I have been going to see Ivy for years and she is the BEST! I have gotten haircuts and had stylists comment on how amazing my balayage is. She is incredibly thorough and pays attention to detail. I haven’t gone to anyone else that’s better than her! 10/10 would highly recommend. The only reason I gave my review 4-stars is because of the salon atmosphere (it’s an older shop so it could use an update) in relation to the price. Otherwise I would recommend Ivy to everyone I know!

I got my haircut yesterday by Cindy and she was such a joy! She did a great job with my layers and dead ends as it had been forever since I got my hair cut. She was incredibly sweet and made my haircut such a relaxing experience as well. Love her energy and talent :). Prices are also more affordable than most places in San Diego.

Very friendly. They ensured the length and style I wanted every step of the way. She ensures my part was natural and gave me tips on how to care for my hair and style it! She even charged me less than the initial price because it didn’t take long to do. Very affordable compared to most San Diego places but still has geeat outcomes! Will definitely be back!!

First time here and Mimi was so knowledgeable and explained things to me about what I should and shouldn't do to my hair. She did an amazing job on the color and cut. I plan on coming here from now on.

All of the staff are very nice, happy, and welcoming. Cindy did an excellent job! She knew exactly what to do. This haircut is, without a doubt, is the best that I've had in San Diego.

I got a hair cut today by Cindy Wong I think not sure though I just looked on the certificate for hair and she was super sweet and nice and my hair turned out so good! Def recommend <33

I got my haircut from Kelly. She was extremely rude to me and my experience was unlike any I've had with a hair stylist before. After telling her multiple times what I wanted, she failed to understand and ended up doing something which I did not ask for. What was worse was that she tried to revert the blame on me and told me that I should not have disturbed her in the middle of the haircut. Hairstylists are supposed to work with the clients and not the other way around. I should feel comfortable asking my stylist for what I want at any point during the haircut and they should be considerate; apologize if they made a mistake rather than harassing a client! I do not recommend this place!

Kelly is the best! She gave her best in everything she do. I’ve been in many different salon and not satisfied. It’s quiet pricey but worth it! You feel so beautiful after sesh!

Review for Pearl: My first two experiences with her were great. I had a total disaster of COVID hair I tried to fix myself. Pearl rescued it by putting in baby-lights the first time and gave me really beautiful and perfect lob haircut. True perfection. Great color job and another amazing cut the second time as well. Update today, I asked her to put the color on the hair around my ears and temples first as the last time my hair was still silver in those spots. She became quite angry and vehemently told me to give her more time!! I simply thought she was about to put on the color, but she was still partitioning my hair. Not a big deal, except that she stayed angry, raised her voice and told me I was angry with her. What??? I got up, told her I was not angry, and that we were done. I think it was taken as "narcissistic injury" on her part. What that means for you... if you want a great haircut and color DON'T say Anything that can be put through a filter that results in her feeling like you insulted her. I'm done with folks with NPD - not worth spending the next hour in the chair irritated. Interactions with Ivy were always great.

I strongly recommend haircut from Kelly. She is amazing! I felt she gave her 100% and it turned out to be a great haircut! About pricy but worth the money! Thank you Kelly!
