My sister brought my 87 year old mother, who has the finest, thinnest hair in for a trim. She was not in the seat 10 minutes and she was charged $90, and then my sweet mom felt she still had to tip $15.00 That is robbery!

I was offered a new stylist, which I thought was fine. I would encourage the salon to supervise their new stylists and support them, as she tried her best but in her nervousness she didn’t communicate about color (turned out ok, but there’s usually some conversation), and I got the worst bangs cut ever- with bangs, you don’t realize until it’s too late. Still growing it out weeks later. At full price, I wish I had said no to having a new stylist- a teen. I put this on the salon, not the stylist- as it reflects poorly on the business. I felt for the stylist in her learning curve. I trust Aveda salons in general, and will give this one another shot, this was just a bit of an unfortunate experience. If I have a better one, I’ll update my review.

Lauren did a fantastic job!! She took the time to listen to everything I had to say about my hair (and it was a lot) and was able to give me an amazing haircut. She even took the time to show me how to style it. It is one of the top haircuts I’ve had. Thank you Lauren and please don’t leave!!

Store is very clean and organized. Staff was amazing and made me feel very comfortable and trusting after a bad hair experience. I also love the products they have for sale.

I had the strangest encounter at this salon. I came in 7 minutes late and the stylist acted as if I had come in 45 minutes late. Usually I am the one waiting for them! I was told by the stylist that she had another appointment after me and wouldn't be able to do my haircut and blow dry. She said my hair was too thick and that she had another appointment after mine. When I asked her what time that appointment was she said she didn't know. We spent more time discussing her lack of time than actually trying to make it work. She kept going to the front desk to ask questions. It was bizarre. Maybe she wanted to just go home early? She had a frown on her face the entire time and made it very apparent that she didn't want to be at work. Any hairstylist I've ever worked with is bubbly, kind, and willing to work with you. I'm shocked and appalled by this stylist's behavior. What an absolutely awful experience.

I made an appointment with Lauren recently and she was so welcoming and made sure we were on the same page about the cut and color we were doing on my hair throughout the entire process. I left extremely happy with the outcome, and felt so beautiful with how she styled my hair! Absolutely would recommend her 💕

Jaeyla did my hair yesterday and I absolutely loved the experience! I have wavy hair and she knew exactly what to do to cut it and how to help it wave better. She was so friendly and personable and I really enjoyed chatting while my hair was trimmed. She did an excellent job, I will definitely be back for my next hair trim.

I love this place and I love Heather! They give you delicious tea and an aromatherapy massage with every visit. My hair color is amazing and my hair does not get damaged at all. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high level of customer service and quality.

I was wearing a glorified mullet on my head, a hair disaster/emergency bestowed on me by another salon, and Michelle not only corrected the problem, she salvaged much more length than I thought possible. I walked in feeling embarrassed, disappointed, and kinda ugly. I left feeling confident and hopeful. That deserves 5+ stars! Thank you, Michelle!!

Lauren was great. I have very thick hair that can be a challenge to cut. Lauren did a great job by making it feel light and giving a haircut that has a natural wavy look.

Paige A is wonderful! From the moment I walked in I knew I had found my salon home. My hair was in a mess after a really terrible haircut. Paige really listened , offered a very professional opinion and gave the best cut I have ever had! I can’t wait to go back😺😺

Excellent experience! Staff is attentive and really care about safety and comfort. Jessica is wonderful. Very reasonable prices for the experience too. No hard sales on products. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, very professional, Jaeyla dyed my hair, she did a fantastic job hiding my greys. She has such a soothing touch, I could go to sleep with the massage therapy for my scalp. She does a great job styling my hair.
