This was my first visit, Jen and Jasmine were so welcoming, offering me something to drink right away, working with my schedule to set up a time that was convenient for me, we all had some great conversations and Jasmine did a great job on my hair, thank you!

I have been seeing Jen for years. She is very professional, a pleasure to talk to and always willing to accommodate my crazy schedule. Jen does a great job on hair coloring and cutting. I have never had a problem there. The salon is very clean and up to date on covid procedures.

I've gotten my hair cut twice now. Jen did a remarkable job both times and worked with me and my wavy/curly hair to get great shape and volume! She's very kind and a great conversationalist! Be aware that if you are immunocompromised or are a caregiver for an immunocompromised person, they do not require masks. Jen asked me upon entry if I would like her to wear a mask and put it on when I said yes. No other employee or patron had one on. I appreciate Jen's skill and kindness. I appreciate a local Batavia business. I think I would have waited another couple of months for my haircut if I had known about the lack of masks.

I've been going here for nearly 20 years for my haircuts and this is truly a one-of-a-kind place where they know your name and are happy to have you. There's never any rush and my Stylist, Faith, is super nice and very accommodating. We always have a good chat while I'm getting my haircut. Even after we moved from North Aurora to Wasco, I still drive 30 minutes because I like the people and service that much.

Worse no chip manicure I have ever got. No chip started chipping in 3 to 4 days, by end of one week no chip nail polish chipped off from all of my nails, I have send them a picture and I never got responses from salon.

This places is amazing! Best haircut/Color, modern, and they told me they are starting to offer massage services. I recommend a visit!
