Morgan has been my hairstylist for 7 years. Words can’t explain how wonderful she is. She takes her time to make sure that my hair is perfect before I leave and I’m a very particular customer. She is dependable and loyal to the Salon which is rare nowadays. Consider yourself fortunate to be her client!

Abigail is absolutely amazing at everything she does. From cut to color to even just being listening ear, she’s truly one of a kind at her job. Several years ago, I made a mistake with going to another salon while living out of town and when I decided to come back, she welcomed me back with open arms and I will never see another stylist. She mended my hair and has it back to looking even better than before!

I recently visited Ivy and had literally the best experience ever! Hannah did a fantastic job with my color. Since I am a red head stylists I have seen in the past have struggled to get the perfect shade I want but Hannah nailed it on the first try!!! She also gave me a stunning bob haircut. The color is vibrant and exactly what I wanted, and the cut is so awesome and suits my face perfectly. The front desk girls were so professional, friendly, and helpful when helping me book my next appointment. I felt pampered and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Ivy for anyone looking for a new hair salon!

For the first time in 3 years, my hair didn't come out how I expected - it happens (all hair is different). I expressed this to the team and they made every effort to get me back in the chair ASAP with the owner Dreama to fix it for free. I really love the location, stylists (Hannah), manager, and owner here. (Note they will validate parking for South Spring St Parking Garage if you bring your ticket with you).

Ivy Salon is the best! Parking is very accessible and they will validate for the parking garage! The stylists are all so nice, and multiple helped me figure out what I wanted with my hair. The owner and manager are both super hands on, and you can often see them on the floor of the salon. The training that they have new hires go through is what truly made this a 10 star experience for me. Each stylist does a number of services under the guidance of an experienced Ivy stylist to ensure that the new stylist does everything right: conversation, head and hand massages, cutting, blow outs, different color techniques and more! I was super nervous id getting my hair colored due to a previous bad experience, and my stylist Hannah was great in reassuring me. We went over what I wanted multiple times so that she could make sure that I got exactly what I wanted, which I did!! To all my curly haired girls: this is the place for you!! Hannah was so knowledgeable about curly hair. The haircut was done on my natural hair with no wetting or brushing. Aveda is an international company, so they have products for every hair type, including products specifically for curly hair, which is not common in my experience. All in all, from the wash and dry to the blowout, to the color, this was an amazing experience and I will definitely be returning!!

Got my hair colored. The stylist never mentioned or discussed whether I wanted semi permanent or per my hair color for my gray roots. I had no idea when I left that semi permanent color was used. She here I am, $150 later, one week later, with it all washed out. I am not happy.

WENT TWICE JUST TO PURCHASE AVEDA PRODUCTS. 1ST TIME DOOR LOCKED DURING HOURS POSTED ON DOOR. LADY LOOKED AT ME AND THEN WALKED AWAY. UMM OK. WENT BACK THINKING THEY COULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED. DOOR OPEN BUT NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AT ALL SO I WAIT STILL NOTHING!! LEFT AND TOOK MY MONEY WITH ME. I DONT THINK THEY WANT AFRICAN AMERICANS IN HERE.WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. **ADDING TO REVIEW**I WAS THERE WITH MY HUSBAND AND I WAS IGNORED. SO WHAT INTERACTION ARE THEY LOOKING FOR IF YOU DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME. YOU DID NOT THINK I WOULD SAY ANYTHING. DO BETTER. IF YOU DONT WANT BLACK LADIES IN THERE FINE!! DONT TRY TO DISCREDIT ME. This was a fantastic hair salon. My stylist Anaydia was incredibly patient and kind. I am more of an introvert, so I am not super talkative, but she made me feel super comfortable and there wasn’t any awkward silence. I loved my hair cut and she was a master at the blow out. The price was incredibly affordable for the quality of the service. I highly recommend this salon, and Anaydia! :)

Okay experience. I went in for the first time because I wanted something convenient downtown. I called in to make an appointment and the girl was super nice! I decided to ask for Lindsay since there were tons of good reviews. Not sure if I got the wrong Lindsay but ended up with Lou! She was very sweet but also seemed very rushed and rather abrupt in her conversations. The whole process of cutting my hair, washing it, and a scalp massage lasted likely 20 minutes. The hair drying process was nothing short of chaos. She rubbed her hands through my hair haphazardly, while I’m used to a brush being used. The shampoo experience was also on the chaotic side. Her nails were very sharp and she did end up scratching my scalp drawing blood. She advised me to not scratch my head so rough as I have a “blood spot” but that came from her nails. I never, nor could I, scratch my scalp to bleed. I literally have no nails. Overall it was okay. I left with less hair and that’s what I went for. It was just not the salon experience I have experienced elsewhere.

Everyone was really nice, but.. you guys took too much length off. I tipped the girl well, as she put in a lot of work. I can tell by people’s reactions it’s too short “Your hair grows fast, so” that tells me everything I need to know. 3 1/2 stars Maybe I’ll go back. Thanks for accommodating my handicappedness tho. If it grows out amazing in a few weeks.. I will adjust my rating ;) .. Accordingly

Lindsey S. Did fantastic with my hair! It was my first time ever having a salon experience and it was great, she was super kind and really helped me get my hair into shape. She even pointed out a skin condition I wasn't aware I had and helped me clear out the debris. Wonderful place, I hope to return!

Lindsey is a treasure! Lovely scalp massage, excellent coloring service, lovely blow out and style. Friendly ladies at the front desk. MUCH nicer than the gals there prior. Love this Aveda salon. Will definitely be back.

Visiting Greenville for a wedding and last minute got an appointment for a style. All the staff there were so lovely, Lindsay did my hair and it looked incredible. So quick, so friendly, and so professional. Highly recommend this salon.

Despite prices I genuinely love this salon. Very relaxing and friendly environment. Karla ALWAYS does a beautiful job. She genuinely listens which is something I struggled with in other salons. I always leave happy and most important, confident. So grateful for the staff here.

I was visiting from out of town and wanted a nice blow dry. Hanna was very professional, asked in detail about what I wanted and did a great job. The place is also clean and they’re happy to serve you the Aveda calming tea.
