Wow. I want another appointment. And another and another! My treatment/experience so exceeded my expectations (which were high) that I cannot recommend Izba Spa enough. My visit was the result of a gift certificate…only a best friend would know how much I’d treasure this experience. Thank you Linley for another gift of a lifetime. Been coming here for years. Huge fans of their service providers and the izba special. It’s truly some of the best body work in Denver. The booking system definitely needs an update.

Masterful. Everything about where this spa is located kinda feels like stepping into a Studio Ghibli film. Eugene was by far the best massage of my life. Three of my biggest pet peeves is massaging too hard into the bottom of my feet causing tears in the fibers of the bottom of my foot, triggering suto- Sciatica down my right leg and massaging my temples too hard. He did everything perfectly i left feeling like I was glowing rather than drained. I will definitely be back.

On Tuseday May 7th, I received an email from Angelica regarding a opening for a 3:45 massage. We exchange 6 emails regarding time and pricing, I let her know which package I wanted and proceed to drive to the appointment. Paid for parking im sitting in the office it is 3:30pm and the therapist comes out and says oh your appointment was canceled and another woman also in the office was taking the spot. He then told me that Angelica the receptionist left early and I would have to take it up with management about the confusion. I asked about parking he came back and handed me $5, and took the other customer back. Funny at 3:31 Yuki sends an email letting me know that the 3:45 spot is no longer available as I'm standing in the office. Absolute worst customer experience, with poor communication between Angelica and Yuki one of them should have let me know before 3:30 that someone else had taken the spot. Lack off communication and poor customer service

The therapists at Izba Spa are so talented and the services so incredible, that I purchased gift certificates for my MSU students that are graduating seniors. Yes... invested in them and their wellness so that they can go further and do better!

My husband and I came in for the basic treatment. Yuki and Kenzie gave us the best massages of our lives and had lovely, calming energy. This is our third visit and won’t be our last. Don’t miss this unassuming gem.

I WISH I could tell you about my experience BUT the bimbo I booked with over a month ago put me in for the wrong day. I went to massage school 20+ years ago in the same building as izba and met Eugene back then. I look forward to his wonderful massage and conversation whenIam in CO. Not this trip darn it.

I wanted a couples massage. I found Izba and it looked nice. I scheduled the appointment via email about a month out. We went back and forth for several messages before confirming a day and time. Fast forward a few days and I'm out of the country and get an email saying that they need me to call in to confirm my appointment. I respond "can't we do this over email?". Nope. They ask me when I'm back in the country. I give them my answer "I'll be back in 14 days". I thought at this point that they'd just hold the appointment, knowing that I was actively communicating about it, AND it's a couples massage. So I come back into the country, and immediately reach out to them... Guess what? They booked over our appointment. Not even an apology. I tell ya....

My boyfriend and I did the couples flu prevention yesterday with Eugene and Denise, and it was 10/10! We both had one of the best massages we’ve ever had and the experience on top made this a must for anyone in Denver looking for an amazing massage! The sauna with the peppermint and eucalyptus oil was a great follow up to the massage, and the body mask made our skin feel amazing. I will never go anywhere else in Denver for a massage and I’ll be booking my next massage asap! Thank you Eugene and Denise, we will be back.

Husband and I had the full deluxe Izba experience today. Yuki and Kinsy took such good care of us! Husband’s Russian and he said the banya parts were authentic and beautifully done. The spa portions were so high end quality and we felt so spoiled! Perfect blend of a luxurious spa experience with Russian charm. Price I think was absolutely fair for the personalized experience. Our massage therapists focused on our needs, were friendly and respectful, and put in the work! The banya portion was amazing and invigorating- every part is refined to maximize relaxation.

Izba, and it's amazing Therapists, NEVER disappoints! Yuki and Kinsy know exactly what areas need attention, are professional, and make the experience a worthwhile experience. Sadly after coming to Izba for 17 years it no longer has the values and standards of practice that once made this a special place. The service and level of therapy has tanked. The new owners lost the magical touch and sensitivity to clientele and the new staff of massage therapist are inexperienced. The prices increased and services decreased. It pains to write the review, but avoid the massage and find a better service with higher standards. Not the same place, so sad!!

Booked this to do something special for my boyfriends birthday. I was not told that the downstairs was still unavailable due to a fire that happened two years ago. They took us to the upstairs which feels…janky. What gave this an extra star was the nice masseuse. I’m still upset that I paid $300 for an experience I could have just gone to my gym for. Wont be returning again.
