look. I look great now. They were very knowledgeable about cutting and thinning . I go a long distance to see her. Chachi saved the day! After receiving a disastrous pixie cut at a different salon I called Chachi to see if it could be fixed. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule with the hope that there was enough hair on my head to fix the problem cut. The service was fabulous! He was able to take my masculine pixie cut (far from what I requested), which I received a day before, and transform it into something feminine and fun. He listened so well and was able to think through master techniques that would produce great results! Although I did not personally have my hair cut by the other stylists in the shop at the time (Nikki and Daniel), the cuts they were doing turned out amazing. This is truly a great salon!

Every time I go or my daughter has an appointment, we love it. Sarah Fagan rocks, very attentive and deliberate in her time and skill. I love my experience at Chachi and would highly recommend them to anyone......fun salon, and outstanding professional staff.
