I had the best New Year’s Day afternoon. Went here with my daughter for a nice relaxing massage and the therapists were great and super friendly. They worked our knots out! And it helps that their spa was super clean! Will definitely come back! Try them out and you won’t be sorry.

I had the best massage at Ivy Spa! I have not have a massage in over a year and the kind ladies were able to work out all my knots. They were so attentive to my tight areas and so professional. I felt comfortable the entire time, and the entire establishment is spotless and clean! I will definitely be back- thank you so much, Ivy Spa!

Absolutely amazing. Extremely clean and EXTREMLY PROFESSIONAL! The massage therapist was very kind and asked throughout the session if the pressure was good. I need more pressure in some places and less in others and she adjusted graciously. When I went in, I was in so much pain from stress and body aches, I was having a hard time breathing due to panic attacks. Once the massage began, I could breath again. I highly encourage you to get your treatments here. I reallly hope this place stays in business. It would be a shame if they had to go out of business so bring yours here!! Unless your a creeper, stay away from here. They are a professional massage company and deserve to be treated as such. Keep Austin local business thriving by supporting places like IVY spa and staying away from corporate conglomerates. I will be back!

Had an ashiatsu massage for the first time and it was the most amazing experience I have ever had. First time I felt relief from my chronic pain since I was involved in an auto accident in ‘21. Definitely going to be a regular customer.

My therapist, Kelly, was knowledgeable, intuitive, and tailored the massage to my specific needs. I came here on a day off to get a massage, due to my type of work I have to constantly put a strain on my body, especially my back and neck. Kelly did such an amazing job, i feel refreshed. Literally came into the spa with a tension headache and left without one! The atmosphere is peaceful, and everything was clean, organized and extremely professional. Such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back! They are budget friendly too! Thanks again Kelly ♥️

I was recently researching businesses in the area when I came across Ivy Spa. Based on the reviews, pictures, and website I then decided to give them a chance. Yesterday was my first ever professional massage and I can promise you I'll be coming back. Booking was easy, the staff were very kind and professional, the facility was clean, and the entire experience was enjoyable.

Phenomenal massage! I had the gentleman and he went above and beyond to tailor my foot and leg massage! Cannot wait to return! Updated** May 12. Just like so many businesses they have changed management, and services and prices have changed. They no longer offer foot massages with chair massages. I've been coming here for a while and am so disappointed on this Mothers day. I am no longer a customer!

New owners I wouldn’t keep any of the former reviews in mind. Unfriendly and difficult. They require payment upfront. Really!? If you have a Groupon… good luck! They have a policy specific for Groupons, spelt out when you arrive. The gentleman greeter was not easy to converse with…. so maybe that is why neither of us had a good experience? I don’t recommend visiting this place I don’t recommend gifting any IVY massage service via Groupon. Language was a barrier that negatively affected my experience. No empathy when I arrived- this was a gifted treat and I was personally excited to be away from my newborn and toddler. (Talk about stressor’s, right??) My friends spoke to the business prior to my arrival and confirmed that I only needed to give her name and phone number along with my own. That was not the case when I arrived. I was frustrated trying to understand what and why they needed specific things. I felt guilty trying to get these details from my friend. It resulted in a (stressful and dramatic?) cry and leaving the building with embarrassment
