Absolutely love Jenna! I’ve been going to her for years, and she never disappoints. Recently, I got masseter Botox for my TMJ, and it’s been an absolute game changer. My jaw has slimmed down, and I’ve experienced significantly less jaw pain and tightness. Jenna and her team are truly amazing—so talented and kind. She’s also helped me achieve perfectly natural yet plump lips, which I love! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for expert care and beautiful, natural results.

Got a half syringe of filler and a lip flip done in August and my lips still look absolutely amazing. Healing process was extremely fast and the Jena made the injection process extremely smooth and relaxing. Reccomend this place to everyone. I am obsessed!

I got my lips done about 5 months ago with Jena, I was a little nervous going into it because it was my first time ever getting filler, and I wanted my lips to still look natural but still have a little extra plump to them. Jena talked me through the whole experience and made sure she was doing all she could to help achieve the look I was going for, and also made sure that I felt comfortable in her chair. I highly recommend J & A Aesthetics and Wellness to anyone looking to get their lips done!

I met Jena through a Botox party and have been a client since first poke! She's extremely patient, kind and doesn't try to up-sell or recommend a product/procedure that wouldn't benefit you as a patient. I've seen her for neurotoxins and PRP injections, all of which she talked me through and never injected without telling me what she was doing. I had been seeing my old provider in Columbus for aesthetics so I wasn't going to switch to someone local unless I felt strongly about their skillset and I found that in Jena.

I went and saw Jena for the first time and she was an absolute delight. I was a little nervous at first because I am a Botox “virgin” but Jena made me feel so at ease. She was not only personable but also kind and made me comfortable about my decisions. I will definitely be back!

Jena is great! I've had lip fillers before and wanted more. I decided to go here since her instagram pictures look amazing. Her loft is very nice and welcoming. She is super sweet and bubbly. I made it clear that I have 0 pain tolerance and she gave me a dental block. One area of my lips wouldnt take the numbing so she coached me through deep breaths in order to get through it which I thought was super helpful. It has almost been a week and my swelling is almost completely gone. My lips look GREAT. I will definitely come back. Also at the end of the session she gave me time to ask her questions about botox, kybella and everything I wanted to know. She did not rush me out. I definitely recommend going to Jena and I will be visiting her often from now on for all my fillers and facial needs.

Jena is the absolute best, and the only person I trust when it comes to my face! She is the most gentle aesthetician I’ve been to, and such a perfectionist. I currently go to her for my lip filler as well as Botox injections, but I also know she’ll be there for any future concerns I may have! I love topping off my appointments with a B-12 wellness shot. To say Jena is a one-stop self-care oasis is an understatement. When I walk out, I feel like a new person, and like had just spent time with a good friend. 10/10 cannot recommend J & A enough!

She’s so good, me and my cousin went and split a syringe. She educated us on the best one for us then let us choose the numbing solution we wanted. She was so efficient and really took her time . You can tell she is a perfectionist and who wouldn’t want someone with that level of attention to detail doin their services???? Trust me I’ll be back

i had a lovely experience with getting botox for the first time, thanks to Jena! she was immediately welcoming, kind, and walked me through the process prior to injecting. she clearly goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable while in her chair! if you’re looking for a place that has availability and reasonable prices, go here! i will definitely be back (:
