El día 8 de enero de 2025 visite la tienda a las 8.05 pm para realizar la compra de un artículo para el cabello, nos atendió la supervisora Karen, la cual tenía afán para irse porque tenía un asunto personal. Me atendieron prácticamente a oscuras y nunca informaron que no realizaban cambios, el día de hoy 15 de enero me acerqué para realizar dicho cambio y la respuesta fue un No, diciendo que ese día lo que hicieron fue un favor, cuando en realidad no están regalando nada, en lo personal no recomiendo ir a este lugar, ya que no tienen respeto por sus clientes y atentan casi contra la integridad física y te echan como si no tuviéramos valor alguno. Soy turista Y NO RECOMENDARÍA ESTE LUGAR.

I’ve been going here for years to cut my hair but I hadn’t done any color or treatments till this week. I have no idea what I was waiting for lol. I saw Lina for a color change and it came out even better than I imagined! It’s also a low maintenance option. She said I can go back every 4-6 months to freshen it up. This works for me because of my busy lifestyle. 10/10 recommend!!

I have been a client of Lina at JB Hair and Beauty World now for over 6 years and from the very instant I met her we became family. My time sitting in her stylist chair is my moment of peace and tranquility as she works her magic with my hair. Lina is knowledgeable about her craft and constantly is learning new techniques to perfect her works of art. She cares about my hair health and how blonde is a work in progress not something that can be accomplished in a couple of hours (for us dark haired vixens). I trust Lina so much that most of my family and even some friends have adopted her as their stylist and I have to share my chair! Lol! She always keeps me looking amazing and knows just how to get me the most compliments. She is my hair and beauty guru and just an all around good soul.

I recently entered JB Hair & Beauty Supply store looking for hair care products. What I found was a treasure!I found the adequate products for the treatment of my hair. And Blanca, the lady that help me, was wonderful. She was extremely curious, very knowledgeable, and patient in assisting me pick out numerous products. I became aware that the special prices offered by Blanca were better than other stores in the vicinity. I was very happy with my shopping experience at JB Hair, and I have Blanca to thank for that! We are humans and we make mistakes this store will not exchange or let you return any of their products sephora let’s you return any products after 30 days makes you wonder and they are also ridicules expensive to do your hair 🙃

Lina is an excellent hairstylist, however, this place is too expensive, $550 for a balayage on hair that is down to her chin. Long time waiting to get an appointment almost 4 months for a Saturday and to confirm the appointment you must pay a $100 deposit that you lose if you don't go. There are more recognized sites with fewer protocols, more appointment availability and you pay after seeing your finished work.

Went in because the store seemed like it had good products. I wasn't disappointed! Everything I was looking for in terms of hair styling and nail products was available. Customer service was excellent and the woman was very communicative and patient with all my mom's needs. There were great specials on products too. I'd definitely come back soon. Thank you!

After discovering Lina on instagram and having my hair absolutely destroyed by my local salon, I only have one place and one person who I trust to do my hair. Lina is an absolute SWEETHEART and her work is PHENOMENAL. Pricing is very reasonable for the amount of work that goes into perfecting a look. I went to her for a dimensional brunette look and a full blonde balayage, and both services were amazing. She’s very comfortable to be around and also fun! Both services lasted around 6 or so hours, and the final product was well worth the wait. I will only be coming here, and never go back to my local salon.

Aquí estoy un 31 de Dic la cita la había hecho hace una semana para hacerme un corte de pelo antes de realizar la cita le enseño a la Srta del frente la foto del corte que quería realizarme ella con todo su decencia me realiza la cita sin ningún problema para las 2:00 Pm. La confirmación de la cita me llega un día antes diciendo que es para las 3pm acepto la confirmación. Llego 10 min antes de las 3pm y espero mi turno. La lavan la cabeza y después de esperar unos 10 min después de que me lavaron la cabeza, la persona que me va a recortar se para al lado de mi y le digo que es lo que quiero ella me pide disculpa y se va después de unos cuantos minutos regresa y me dice que no me puede hacer el recorte porque ella no sabe hacerlo, a ver explícame no entiendo que paso????. Y me ofrece un secado por la espera que le pasa si no sabe recortar para está trabajando en un Salón, perdí mi tiempo hubiera hecho cita con otro salón. Horrible servicio. Y al mirar todas las buenas referencias creo que esto solo me paso a mi, sera que me descriminaron porque no entiendo.

I have been going to JB's for several months. Pam is an absolute artist with her craft. My hair is shinier and healthier. I recently went to get a fresh trim and added a fun color of magenta. The color came out so vibrant. Pam and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable on what products work best for what your hair goals are.Thanks Pam and JB for always taking care of my unruly hair 😊 See you again soon!

They are amazing and Pamela is WONDERFUL! I went on a Sunday with purple hair (not done on purpose) I was freaking out after trying to dye my own hair. The person in the front beauty supply area called someone that was off so that she could give me guidance as to what to do with my hair- and she did. However, she said if you like I will go in, correct it and dye it again with the correct color. This was Pamela!! She is beyond great. The staff is courteous and very helpful.

Pamela did a fantastic job cutting my hair. Its exactly as I wanted it. Only drawback was the price $100 for a haircut with blow dry.
